Mr. Cabinet Care staff gave us a timeline before we signed the contract and explained all the details. After signing the contract the timeline did not change .Christine handled all of the communication and coordination. She was great! Our installer David did an excellent job. He took the time to explain everything to us and make sure we were happy with our cabinets.We had one glitch with a cabinet due to the microwave I ordered. After the cabinet was built and installed we did not like the way it looked. This was not an issue. We talked to Christine about it. I sent pictures to her. She discussed with the team. Not an issue. They created a change order we all agreed on and replaced the cabinet.Our appliances were delayed due to Covid-19 supply chain issues as were many other customers. Mr. Cabinet Care came back and installed the appliances after the kitchen was complete and the appliances finally arrived.I would highly recommend Mr. Cabinet Care for their quality and customer service. I would use them again.

The start of my project, David Zepeda was great. He was top notch cabinet installer and his carpenter skills are impressive. So far looks fantastic. If he is an example of the company we are impressed so far. Christine Adam’s has also been very helpful trying to get the job scheduled and completed.

First off, our installer Eduardo Serrano was absolutely amazing. He was extremely professional, kind, and communicative the entire week he was in our home redoing our kitchen cabinets. I was 8.5 months pregnant at the time of the installation and he went above and beyond to keep everything very clean and contained to the kitchen and garage and not making it feel like our whole house was flipped upside down. He did an amazing job and our kitchen looks beautiful!

What I really liked about Mr Cabinet Care was not everything went 100% according to plan; however, in life everything rarely works out 100% the way you plan. There were a couple of curve balls thrown at my project and I was really impressed at how Mr Cabinet Care stood in there and eventually knocked it out of the park. Mr. Cabinet care installed cabinets in my kitchen 25+ years ago. I was pleased enough with them then that when I had the cabinets refaced in my current home, I called them again. Their bid was reasonable and professionally delivered. The quality of the doors and the installation is outstanding. When there was a hiccup in the process, they came through for me, exhibiting the customer service skills that have ensured the longevity of the company.

We had our kitchen cabinets refaced. Kevin, design consultant, patiently walked us thru the process and explained exactly what to expect. We were kelt up to date on our order process, when to expect measurements, delivery of our materials and when installation would start. From the outset, Mr. Cabinet Care staff were responsive to our calls when we started our reface/ remodel of the kitchen. John was very informative, patient and professional. The demolition guys were prompt and cleaned up after themselves and lugged the heavy old appliances out for us. Renato was awesome! All of Mr. CC staff followed Covid precautions, were on time, went over and above. This includes Luis and Edgar at the tail end of the project with the fine tuning . Christine at the office handled the coordination that is critical and handled concerns regarding their contracted countertop company. My wife and I wanted to give our kitchen and powder room a new look. We scoured the internet looking for the best providers. We finally settled for Mr. Cabinet because of all the positive reviews. And they were right. Scott came out, did a survey and gave us a time frame along with a quote. Next Nathan came and double checked everything to make sure we were good to go. The scheduling team was superb with timely and accurate updates. And then our remodel started. They showed up (Michael and John) and demolished our old kitchen. The next day our new cabinets were delivered. Frank showed up the next day to install the cabinets. What a fine and meticulous he did. Then the counter top specialist did a complete measurement before fabrication was done and later installed the next week. Finally we had Jose who did the back splash tile work and Edgar who did the final appliance installations. What a fantastic job the entire did to create and finish our new kitchen and powder room. We are thrilled with the out come. Thanks. Oh, I almost for got to mention all the special in our cabinets: pull out draws and Super Susans that will make out life easier.

Mr. Cabinet Care gave us our dream kitchen and we couldnt have had a better experience. We are truly grateful for all of the people we worked with during the process.We started with Kevin who worked with us on the estimate and design (which was much more reasonable than every other estimate that we received and never changed throughout the process) - we really appreciated his multiple trips out to our home, answering every question that we threw at him, and giving us the time to make our decision. Each team that we worked with after that was incredibly efficient - the demo team was in and out in a day, the installers (Tony and Daniel) worked hard for 4 days to bring everything together perfectly and making sure everything was exactly as we ordered it (even having to reorder and reinstall new cabinet doors). Countertops are beautiful, the backsplash - from Anaheim Hills Tile Supply - looks amazing and only took a day for install, and the last crew (Edgar and Aurelio) reinstalled our appliances - everything looked clean and new, and made sure every detail was finished perfectly. We opted for a cabinet reface and quartz counters (we had someone else do our tile). From the salesman to the installers, we had very knowledgable and communicative people to walk us through this process. Our cabinet installer, Renato, was always on-time and easy to work with. He did the work cleanly and quickly. If I had one complaint, it was the delay between the cabinet install and the counters - everything was ordered at the same time and they seemed to have a very set time frame for everything, so having no work done for a week while waiting for the counters was confusing. But, even that is a very small complaint - These counters were worth the wait!. Everything came out beautiful and and the materials are top-notch. We are VERY happy with the job. Mr Cabinet-Care comes highly recommended.

