I had an accounting issue that dated back many months before I discovered it. Paul Anderson addressed my issue in a very timely manner and acted as liaison to my HOA BOD to get a resolution. I appreciated being able to communicate via email as it made the whole process go much more quickly than might have been. FIVE stars for Paul, FOUR stars for accounting! :-) but its all resolved now.
The property manager for our HOA is relatively new and is absolutely a breath of fresh air compared to past managers. She responds quickly and intelligently to answer correspondence or phone calls requesting help of any kind. The answers are personable and business like all at same time. I feel we are lucky to have her as our manager.
Noemi Wong is by far the best HOA Management Representative that weve ever had. She is always available and reply in a timely manner. Shes also on top of all our issues, concerns, and needs. As a Board member, it makes our responsibilities much easier to deal with.
This company is very inactive and they don’t have any accurate information. I had an unexpected balance in my HOAaccount which I’m not responsible and I have tried to reach them but no one is there to help. Very poor and lack of coordination, communication and inactive. I was told to contact “Conveyance Dept” to re-solve account balance but when I reach out to them to get a phone number and e-mailed them to get contact no of Conveyance Dept but unfortunately there is no response and I have become helpless.
Paul Anderson has been managing the Real Manage office in OC since December 2020. I am thrilled with his level of service and attentiveness. Great work Paul, please keep it up and I look forward to you staying with the OC office for a considerable period of time. It’s a pleasure to work with you.
As a homeowner, I’ve had the pleasure of doing business with Real Manage, more specifically, with Lauren Dantuono, Community Association Manager - Southern California.Additionally, although this review is a little long, you should take a few minutes to read what I had to say about this organization in order for you to have an informed decision from a person who does not have a hidden agenda like myself and who’s career is built from public trust, selfless service, and made from the fair in impartial service to the community.Bottom line upfront, I am incredibly grateful for the service that Community Association Manager Lauren Dantuono, has provided me with. She is an excellent representation of the typo employee that this company has. By that, I mean respectful, responsive, professional, caring, attentive, and the list goes on.The last thing you should take into consideration is that I’m an incredibly busy man with part-time military responsibilities and full-time local government organization duties, and not to mention the plethora of life duties outside of my professional life. Thus, it is a big deal for me to take this time out of my already busy schedule to provide you, the reader, with a review of this organization in order for you to make a sound decision as a potential customer.

This company has largely been unresponsive to all my repeated requests. There recently was a billing mistake (this is the 2nd time in the short time theyve been the management company) because they overbilled me by 2 months. Sent them an email but havent heard back. I live in a large complex and no one I know is happy with Realmanage. or should I say PoorManage.Even pre-covid it was hard to get them on the phone, Im right now on hold for 10:30.miutes. The message said if no onepicks up the call will be cancelled. Oy vey!!
Lorraine is one of the best I have ever worked with for the Casa Del Vista Community. Incredibly patient, incredibly professional, and certainly on time for everything. I am super happy to be able to work with someone like this!!

Being a vendor to homeowners association’s we get to work with all types of management companies. You can tell the type of management company you’re working with because of the clients that they attract. We love working with RealManage Association’s which is a direct reflection on the type of management company they are. We look forward to working with them for many years to come.
I have had some tough issues with Gold Coast Enterprises now known as Real Manage in Orange. However When I was connected to Daniel Mejia he was the only one in the Company who listened and took my concerns in and did something about them. He has always been very helpful. He responds to emails same day when he is in the office and always returns calls. I am big on customer service as I truly believe if your good to people they will be good back. I KNOW if Daniel is working on my issues he will always find a solution and find out why the issued occurred. I would highly recommend him to anyone who has any concerns. I think he deserves recognition from RealManage on his superb Work Ethic and professionalism.
Karen Lua is a wonderful manager to work with! She is always extremely communicative and takes really good care of her board or directors. We have done quite a bit of work with real manage and everyone is so happy with their customer service! 5 stars I wish every property management company was this good!

