I didnt even really get my car done here but when I found out my Triple A guy had left 4 out of 5 of my lug nuts completely loose (2hours later🤯) so I simply pulled into the 1st place that I could find. The man was very friendly and was willing to tighten my lugnets with his high impact free of charge Now Thats what I call customer service and Im not even A customer!! 👍 Thank you sir!

The service here is immaculate. Coming from a female, knowing that auto places usually try to get by on over charging or over diagnosing.Walking into this establishment Marc was super welcoming, warming and attentive. I was told to fill out a form for my key, and he let me know what place I was in line without having to ask.Roughly 10-15 minutes later, a wonderful gentlemen Marcos called me up. He explained me what the diagnosis was and to my surprise let me know that the location where I had previously taken my car has put the wrong size tire. Which would have caused a transmission problem in the long run. I’m extremely great full for this business, who knows how much of an issue this would have caused me had he not told me to return to the last shop I went to and get it fixed.I definitely recommend anyone looking for a new shop to check them out! Their service and knowledge will not disappoint you. 10/10Happy to say this will be my regular from here on out.

Man what can i tell you if your ever need ANY work done on your vehicle, this IS the place to go, very professional, our car broke down while we went on our trip to Disney, called 1st thing in the morning, they open at 730 id thought id try to call a bit earlier see if they answered and the owner answered, honest man very kind, very humbled, i explained my situation to him, he assured me to have fun enjoy myself and my family while we are out and he’ll have the car check out and let us know what the issue is and give us an estimate. So he did and got it fixed we picked it up the next day very helpful! I want to thank him and mark for helping my family out and relieving our stress bout the car while we went to Disney. If you ever need anything done to your car this is the best honest place to go! Very helpful!

Came in since I got recommended from the tire shop that replaced my tires on my 2017 Subaru Forester XT. Was worried about a vibration on the front of my tires. Everyone is super professional and are here to help Mark test drove my car and he noticed that my vibration and recommended to go get my tires balanced again and told me to come back and do the alignment and I am so glad I did exactly what he told me. Once balance my tires stopped the vibration and when I came back to get my alignment he showed me how bad I really needed to come in. I would recommend this shop any day. So glad I came back.

Marco and his team are great and professional. I came in with the concern that my thermostat may be going out. After Marcos diagnostic test he informed me that with my cars age, mileage at 190,000 and informed him that I had changed the thermostat within the last 2 years, the actual issue is that my instrument cluster was going bad. Marco is very thorough and educates his clients with their vehicle and its issues.

Went here for a wheel alignment because I was referred by Americas Tire. They were fast and easy. Their office is clean. And they have a nice waiting room with drinks and TV for while you wait. They let me know what else was wrong with my car without trying to upset me. Great friendly service. Reasonably priced.

We were visiting from another state when our car died. My sister-in-law recommended One Way Auto Repair. I called and they said to bring it in. I had it towed in, they fit us into their schedule, figured out the problem (bad alternator) and had us fixed and back on the road quickly at a very reasonable price. Staff is very friendly. I cant say enough good things about this place they were absolutely wonderful

Tesla Model 3 Alignment: Mark was very helpful and responsive. This is one of the few places that can do an alignment on a Model 3. The facility is very clean, nice waiting area, great service. The cost was significantly less than the dealer.

We had bad people working on our car first before we came here and they completely saved us! they started from scratch to see the issues and got us fixed up efficiently. They offered to give us a ride to pick us up to get our car and had very hospitable employees. I am not from California, however whenever i’m back and need to, I know for sure my business will be with them! Definitely recommend going here!

When I came in to ask about having an oil change, the guy told me it would be hours before it would be done because I called 15 minutes instead of his expectation of 30 minutes before coming in. The guy repeatedly reminded me that someone else would probably come in a couple minutes after me to have the same service done as if to reiterate that my business was not important. Don’t waste your time with this place. They don’t schedule appointments so it’s pure luck and favorites on when you will get your car done. The guy in line ahead of me was having several issues looked at yet was still promised to have everything done hours before when they could do my oil change.

Mark is a blessing! I had no idea what was going on with my car and I had my three little ones in tow, so you know I was stressed out. Not to mention I was running late to an important meeting. My usual oil change/maintenance place hasnt been available so I had to go through the stressful process of finding a new, reliable shop to go to. One Way Auto was a wonderful sigh of a relief.I emailed them to schedule a a specific to take my car in after work, and Mark got back to me confirming the appt time. Convenient? Definitely.I arrive and the owner Mark, whos been in the business for 30 years, is there at the service desk. I tell him I need an oil change and maintenance check, he reassures me theyre able to do it right then and there. I mentioned I also needed my tires rotated, so he told me how much they would be all together and it was reasonable. The waiting room had plenty of comfy seats, coffee and tv. It was socially distanced and overall clean. Im definitely going to come back for the next maintenance check.