From the initial consultation to the completion of the cabinet refacing in my kitchen, all Mr. Cabinet Care personnel were outstanding in their professionalism, customer service, commitments, delivery and installation. I would highly recommend them for any cabinet refacing project. The installation personnel were highly trained and the installation was completed on time and to my satisfaction, including the clean up.

Company refaced kitchen cabinets. Overall, quality and work was good. I was promised an incentive program which included cleaning, help with unloading and loading cabinets and food coupons but that never quite happened. They said they sent an email which I never got and refused to send an email again. But in fairness, the sales rep offered to help me which I told her wasn’t necessary. The job went longer than expected but they worked with me to get it largely completed to a more manageable point. So overall I was pleased.

We had our existing kitchen cabinets refaced and a kitchen island built. The whole experience was wonderful. The Mr Cabinet Care staff was top notch from beginning to end. After installation, we saw a couple of minor issues. Upon notification, a specialist was out right away to make the needed adjustments. We are very happy with our new kitchen and will be calling upon Mr Cabinet care for our next project which will be a bathroom cabinet remodel.

The folks at Mr. Cabinet Care are a very nice bunch of people. From design to finish they were right there with me. John Goodsell came out and went over what I wanted to do. He did some measuring and showed us some samples of door design and color options along with countertop options also. We were doing a complete transformation of our kitchen so there was a little more to it than just removing and replacing. He helped us through the design and opened my eyes to little details that I never thought of. We met him at their showroom and we finalized everything after looking over the amazing selection of samples and other color options available. After that Sergio came out and did some more detailed measuring and went over some of the fine details of what I was trying to achieve. He then had a set of working drawings for me to approve in a couple of days. Our initial contact with Mr. Cabinet Care was very good. Our sales representative was courteous and helpful. The only thing we did not like was that when measuring was done and details were discussed, we were not informed that we could have made some minor modifications which would have allowed for larger pull outs on our lower cabinets. This would have been so much better. As a result we have four pullouts instead of two large ones. Definitely disappointed when we found out this could have been easily done.Our other negative was the back office. We were surprised that the change in door style resulted in a $500 change order fee. We had to push to get an explanation of how cost had increased (keeping in mind that production was weeks away). We actually thought the cost might go down for a single piece door versus one with multiple pieces and mitered joints. We did get a call the day before Christmas asking for payment for the change order. Things got busy and then at the end of the year we took off to SE Asia for a month. While in SE Asia we received a phone message where it was stated that unless we paid that $500 immediately our job would be placed on hold. Via email my husband explained that we would be happy to pay but due to the fact that we were half way around the world, we would not be able to make the charge on our credit card as we were using that card on our trip and for some reason Mr Cabinet Care does not accept American Express. This demand for payment and threatening of holding up the job seemed ridiculous given we had already paid $8,168 in deposits for the job. We found the policy and the way it was handled to be less than desirable. It was all about policy, instead of good faith. Thankfully, in the end good heads prevailed and we agreed that we would pay the change fee when installation began.The most positive thing about our job was Saul. He was amazing. Always on time, super clean work and a job well done. Additionally, Jose who came one day really helped to move the project ahead. Also we are extremely happy with the quality of the workmanship and product.Overall we did have a good experience but really felt that modifications that were possible should have been discussed and the change order payment could have been handled in a more professional way.Follow-up - 9.24.20 - We were told that if anything broke on our cabinets for any reason in the first 12 months, it would be repaired at no cost. We broke the trash bin and called to have it repaired. They repaired it within 10 days with no questions, no issues and no problems. We were very happy with this.

We made a BIG MISTAKE using Mr. Cabinet Care to remodel our kitchen.At first they seemed very professional when their sales representative came out to our home to see our kitchen and review ideas about cabinet configurations, wood types, counter designs, etc. They showed us a computer model so we could visualize how doors would open and how to maximize space with storage areas. They made many promises and seemed dedicated to our needs. However, once we signed the contract it was like we didnt exist. Our sales person would not return our calls when we had concerns or questions going forward. See photos of their work below.We had a bad experience using Mr. Cabinet Care. We are trying to get our story out to as many people as possible by telling our family, friends, and posting on other business review websites. We hope others wont make the same mistake.