I have recently been dealing with Doug and Daniel regarding a roof leak that surfaced during the last rains. I didn’t even know where to start with the repairs. Needless to say I was completely overwhelmed but they made me feel very comfortable and worry free. After the repair was made Doug even reached out to make sure I was happy with the service I received.
Gold Coast/ Realmanage has been managing the association I live in for a few years now. In the past I had quite a hard time communicating with them and felt like my issues got pushed aside. I can honestly say that in the past few months things have started turning around. Doug was recently assigned to our community and his customer service is awesome. He promptly returns my calls and emails and seems like he really cares. My fingers are crossed that things will continue to get better!
I have been trying for 7 mos to settle a dispute and have been given either no reponse or a please wait till we fix our a/r accounts. Amazingly they continue to charge me interest and penalties when my legitimate complaints go unanswered for over 7 mos.. They are charging me approximately $1000 for 2 late fees in the the last 28 years. I hardly think this is real management.
In the short time of only five months Aysa has created a miracle by landing in a situation with an endless list of extraordinary issues, a sea of troubles, but she has been able to navigate the Association out of the storm with a background of experience, dedicated work and intelligence. Aysa’s expert supervision at Monthly Open Meetings is exemplary. The Board and our community is fortunate and appreciative to have a Property Manager who is a total professional.

We are working very closely with her insuring the Board of her associations are satisfy with the work we as vendors are providing at Fletcher, Smoketree and other associations. Since Asya has become manager at Pacific Club she has made a major difference in the administration of the board of directors and the overall running of the complex. Ive lived here for 21 years and have been disappointed and worse by most of the management teams weve had - and weve had a lot. RealManage manages our Bayridge Community in Newport Beach. RealManage is an an absolute NIGHTMARE to deal with. They are un-ethical, un-responsive, and lack any sort of customer service.
Had to come here for business and parking is absolutely horrible. I drove around the building for 10 minutes before a spot opened up. It appears the construction next door is taking up a fair bit of their parking.
We love working with Heather Johnson! Nice to have her back as our Property Manager.

The worst Property Management company. I have a rotten wooden post and beam at my unit, its getting worse and worse. Look at the pictures! One of the supporting wooden panels has completely fallen off! Really concerned for my safety. DO NOT FEEL SAFE AT ALL! We talked to Terry and other people since October, and they still havent addressed the issue even after they said they would. I have all the emails and a papertrail to prove that I myself and others have tried to contact them to fix this issue. Terrible that I have to be living in this condition.
I find that The staff at RealManage are very kind and caring and quite knowledgeable in property management. I needed them for my property and they got the job done in a timely manner
I first contacted Karen Lua at RealManage on January 20, 2019 to report a roof leak in my condo unit. Their appointed vendor for roof leaks (JP Roofing) was contacted and they installed a tarp over the affected roof area on January 24th and an estimate of the repair charges was sent to RealManage on January 29th. Since January 24th I have been trying to get the leak repaired and have sent numerous e-mail messages to Karen at RealManage- for the past week there has been NO ANSWER from RealManage regarding my roof leak. With each rain storm the water is continuing to leak onto my ceiling from the roof as the tarp was not installed correctly on Jan 24th and RealManage is not able to get approval from our HOA Board to get the leak fixed.At a minimum I would expect that someone from RealManage would contact me about this problem- but this has not occurred for the past week! More rain is expected this week and I will continue to have water leaking into my unit from the roof and no action by RealManage.A big disappointment with RealManage services to our condo complex in Huntington Beach!From reading some of the other reviews on this website I see that I am not alone in having communication problems with this RealManage office in Orange.Update Feb 12th: The problem appears to be that all communications for the RealManage office in Orange California are first sent to the home office in Texas before being forwarded to the appropriate local property manager here in California. This causes a delay in replies being sent out to the homeowners under the RealManage property management system.
