Jesus Macias from Scott English Plumbing performed a whole house plumbing inspection, installed a toilet and fixed two leaky hose faucets. Great attitude, professional work and on time. I would definitely use him again.Only complaint: Scott English Plumbing is frightningly expensive: about $1,000 for 3 hours labor (no parts except a couple of faucet valves)

We have used Scott English for plumbing several times in the past and they always provide friendly, professional and quality service! We are in a condo so navigating the plumbing can sometimes be very difficult. Jayson and Michael were great at diagnosing and communicating the problems and work they needed to perform. They remained professional and attentive in getting the jobs completed. I was impressed how they consistently communicated with me throughout their process to keep me updated as well as the quality of work in an extremely reasonable amount of time! I will not hesitate to request Jayson for our service in the future!

Our plumbing was backing up in our veranda in July and again yesterday. I used scott pluming both times. Elliott was able to not only solve the blockage but also identified the root cause of the problem using a camera inside the pipe which was the buildup within our old pipe. He told us that we will probably experience blockage again and at that point we will need to pressure wash the pipes and told us the estimated costs. He also didn’t charge me for the service this time as it was covered under the first service’s warranty in July. I felt that he was very knowledgeable, informative, fast, and honest.

Luke was a pro at diagnosing where my leak was coming from, a drain pipe from an upstairs neighbor. He was very efficient, worked hard, and also was great at answering my questions along the way as well as my neighbor’s questions. The repair—cutting six feet of cast iron and a “yoke” where my drain pipe and my neighbor’s drain pipe joined to the main sewer line and replacing with abs pipe—took about 2 hours. Luke was thorough even after the work was done, making sure that my neighbor’s shower and laundry drained properly as well as my kitchen sink and dishwasher. I am thrilled that all is dry after being wet for so long!

Felix did an awesome job. He fixed the pipe causing the leak and answered all my question about this job and other procedures that we might want to have done in the future.

Luke was great! He saw that previous repairs had been done under my water heater and suggested a better way to repair this time. He even showed me how to prolong the life of the new pipe. He explained the system better than anyone else had before. Overall, an excellent experience.

The condensation on the floor of our garage under the AC unit was the concern. Slab leak was ruled out (Phew!). There was no pressure to start knocking out walls or anything major, a wait and see situation (and no charge!). I would not hesitate to call them back for future issues. Both Shane and his fellow plumber were friendly and competent.

This is the second time I hire Scott English Plumbing, they did an amazing job again. Tim was who visited us this time and he gave me valuable insight on my tankless gas water heater, and took care of installing a pipe on the escape valve to ensure no water will be dropped in my garage in case the pressure ever gets too high - for a little background, I got the house 2 weeks ago and discovered that the previous owners never fixed a few issues nor serviced the heater. Im sure to hire them again next year when its time for servicing it again.

It’s Sunday at 10 AM. Our kitchen sink is overflowing and we are in a panic. The contracted plumber for our community was not available, so our HOA called Scott English for emergency service. At 4:30 PM we were told an hour to an hour and a half. 30 minutes later Elliott Balboa arrived. He was friendly, explained the cause of the problem and had the clog opened and our water flowing within 30 minutes. The work was obviously great but to have such a pleasant and professional person when we were so stressed out was such a blessing. I cannot say enough good things about Elliot. His work ethic and attitude were outstanding - especially at the last minute in a Sunday evening. I had made an appointment with a competitor, waited all day, they never showed up. I called Scott English and they made an appointment for the next day gave me a 2 hour window and were right on time. The plumber examined the situation and explained in detail what he was going to do and the exact cost. He unclogged the drain and inspected under the house. To many bait n switch plumbers out there. So glad I found Scott English,an honest plumber ! It was so nice to get a call after the repair from the owner himself to make sure we were completely satisfied! How often does that happen ! Josh was very knowledgeable, professional & helpful. He is detail oriented & very thorough. He went through each section of my plumbing & found every leak & replaced every pipe. He was also knowledgeable of other problems caused by other contractors doing repairs at the time. He found that the AC disposal unit was not connected & told the contractor to fix it. He recommended calling a home restoration company & filing a claim w/ my insurance to clean up the sewage that flooded under my house. I also like how he explained each problem as it came up & was not condescending at all. In my 2 years of home ownership I have dealt with 5 plumbers & he is by far the best. Worked on a leaky gas line from the water meter. Had the whole job done in about 2 hours. They had to take the meter out and replace a lot of parts. Friendly, knowledgeable and fast workers. I would highly recommend this company.

