I brought my laptop in to get some data off of it since my C drive wasnt booting up. They pulled the D drive where I had all my stuff for $40. Not bad. I expected it to be more expensive. The laptop is now trash. Thanks guys.

They seem very attentive to my needs when trying to upgrade my C drive, they made multiple attempts but were unsuccessful. When I got my computer back it turned out that they wiped out my d drive containing all my business documents and other lifelong memories. The Lost of the documents and all the photos and videos is incalculable to me. They said they would pay for data recovery however they did not. They offered me a free upgraded C drive which is while Im thankful for it is nowhere near the cost that they cost me by wiping out my d drive by either incompetent personal or by accident. So while they may somewhat know what theyre doing if youre bringing your computer there for work and you have important stuff on it back it up before you bring it to them is it cost me dearly. It hurts me to think they were only suppose to clone my C drive, and yet they wiped out my terabyte D drive...

Great! My computer locked up, and did not come up with Windows on restart, remained with an empty screen. Opened again in safe mode with connections to get the managers phone number from previous work, called and was directed on how to get a normal start-up, made an appointment for the next day. Tune-up completed, no flaws found, other than pesky so-called security interloper and also go return of date on desktop.

Yo I can’t believe this place lmao !! They advertised on offer up for an Xbox series X with a price tag of $999 and said they can finance with only a bank account and a steady job . I went in happy thinking I could finally get my hands on it and turns out that’s their cash price ! To finance was triple the amount almost $1900! How ?? You can build a PC for that money . Avoid this place if you can if it means waiting for another batch of units to hit shelves at other retailers . These mfs should be fined and have their business license revoked !!! Shame !! Also they say $50 down but in reality it’s around $250 . Smfh

They advertise on “Offer Up” under false pretenses to have customers come in to their store location. I wasted my time driving into their store this morning under the idea that I was going to finance a PlayStation 5 using progressive leasing at a total of $1199 over a 12 month period. This is how their advertisements are being conveyed to the general public. When I showed up, I was told that they are selling the Playstation 5 for $1200 cash and with progressive financing it was going to be $2400 at the end of 12 month leasing period. After speaking with the manager and seeing him take the position that they did absolutely nothing wrong and will not honor what was advertised to me, I threatened that I would come on here and let the world know that they are the wrong people to do business with because they will lie to you to get you to come into the front door and then smile at you and act like they can’t help you unless you pay their asking price. If they were honest from the beginning, I would’ve never came in, and that’s the purpose behind this review. If you shop here you will be ripped off and you will be manipulated, but they do it with a smile and calm voice.

Wonderful Service! My PC stopped booting and I had no idea how to fix it. I gave E-World a call, was in store half an hour later and they were able to fix it by the end of the day. Its been about 3 weeks since having it repaired and no issues to date. Staff was friendly and the gentleman that helped me answered all my questions. I will definitely be returning to them if I ever has PC issues again. Thank you for your help!

I bought three laptops for my family and me from E-world at very reasonable prices. The owner and workers are nice and respectful and always do their jobs to the best of their abilities. I accidently dropped one of my laptops, and the screen was completely black and would not turn on. I had no hope it would be fixed but I tried anyways and went to E-world. In two days, I had my laptop back looking good as new. I highly advise anyone having computer troubles or need any computer accessories to go to E-World because they never disappoint.

First things first Id like to say that the staff was amazing, all the guys there were so cool met every one of my needs, I came in to ask them if they could add a 1TB SSD card to my laptop and they told me it would take a day for them to finish because of other stuff they had to work on later, I asked if there was anyway I could pick it up the same day but he said it would depend on how fast he finished the other stuff first, I understood so I left to grab some food nearby and not even 30 minutes later I get a call saying my laptop was ready to go as he had spare time and knew I wanted my laptop back already, its rare to find employees that will go out of their way to satisfy a customer like this and I really hope people know that you wont be let down here when it comes to your technical needs :)

This place can always get my laptops or desktops fixed asap. As a business owner its important to have a quick solution for new equipment and repairs that will be needed over time. Been using E-World for five years and have never had a bad experience, they even repaired my msi dominator gt72 when my wife spilled water onto it.

Came to E-World twice and overall very satisfied! Great prices and great people here. The guy who helped me both times was Max and he is a great dude who will help you out.

They figured out the problem with my computer, managed to back up more of my files than they thought they had saved, replaced the hard drive, upgraded to Win10, and had it ready for pickup the same day.

They are affordable, dependable, and tend to answer the phone in a timely manner and answer your questions honestly and thoroughly!

They are a rip-off and scam they did nothing. They cost me $15 to fix my MacBook but it was fully working the whole time... Theyre bad at their jobs, Scam never come to this place.

Really good and friendly repair shop. I had some moisture issues when my iphone got wet. They took care of it right away and even changed my battery while they had it open. I was super happy with the service and quality of the work.

Where do i start here. First went there and they seemed very nice and friendly, then things went bad. I wanted to buy a computer from them and they got busy, so the manager sat there and talked to guys he knew helping them with some sign in problem. I sat there for 57 minutes and he didnt even acknowlege me and i was going to spend 1400 dollars, so i left. Then i get a phone call from them asking me if i still want it cause another person wants to buy it, i said yesssssssssssssss i want it, but i was already home. Told him i will come back in the morning FOR SURE AND BUY IT, he calls me at 9pm that night and told me he sold it, REALLYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY.So im upset but i went back and told them i want to build a custom computer, hackingtosh, so he takes down all the parts i told him i want, and said he would giive me a price, well guess what, its 8 days later and no phone call nothing. They have no customer service skills whatsoever, and there just not good sales people, i will never step foot in this place again.
