If I could give a higher rating, I would. My PC crashed on a Monday and I spent 3 days trying to restore it myself, more than likely making it worse. On Wednesday, I decided to look up a service to not only fix it, but to save my data, which was mainly pictures of my family. After reading several reviews for various repair shops, I came upon Craigs site. It had the best reviews for overall service. When I called and explained my issues, he gave it to me straight with no salesman smoke and mirrors. I dropped it off on a Friday and an hour later he called with the news that my hard drive crashed. He gave me multiple options with their price points. I made a choice and he gave it back to me on a Monday not only running smoother than when I bought it, but was also able to save my data and streamline the overall function of the entire system. I cannot stress the ease of the entire experience. He charges a fair price for reliable work. I highly recommend Craig for any PC service needs.

Craig is a miracle worker! My son took apart a computer trying to change it to a gaming computer and had it laying in pieces around the den. My son then tried to put it together and broke parts trying to rebuild it and again it laid in parts in my den. If he cant help you (which is most unlikely), then he will know someone that can.My computer just shut down and would not turn on again. I didnt want to take it to a standard big box store for service so I searched the net for recommendations and hopefully someone near me. I got so lucky on both. Craig was very upfront and honest as to what he expected the problem might be and the potential cost to repair it. It turned out the motherboard was died. To replace it would take several weeks and cost way too much for the age and type of computer I had. Knowing the situation I was in, he was kind enough to offer me a comparable, refurbished computer at a very reasonable price (Craig actually said its better than the one I had). He retrieved and transferred all my data and before I left with my almost new toy he spent time to make sure to explain all the functions and not leave me hanging. I had a desktop computer that stopped working. I took it to Best Buy. Their technician told me that there was something physically wrong with it and that I should buy I new one. My laptop was taking 6-7 minutes to boot up, apps were not responding, and it was freezing on web addresses. I took it to Craig and he recommended a SDD (Solid State Drive). I got a 500 gigabyte Drive from Amazon in a day and Craig replaced the hard drive with the SDD and moved all the information. He also did his part of the job in a day. We brought our Dell computer in because the device was no longer connecting to the internet. Craig determined that the device needed Windows 10 reinstalled. He reinstalled Windows 10 and did a complete back-up of the computer. So we now have a backup copy on a flash drive. All of this was done at a fair and affordable price, had a quick turnaround time and he answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. When it comes to pc’s my knowledge is limited enough to get by and do the minimum for gaming and everyday activities so when I experienced problems with drivers not being installed properly and WiFi problems Craig was there right away. Because of this limited knowledge Craig went above and beyond to set up other settings for better performance and have some great tips. If anyone is looking for an honest person to help with their computer problems then look no further. I called Craig this morning regarding an issue with my laptops screen going black after 10 minutes after boot up. Instead of suggesting a diagnostic service which would have cost and not find anything, Craig explained to me that the monitor would probably need to be replaced. Recently took my laptop to Craigs PC Repair after discovering him on Yelp and Im so glad I did too! Craig is a genuine guy, hes the type of businessman that we rarely come across anymore. Found Craig when my laptop hard drive took a dive. He said he could repair but I had another issue that I didnt even notice. My laptop had a rather large crack starting at the back corner and ran along the bottom case of the computer. Because of that he said it would cost more to replace both parts than it was worth and I was able to purchase another laptop from him for what I thought was a steal. It was an older model but looked new and he put a new ssd hard drive and installed fresh Windows 10 and Office for me! Works great, thanks Craig!

I own a Dell XPS 13, its a year and 3 months old and last week it froze on me. I had just clicked on updates then hit restart and that was it. I tried to fix it but nothing was working. My computer was suddenly dead when I tried to turn it on in the morning. I went to Craigs during my lunch hour, basically because the shop was close to my workplace. The owner immediately stopping what he was doing and ran some tests. He quickly told me that it was only a dead battery and then instructed me on how to order a new one.He charged me a very nominal fee and I left happy and very relieved.Other computer repair shops have made me leave my computer for days so they can run diagnostics. Craig had an SSD installed and my machine up and running in just 2 days (it may have been sooner but Amazon Prime and their 2-Day delivery slowed him down). My laptop lost its capability to connect to the internet after having been intermittent for a week. I made an appointment with Craig and he was able to very quickly diagnose the problem and ended up replacing my wireless network adapter, while I was there. Craig diagnosed my PC in an instant with a very reasonable price. he gives you the parts at cost and does his business very honestly! I called places from all over. I found Craig by running a Google search for computer repair near me and saw this site. Since 99% of reviews were positive, I called him for help with my 5 year old HP computer that was running slowly and glitching terribly. I couldnt even get it to read flash drives or SD cards, and pulling up documents was a l-o-n-g affair. Pages kept crashing. He showed me every step he was taking to diagnose my issues, explained problems for me, and told me exactly what he planned to do. He gave me all costs up front, and he never veered from that price (and the prices were quite reasonable). When he found my hard drive running poorly, he called me and told me that if I went to Frys and bought a new hard drive (they were on sale there), he would install it at no extra charge. I love that he is very cost conscious. Because I was worried about attaching everything correctly after the machine was repaired, he had his co-worker follow me home to help me plug the whole thing back in--even finding online software for my printer and reinstalling that for me. After, when I couldnt get sound, I called him and he did an online diagnosis and solved the problem (no extra charge). I couldnt be happier. I will happily recommend him to all my friends.