I am still thrilled with the cabinet refacing and improvements completed by Mr. Cabinet Care in my kitchen in April 2020. My overall experience has been great as I detailed in my reviews and pictures posted on Yelp. Last week I had them out for warranty work due to some minor settling that caused a crack in a small section where the backsplash meets the countertop. Edgar, their Technician came to my home as scheduled and expertly took care of the matter. He was very professional and helpful. He found another small spot I was unaware of. He then went the extra mile and re-caulked all similar areas to help prevent any future problems. I appreciate his thoroughness. He advised me not to hesitate to contact them should it reoccur as it is covered under my warranty. I first met Edgar several months ago during the refacing job when he reconnected my kitchen sink plumbing, garbage disposal, installed my new range hood and installed a new lighting fixture in the ceiling. Obviously, Edgar has many skills. I highly recommend Mr. Cabinet Care for the quality of their work, standing behind their warranty and their exceptional employees! Mr Cabinet Care was the only contractor who could give me an estimate during the initial meeting. After getting 3 other quotes, they were very competitive. They were also the only company who provides a 20 year guarantee. The cabinets are custom made in Anaheim for my kitchen, not ordered from a ware house outside of the US. They were always very responsive, communicated well and showed up when scheduled. There is some down time between cabinet installation and counter installation, but the complete project from demo to final was exactly 1 month. Sergio, the contractor they suggested for the additional work that MRCC does not do, was great as well. Very good at communication and keeping me informed throughout the process. I love my new kitchen. Its high quality at a reasonable price.

Update on my kitchen:So far so good. Our kitchen has lasted the test of time and still looks just as great as it did when we first had it remodeled. Everyone in our house has heavy hands and tends to man handle everything, so I believe the soft-closing system we had installed on all the cabinets/drawers really helped with its longevity. This definitely puts me at ease considering I have a future bathroom project Id like to fulfill and Ive had a great experience with Mr. Cabinet Care so far.

It was not a pleasant experience. We started in July 2018 and after multiple problems they finished in January 2019. They do an extremely poor job of communicating amongst their own people. Initially, after we signed the contract it took a call from me to initiate a schedule for installation. Their installation group did not even know we had picked out everything four weeks prior. If it wasn’t for my phone call we would still be waiting. Also, they do not demo anything. Instead they refer you to a general contractor. On a scale from 1 to 10 I would rate him a 3 or 4. His crews work was both good in places and incomplete in others. I had to call in another general contractor to finish some of the work. But the real issue was the cabinet colors from Mr Cabinet Care were inconsistent. We ordered Bisque, the cabinets were Bisque but the trim molding was White. They initially tried to convince us that is what we ordered. After some discussion with them they agreed to fix the trim/molding. Well, it took them 6 weeks to replace. Once replaced the molding was still white. So, our new General Contractor is replacing the molding with the proper color. My recommendation is do not use Mr Cabinet Care.

We are extremely proud of our beautiful new kitchen installed by Mr. Cabinet Care and are glad we chose them to do our kitchen remodel.After visiting their showroom, we arranged for a salesperson to come to our home. While this person was very knowledgeable, his conversation was more of a rehearsed or “canned speech” instead a discussion. After about 15 minutes we decided to let him go on so we could have a conversation. Once that started, together we made a number of important decisions before committing to Mr. Cabinet Care.Robert came by a few days later and took not only all the measurements, but more importantly made some great recommendations to us. Though Robert’s recommendations added another $1000.00 onto our bill, we’re very glad we got him to do our layout as his constructive ideas and feedback was outstanding.Finally, if you decide to go with Mr. Cabinet Care be sure you insist upon Fausto and Cameron doing your installation. These two guys are so in-sync with one another that every day major accomplishments were achieved. You not only will not find two nicer people to work in your home, but they were very professional and respectful of our home. They sealed off the kitchen area so no dust or debris could escape, and their daily clean-up said a lot about how they felt about being in our home. Twice, unforeseen issues required on-the-spot improvising and both times they made great decisions and achieved excellent results. These two guys alone get FIVE STARS from us.Overall, we highly recommend Mr. Cabinet Care for their quality materials and workmanship and will not hesitate to call them first when we’re ready to do more work in our bathrooms.

Shout out to my first experience with Mr Cabinet Care and they were very attentive and quite helpful the entire time. The project involved replacing the kitchen, cabinets and doing the floors as well. It was a big deal to me and so, they made it feel like it was a big deal to them as well. I had a designer assigned to me and she was wonderful and very helpful. They presented all the design options, then allowed the timing needed to adjust and then decide. Avoid if possible. One of the worst experiences. They did not deliver on the date specified in the contract, on the contrary went several weeks past the deadline. After they finally started they forgot to order a drawer which lasted more than a month to arrive. So you can say our kitchen installation went more than 3 months over the specified date on the contract. I guess they make them in China because of the quality and time it takes them to get them in. Also it gives it an extra cheap feeling with the word “mr cabinet care“ carved in the inside of every door. Some of the material started peeling off of the wood they glued it to. No apologies nothing. I have all the pictures if needed.

