They do a great job, reasonable prices, you have to make an appointment though because theyre always busy.

The customer service is absolutely awful. I’m just asking questions about the car and he acted like I didn’t hear him complain about me being totally rude.

Been going here for over 5 years now since I moved to the area. Ive trusted this place with all of my cars a d have never been disappointed. Had an alternator installed, which turned out to be defective. They immediately replaced it and apologized for the inconvenience. Mitch is fair on pricing and most importantly honest. I would highly recommend.

Mitch quoted me $70 to disconnect the alarm and re-wire. They disconnected my alarm but will still go off if battery is disconnected. Half done. He said he will re-wire it. It took them 15 minutes to disconnect, nothing was re-wired. Mitch was rude and irritated when I asked questions about something I didnt understand. He said that they are not alarm company, but on initial phone call, he said he will disconnect and rewire for $70. Scam!

Ive been taking my cars to Long and Mitch at USA Auto for 8 years and have alwys had a great experience. they are fast, do good work and have great prices! Id definitely recommend their services.

Very expensive

Avoid this place. Went in to replace fuel pump but when I got the car back the gas gauge didnt work but It worked before they put a new fuel pump in. Then went in not long after to get a diagnostic done my car, got the car back. Scuff marks all in my interior they didnt bother to clean the mess they made. The OBD2 port was unhooked and wires are hanging out had to have them put everything back together which they should have already done just horrible work. Then I got back to my house realize my vent clips on my hood are all missing called them they said they didnt know where they were so I had to buy those out of pocket. And then my electric fan for the worked fine before I took it to them. When I got it back the AC fan was unplugged so I plugged it in and it starts smoking and now I dont have AC thanks to USA Auto Repair so in summary, dont go there avoid this place at all costs they will damage your car more than it was when I came in and they wont claim responsibility even if you have proof. go to an honest mechanic shop

Replaced rocker arm gasket on my truck 8 mths ago due to a leaks on driveway. Still no leaks, reliable, on time, good price, good job. Also has done work on my wifes Highlander. Good job too.

Trustworthy mechanic that tends to be 10% cheaper than comparable mechanics. Twice I have brought in a car only to have them offer a cheaper repair option than other estimates.

Not impressed at all. Mitch was very rude. When I drop off a vehicle, and am given an estimated date for completion, I can fully understand a delay because they are having trouble locating a part... But there is no excuse for putting us at the end of the line, after obtaining that part. And I dont care if you explained it to my husband, its MY vehicle. Dont yell at me for asking you to explain it to me too. totally unprofessional!!!

I was vacation and they said they would replace my alternator for me. They wouldnt warrenty it due to an oil leak on the crank seal. I took their word. Started heading home and it went bad again.I finally got home and took my car to my mechanic. They NEVER changed my alternator!!!! They charged the battery and sprayed the alternator. After paying them $350+ for the work. Never go to them they are crooks!!!!Oh p.s. The crank seal oil leak has NOTHING to do with the alternator.
