I guess sometimes you must take the bus for what ever reasonThis company is the worse.They don’t have a way to secure a seatYou must arrive and hope for the best.The bus is overcrowded which is fine but the girls selling tickets are really rude and not well manneredWhen a guy complained why the bus is leaving at 7:15 when it was scheduled for 5 she responded do you want your seat or not”. No grace at allDon’t use them unless you have no choice and need to head south.Not reliable

The said the bus leaves @5 to be there at 4 we get there at 4:30 to check in they said the bus left but you can catch in LA it leaves at 6:30 we get here at 6:30 and it leaves at 8 i kindly asked them why they leave before schedule movio los hombrros y dijo no se what a bad customer service! because the driver was very nice to my mom and did not leave alone or made sure she was in a safe place i change my rating!

This place deserves 0 stars... Here is my story which i filed with the BBB and other agenciesPrior de me purchasing bus tickets, i called on 2 separate occasions and asked if the buses go directly to the airport and both times, i was told yes they go directly. on April 22, 2015 I purchased 3 roundtrip tickets ($45 ea) from Tres Estrellas de Oro bus company from Anaheim to Tijuana Airport. We arrived in San Ysidro and the bus driver told us that we had to board another vehicle that would take us to the airport and handed us off the another driver who asked me for my tickets to verify that we were going to the Tijuana Airport. Here is the problem, the driver never gave me back the tickets and since it was my first time on a bus, i didnt know that you needed to have the tickets to return nor did the girl who sold me the tickets say anything about holding onto the tickets.(at the counter where i bought the tickets, it doesnt state anything about holding on to the tickets for a return trip) I thought i would be confirmed on the computer system the company uses. I remembered the next day and i called my husband to call the Anaheim location who then assured him that everything would be ok and that when we would arrive in Tijuana, that all we had to do was go to the ticket counter at Tres Estrellas and they would call over to the Anaheim bus station and confirm that we in fact purchased 3 roundtrip tickets. well, that wasnt the case. Upon our arrival to Tijuana on April 27th at 5p.m., i proceeded to the ticket counter for Tres Estrellas and spoke with a supervisor who then called over to the Anaheim bus station and she was able to confirm that we did purchase 3 roundtrip tickets, however, because we didnt have the actual ticket, we had to pay another fare to go back to Anaheim. I explained to the supervisor that your driver from your company kept my tickets and that if he knew that i needed them back, why didnt he give them to me. After waiting 1/2 at the ticket counter, they pretty much told me that i need to buy another set of tickets to go back. I paid another $60.00 to come back to Anaheim when i had already paid $135.00 for roundtrip tickets. When I arrived at the Anaheim bus station, I was placed on a phone call with the supervisor for that location and she told me that it was my fault for having to pay an extra $60.00 to come back. I proceeded to explain to her that the driver of this company kept my tickets. That wasnt my fault if he knew i needed them back since they were roundtrip tickets. After going in circles with the supervisor she offered me a courtesy bus fare and i stopped her and told her that this was my first and last time on this bus company and that i wanted a $60 refund and not a courtesy ride. The supervisor stated she couldnt give me a refund so, i proceeded to tell her that i was going to file a complain with the BBB because it is not fair that the driver of this company kept my tickets. For all i know, he kept them purposely, so that i would have to pay again. If this bus would have gone directly to the airport like they stated twice, then this would have never happened. The driver kept my tickets and it should be the companies responsibility to return the tickets to their passengers.save yourself a headache and uncomfortable trip. Go with another bus line. These rats should be shut down

Horrible service!! If I could give a -0 I would. Bus never leaves on time and arrives on time .The two times my father has used their service bus breaks down in the middle of now where and had to wait hours before they sent another bus! buses are very crowded to the point that people have to overlap ! Why would they sell tickets if their is no more space

WORST SERVICE .. THAT MAY HAVE SELL EXTRA PLACES WHICH HAVE LOST TIME AND MONEY MY OPINION TAKE SPECIAL CAUTION IN ANAHEIM CA BECAUSE WHEN BEING QUESTIONED THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS PRACTICE

Avoid using this line.Horrible service, do not respect reservation, everyones attention is rude.Dirty trucks, and in poor condition.The staff is not friendly, and Im not sure if they are trained.Always are late.

Mmm, very bad service, on February 11 at 9 at night Anaheim arrived and checked me in, everything is fine I did not want to take the 9 X car that my husband was registering his car and we took the 10:20 car there The problem began because the bus arrived, the driver OSCAR LOPEZ DIDNT WANT TO BRING US WHY MY TICKETS WERE NOT VALID AND THAT IT WAS NOT POSSIBLE THAT I WAS PAID 40 DOLLARS RETURN, THAT PAYMENT CORRESPONDS THAT OF MY DAUGHTER AND ME, AND THE TICKET MY HUSBAND WASNT WORTH IT. WHY IT WAS DECEMBER AND HOW THE TICKETS OF COURSE OF MIND LAST 3 MONTHS OF EXPIRATION, JUST USED THE RETURN, WELL WE WANTED A DISCUSSION THAT X THAT HE DIDNT BRING ME TO TIJUANA, AND THE BALLOT WAS NO LONGER TO HELP ME THERE WAS LET US AND X NOT DISCUSS, WE DOWN THE THINGS AND WE STAYED IN ANAHEIM, BUT MR. OSCAR LOPEZ TOLD US THAT HE WOULD CHARGE US $ 40 FOR TAKING US TO TIJUANA BUT WE ARE GOING TO NOT PAY TO SEO OSO THAT IS WHY BREAKDOWN, VERY BAD SERVICE