Do not use this company! First of all, they cracked my granite when installing it, and refused to replace it. After arguing with them for months, I finally agreed to let them “repair” it. The repair lasted about a year and now I have a huge gouge in my countertop. As for the refacing of the cabinets, the veneer began cracking and lifting off after a couple of years, and the corbels they installed were stapled to the cabinets and kept falling off. Yes, their salesman was really nice, but don’t be fooled because he is not the one who will be doing the work. Their materials are not high quality. For a couple thousand more, my sister had her cabinets replaced and her kitchen still looks great, while I’m gonna have to have mine redone. Spend the extra money; you won’t regret it in the long run.

Jamie Smugeresky is an absolute pro at guiding you through the design process. Tony and Cameron are an expert installation team. Their finished cabinet products are second to none. I can’t give Mr. CC a high enough evaluation.

If you are looking to have your kitchen remodeled, they are the one for you. We were new at remodeling and the sales representative Aubry just wanted to sell and over promise but very polite and professional about it. Promised she would be there to guide us along the process especially since we had decided to include our bathrooms. Big mistake on my part. IF only she had gone over what we could have done prior to installation, after demo things might have turned out differently. Demo was a total mess, didnt cover kitchen to limit dust in air and rest of dining/living room area. The installers and counter top people did not clean up very well after they were done each day. I had to come home after a long day at work just to clean. The time frame was the worse, we were promised around 6 weeks, it took 3 months from time of signing contract to completion. Make sure you have them detail all in their contract not just their checked points. I would not recommend them and put anyone else through this process. The communication with the company not the best. Positive: Cabinets and counters look great.

Our experience with Mr. Cabinet Care has been genuinely amazing, from start to finish! After over 30 years in our home, we’d always thought we’d like to do something to lighten up our interior kitchen dominated with dark cabinets; but we’d never really taken it seriously – especially after retiring – until seeing the updated kitchen in the home our daughter & her husband bought with an updated kitchen – when I started thinking how nice it would be and that we should at least get an estimate. Mr. Cabinet Care was not the first company we called – we didn’t even know who they were, until I did a Yelp search and read so many amazing reviews; and after reading reviews on Yelp, we didn’t even call the company whose name we’d seen the most over the years. Our installer Saul was friendly, informative of each step and open to feedback as he made progress, and flexible in working around me as I made a modification under the sink. Mr Cabinet care did a great job on our kitchen remodel. We are very happy with the finished job. We had one issue during the project in that we changed out a built-in microwave oven and Mr Cabinet Care stayed with us during the issues that ensued until it was completely resolved. We had outdated oak cabinets. We changed out the doors and refaced with white shaker-style. It made an amazing change.Jose was our installer, and he did an outstanding job. Other contractors make promises and then make excuses when they go weeks past a promised timeline. The crews were very professional and cleaned up each day they worked.

Had my new kitchen cabinets done by Mr Cabinet Care. Our Sales guy was very professional and easy to work with. He is very thorough with his communications which made the process a lot easier. He gave us pointers and suggestions on how to configure my kitchen cabinets and island and what dimensions would work best for my needs. They came to my house twice and made sure the cabinet size would actually fit the space in my kitchen. Its always good to have someone double check your measurements.

We had our kitchen and bathrooms cabinets refaced in 2013 and 2015. In 2017 we needed repair on faulty installation. Would not respond with a solution. Now we are changing the size of our oven and need 4 new cabinets. I was told we only complete full kitchens and I should go get the same size oven. Very disappointed in this local family business.

This is the 3rd kitchen we have done with Mr Cab Care, all refacing projects + countertops. They have very skilled and able personnel working for them, from our sales guy Scott, to the “measure man” Nathan, to our key refacer/woodworker Sao, many who have worked for them for 10+ years. What I like most about this Company is that if something is wrong, they come back, no questions, to fix it. Their Customer Service Dept is very good, very professional, thanks Christine and Maritza. No disagreeing, they come back to “make it right”. They say what they do, and they do what they say. I highly recommend them, and would use them again.

Called to obtain an estimate for our bathroom. Was told they will only give an estimate if it includes the kitchen cabinets. I informed that our kitchen was recently redone all we need is a bathroom. I asked again if they could give an estimate for the bathroom only, and she went on to the kitchen again.A simply no we dont provide estimates for bathrooms would have saved time.

A few months ago my kitchen sink broke due to pipe/plumbing problems which ruined my floor and cabinets surrounding it. To the say the least...those past few months were hell. Granted I was already planning to remodel the kitchen but didn’t expect this and ended up doing it earlier than I thought. I greatly appreciate everyone at Mr. Cabinet Care for taking care of me and making this less of a headache. Everything was done quick, efficient, and was the only thing I enjoyed during this whole ordeal.

David & Saul were our cabinet installers & they did an excellent job! The job was complete in four days and they were very respectful, courteous, and professional. I love my new cabinets :-)