Our garbage disposal stopped working . Luke came out found the issue right away and fixed it, checked our water pressure and water valve. He was on time and very efficient. This is the second time we have used Scott English Plumbing and will continue to use them for any plumbing issues.

We had an emergency water issue on a Friday night, around 8pm, and contacted Scott English Plumbing. They did a superb job at communicating with us and most importantly, handling the issue. Eliot (the technician) and Stephanie (the scheduler) were both fantastic and made the stressful problem almost* stress free.Highly recommend them.

Our kitchen sink was clogged. We tried another plumber first and they charged us $90 to tell us they couldn’t unclog it without cutting open the wall. Then we tried Scott English Plumbing. They used a more flexible auger to get around the pipe and unclog it. They came again later to hydro jet it to remove more of the debris so it wouldn’t clog again. My only complaint was I had to follow up with them a couple times before they came because they said they wanted to talk to my neighbors and then they didn’t call back.

Both my kitchen sinks were backed up. Dennis showed up with a smile and got to work. Completed the job in under an hour. Neat, professional and knew what he was doing. Id request him again.

In addition to installing a toilet we bought elsewhere into a renovated bathroom He updated a shut-off valve. We were super happy with his work and he had very helpful long term tips for us as he left so we could get the most out of the update. Once again, Bob exceeded my expectations. I am doing a remodel to my kitchen, and I requested Bob of course. It is clear he knows what he is doing and already had my trust from prior experience with him. That gave me peace of mind with the plumbing aspect of my remodel. I had to have some pipes rerouted, and he saw that the ice maker pipe for my refrigerator was outdated. It was 1980s style, protruding too far out of the wall. He updated it and added an icemaker outlet box. Everything is updated and now I willl have peace of mind when the remodel is done. Bob is definitely among the best in his field. We dealt with two different contractors prior to this one. We had a horrible and unprofessional service from those two. One did not want to put on the boot covers when entering to the house nor considered of bringing one. We told him the issue, he used the stopper and solved the issue no more than 10mins. The issue was not resolved and he refused to used snake to clean the pipe and asked us to pay more to modified the pipe if we want it to be fixed. The other contractor didn’t refused to wear boot covers but not happy to put it on as we personally felt he was force to. Spent no more than 5 mins of listening to our story and concluded we need a clean out with extra charge of $775. He didn’t even mentioned anything about snaking. But with Michael from Scott English company, its a whole different story. He brought his own boot cover and wore before entered into the house. He listened to our situation attentively and asked further questions to understand more. After showing him around, he gave us the price with snaking and hands-on the job immediately. We thought were just quoting first then rescheduled to come back to work on it. With this result, it tells us how considerate person he is and put our situation as priority. We were surprised how he could possibly snake it when other two contractors already said they can’t. We told him that based on those previous contractor said there was no access so they couldn’t snake it. He looked puzzled and asked us how come they can’t have access. While he asked, he made it happen. Then come to realize, because the snake machine is too heavy and our kitchen is upstairs, most likely those two contractors were just too lazy and didn’t want to do the job. Not only he performed snaking with no hesitation, he spent hours to solve the issue of leaking, and we didn’t feel he was in rush because it was getting quite late. We truly appreciate his consideration just the way he explains things, carried that heavy tool up to the stairs, make no loud noise because he was very cautious with the neighbor and had his own boot cover consistently the entire time. We are very please and satisfied with his work and would definitely refer Scott English to friends and families, and especially refer Michael.

Elliott and his apprentice did a great job! They hydro keyed my kitchen line and the main line. The main line was no small task but Elliott was patient and persistent and was able to clear the roots that had grown in to the drain line.I had called the guys that you hear about on the radio first, you know, the ones that don’t smell. I have used them on several occasions, I will not be using them again. It’s Scott English from now on!

Great service in the middle of the night! Stephanie was helpful and efficient and Dennis arrived quickly to help us with an emergency repair. Diego did a wonderful job by looking at the crashed drain pipe and gave me 4 options with explanation on pro and con of each option. I selected the option to replace the whole section with ABS pipe. He also helped me look at the possibilities of installing an expansion tank & replacing the regulator which were not in the original request. Diego is very friendly and professional explains all questions in detailed.Diego is a super professional and very friendly plumber. During the fixing my plumbing issues, Diego found out my water heater faucet leaking when shut off. He explained and gave me several options. I picked one option asked Diego to fix it. It was raining 100% that day and Diego & his helper still kelp working so hard until every thing done. I am glad that I called Scott English & definitely will call again & recommend my friends & neighbors to ask for Scott services.
