A few weeks ago i received a letter from the IRS in regards to a balance for the year of 2016.(which can happen to anyone) i was a little concerned and brought it in. My taxpayer and his assistant were very helpful . She helped me do a letter and she sent it over to the IRS. a few days ago i received a response back from the IRS stating my balance is clear. Great News!!! i know its hard to please everyone, but im very thankful for their help. They build a great relationship with their clients and know every client by their name. Wow, this place is great - the staff they have here is amazing. I came in for some auto insurance and they saved me over 600 dollars. The girls here have great service and very helpful. This insurance office has the best rates in town. After getting a DUI I been dealing with lots of high rates with other brokers and these guys just save me over 80.00 bucks per month !! They explain everything in detail and have me a bunch of options. I came in today to make my last payment and guess what. It was FREE !!! Yes FREE the program they sign me up with gives me my last month free! So great fun now I have an additional 200 bucks to spend this long weekend 🙏🙏🙏. Being a young class adult I was trying to find the best possible rate for my auto insurance and i google insurance and this place came up and it was down the street from my house . It’s a one stop shop they search for me with a bunch of companies and found me the best rate for my budget . Nice clean office and good looking people also . This is the spot for all your insurance and also income tax needs .

Honestly, the first time I ever did my taxes with them, it came out great, but the following year, they miscalculated my Education Credits and i ended up getting audited by the IRS for a tax return that was two years ago, i called and asked for help and a explanation on why this was screwed up, they just told me to come in and they would type out a IRS form letter, they told me they would call me when it was done, never got a call after a week, once i called they said that the letter had been finished days ago, but they never called me back, then once i read the letter, it was a waste of time, its something I could of typed out and said instead. They should of sent a letter explaining what happened under their name and their information as well. The following year, i got a worse return and decided im not coming back to this place. Please be aware about this place, they do things fast and not accurate. Also the lines to get it done here are ridiculous.
