Well in a simple word the experience I have with this office was amazing

I would like to start off by saying. Andres, you are a true hero! I recently purchased a new car and I had Andres add it to my current policy. Andres was very helpful and detail oriented with my requests. He was able to go above and beyond for me. I had a lot of questions that he had answers to. I am able to sleep a lot more comfortable at night knowing that I am in good hands. If you have not yet reached out to Andres and his team, I highly recommend you do so. Very helpful and they respond quickly. I had a bad Allstate agent before, these guys are way better. I would definitely recommend them if you are unhappy with your current agent

Talk about service..go ahead and cancel with them and you will get to see their true colors RUDE AND THEY WILL HANG UP ON YOU..AND (MELISSA WILL TELL YOU ARE NO LONGER OUR CUSTOMER SO WE DO NOT NEED TO TALK YO YOU.. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AGENT(STAY AWAY FROM ANDRES JUAREZ ALLSTATE) MAYBE THEY ARE GOOD BUT NOT THIS LOCATION..STAY AWAY FROM THEM...WORSE SERVICE EVER ..IM GLAD I SWITH TO AAA THATS WHY THEY ARE MAD....
