This Corp. Mgt. Co. Is a joke. However, not funny.Never addresses any problems, never returns phone calls to the local office or Anaheim.Response is Always, “ Its not our responsibility”. Yet, it turns out, it is.All they seem able to do is collect the $1,250. Monthly HOA fee.For doing nothing except cleaning the pool where 15, 5 year olds, pee in it.

I was looking around a park in orange county and the people at one park near Carbon Canyon were super friendly and helpful. Very impressed with the ground keeping and the pool was cleaner than most.

They dont appreciate who really works and puts all the effort and time to learn and be productive for their company..... they have good employees but unfortunately with bad Bosses not knowing when they are Next!!

My mom has been living at Cottonwood Village in Santa Fe, New Mexico for 22 years. I dont know what has happen there but it has become a dumpy trailer park, it used to be very nice. And it is known to be one of the highest rental parks in the area as well. Go figure?

The manager comes on your property without asking and takes pictures of your property. Isnt that against the law? I am paying to rent the land so what gives her the right to come and take pictures ?

I live at crestmont mobile estate. A new manager was hired and the place is gone down hill. Its Sunday 12:40pm and the clubhouse is still locked, the pool area is still locked and the new manager is rude and very unprofessional. The new manager hasnt even updated the contract list for the community.

Whatever you do, do not live in one of their communities. This is a very unstable organization who do not treat residents or employees very nice.