Honest, Excellent, affordable service!!!! For all of you who have used many I.T. professionals in the past who always speak to you in a language you dont understand. You will not have that experience at Craigs!It all started when my husband ended up with a virus on his laptop he uses for his business. He took it in to Craig and he was able to restore the lap top, save his business software and it works wonderfully now. A short time later I needed assistance with my lap top. I needed to add Microsoft office. I was looking all over the internet on where to purchase it when it dawned on my why not call Craig. Of course he was able to add it for me in the store at a fraction of the price anyone was offering it for online or in the stores. At the same time he set up my lap top to make it more user friendly for me. A customer for life for sure!!!!

Discovered the problem I had was a motherboard issue and although he couldn’t fix it himself, he pointed me in the right direction to get the problem resolved through an associate of his.

I went in for a Macbook Pro 13inch and 15inch upgrade as both my devices were very slow. I went to Craig and he was able to examine the laptops and upgrade the operating system for both devices for a very fair price. I highly recommend Craig. He is very nice and was transparent with me. He didnt update sell or push me on purchasing any additionally services. If you want a quick turnaround and honest guy, definitely go with Craig.

Craig is great. Hes very knowledgeable and friendly. We had our family All-in-One repaired with a brand new hard drive twice the size as before and at a fraction of the price of a new one. Would definitely recommend.

Took my wifes notebook in as I forgot the Microsoft admin password. He had no trouble resetting it for me. He clearly explained the store policys and his customer service was the best. If he cant fix it he recommends someone that can. I like that. Will go here for all my computer issues that arent warranty.

Couldnt recommend Craigs more. Brought my home built PC in for a diagnosis and repair for at the time had who knows what possible problem, and within two days had it running better than I had hoped for. Beyond that, Craigs was accommodating, squeezing me in before closing, a pleasant time while I was in the store, didnt break the bank and had even followed up to make sure everything was still okay. I have had my frustrations with computer repairmen. I had brought my computer to another local repair guy in Orange and after bringing it back and forth to him multiple times, it was clear that this guys only solution was to wipe out the hard drive and start over. That was not an option for me.Then I found Craig. He picked up the phone when I called. He had a very clear vision of what my computer problem was, and fixed it within 24 hours. I went to Craig instead of going to Frys making the best decision, as I not only got my computer fixed at less than half the price it would take at Frys but I was treated like a friend. He went above and beyond by giving me some tips about my desktop, regarding the hardware and what brands are really good, and changing some of the Windows 10 settings which made my experience better.This was a no bullsh*t repair job and never tried to sell me things I did not need! This is impressive considering I spent over an hour in the shop talking with him about random stuff. He gave me lots of good advice but I never felt forced to act upon them, which I really appreciate.

Well, today was the second time I visited Craigs PC repairs. The first time was due to my laptop having the Blue Screen of Death and a severe virus that affected many of my operational programs. I thought it was over for my machine. I was in dire straits as I needed my PC for school the same day to complete my assignments. I took it to Craig and he gave me a better than expected estimate in both time and $. Ultimately, he restored my machine to better and faster than new functionality for less than he quoted and the machine was done the same day!!!! Other PC repair organizations were quoting me up to a week to perform the service and exponential price estimates. Craigs level of service is No Joke - He is very courteous, professional, technically savvy, and understands the customers need for their working machines to conduct business in todays information world. Today, I took my PC in for some missing software that supports OEM installed devices... Went in about a week ago since i had a busted screen on my laptop Craig took a look at it and gave me a quote. plugged it in made sure it still worked and not trying to fix something that doesnt work anymore. my screen came in and he installed it and was ready to pick up a day earlier than anticipated. my laptop looks great thanks to Craig but not only that, i came back since i couldnt remember my password from my log in and he got through the security system on the spot! how cool is that!, he told me to bring it back for an tune-up in a couple months since im running windows 8, i will definitely bring it back not only is he great at what he does he is a cool guy and gives great customer service, thanks again Craig!

So relieved to have found Craigs PC Repair. Working late one night my laptop died. I did a boot diagnostic and had an error message about the hard drive. Ugh! I had been putting off a full back up and now I could lose all my work files and family pictures! I didnt know what to do. I didnt know where to take my laptop or who to trust. Im so grateful that others had left good reviews for Craig online. I gave him a call and took my laptop in. Two days later my laptop was working amazing with a new hard drive and all my programs loaded. Craig even managed to pull all the files off my bad drive and restore them.
