When I want to rent a single surrey, the lady tell me right now we don’t have single surrey available. I ask how long can I get one. She say 20-45 mins but not guarantee me can get it since I need get back the end of the line and ask again. Are you serious？！ I say I can stand by side and see if has one back cause I believe in the line right now will have someone needs it, too. She said ok. Then I ask I don’t have ID, can I use my phone for pledge? She say no I need see ID. I know it’s rule but not show up anywhere that I can see. I feel very set up since the line is long and the service......

Always the same excuse that is windy and that boats are unavailable... I called before I came and they told me they would be open, when I arrived they said they closed because of the wind. They always have that same excuse, I never saw it working. FOR THE FOURTH TIME I TRY TO COME HERE WITH MY KIDS AND I WAS JUST DISAPPOINTED. bad experience

Fun for the kids

This place is great and not expensive at all. If you buy the membership which is cheap, like $10 everytime you visit you get 50% off. And its good for a year. Great customer service and fun equipment. Ive never had any problems. Whoever thinks this place is expensive then go buy your own bike.
