I like this place. The owner is knowledgeable and really nice. I went in for an oil change and ended up spending over$1000. However, everything was needed. The last time I was there he told me I needed three motor mounts replaced. I took to my mechanic to fix. This time I had them fix it and they did a great job. I like that they go over your car and let you know what needs to be fixed and how much it will cost. I think they will be our new mechanic!

I was referred to this location on smogtips.com on hunt for a coupon. I needed an inexpensive, last minute smog for my older SUV so I decided to come in. Right away we were greeted and taken care of by Al.We came in around 12:30 pm on a Monday. We were in and out of in 30 minutes! Glad it was a speedy service. Ill be back for my next smog!In regards to COVID, sanitizer is placed at check in and masks are enforced. There is an acrylic barrier between you and a worker. I can imagine the waiting area getting pretty cramped. If youre social distancing, Id recommend waiting outside.

When I first moved to Anaheim, I struggled to find a good mechanic. Ive had a lot of problems in the past where shops like to over price and take advantage of the customer simply because of the car they have. Im very glad I decided to give ANA auto shop a try. The shop here does a really good job! Iresh and Al have always taken care of me. I had major issues with my car and was worried that I could not fix them and be forced to get another car. I brought my Cadillac to get major work done, replacement of timing change, completely change of all brakes, and oil leak. These guys left my car like new!!! Not only did they do a very good job but gave me a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this shop to everyone, you wont regret it. We brought bushings here to be pressed out of control arms. Not only did they destroy the bushings, but refused to properly reimburse us for the bushings. I’ve never dealt with such unprofessionalism in my years of being a mobile mechanic. If you destroy something, take responsibility.

Pretty legit spot to bring your car in for repair. I have an Altima that I constantly bring in for oil changes and I have a PT Cruiser that has had a a couple major jobs done to it as well as the oil changes. So far I havent had any concerns against this spot. One of the major jobs on the PT cruiser did have a failing part which they addressed without any hassle. Like some of the other reviewers said theyre pricing is competitive or the guy will almost always throw something in.

A couple days ago while commuting, my brakes decided to give out at a four way stop in the middle of a school zone. I narrowly dodged two collisions and a pedestrian crossing the street. I immediately pulled over to visually inspect my car and noticed brake fluid leaking from the back breaks, I didnt know what to do. Ive been going to this local auto shop for standard maintenance for a couple years but was unsure if they did breaks, so I decided to call the number on my oil change reminder sticker to ask. I informed the gentleman of my situation and was prompted to swing by for a free brake inspection without initial commitment for any repairs. Vehicle was thoroughly inspected, the two back drum breaks completely gave out, front break pads needed replacement and they also found a leak in my radiator(which I had suspected for weeks). I was given an estimate for repairs upon my own request, everything was broken down clearly and detailed. Price was very reasonable but still out of my price range, but my vehicle is vital to my work, as I transport special need clients 5 days a week. The adviser gave me all the time I needed to make my decision, he never came off pushy, was very helpful, and extremely professional. In the end my finances were tight but the work needed the be done, they honored my budget and were able to completely execute all the services/repairs required in a timely fashion.

Not enough good things can be said about this place!How hard is it to find a trustworthy mechanic that wont try and rip you off every time you bring in your car for merely an oil change?Extremely tough!I know a decent amount about cars (having helped my father fix up his old car in the past) and always do my due diligence (even going as far as visiting multiple locations) before getting my car diagnosed and fixed at a certain location.Ive pretended at times to not know much to test the integrity of a shop just to reinforce their moral values.With all this said, Ana Lube and Tube has passed all my tests and have truly proven that their shop is run by 2 men with good heads on their shoulders.Particularly Al, that gentleman is a fine man. He always conducts his business with 100% transparency and bends backwards to make sure the customer is satisfied. He has sympathy for owners of cars who definitely has seen better days, knowing that they have it tough trying to replace all the faulty and old parts. He sympathizes that it isnt always easy to use your entire paycheck on repairs for a car that keeps causing you trouble.Long story short, he is a man who actually CARES that you just got in a divorce with your wife or you got laid off from your job. He always offers a good discount and looks out for you.Ana Auto also does a great job repairing your car, because obviously thats the most important thing. So happy we found a place we can trust and know wont steer us wrong.

Thank goodness I got some free time to squeeze in an oil change! Its long overdue. So after class, I quickly searched yelp and found this auto shop. I called the place 30 minutes before closing and they still allowed me to take my car in. As soon as I parked, someone came out to greet me and answered all my questions.The whole service costs $66 for synthetic oil on a Camry 2011 which is a bit pricey. However, the owner was extremely friendly and we were able to have small talks while I was waiting for the oil change. He also offered to check the rest of my car free of charge the next time that I visit. The whole service took less than 20 minutes.Overall, this is the auto shop to go to when you need a quick fix!!!

I have gone to this place for oil changes before and always am treated well and now I need new brake pads installed but dont have the time to do it myself. I just called and asked for a quote and he presented 2 options. Better quality pads for a one price or decent pads for a little cheaper. I thought it was really cool that he even threw out the cheaper option because from my experience with mechanics, they always try to upsell you or only tell you about the most expensive products. They always treat me with respect and have integrity. This mechanic shop was by my house. I got my break light fixed there and then shortly after got my car checked out. Was having an issue with my Lexus. Got my throttle motor fixed. That wasnt the problem so the owner did me a HUGE favor with installing a pedal sensor.The workers are dillegent and professional, as well as the managers. If you need your car checked out and are in the area- GO TO THEM. Wont hussle you or rip you off.Great A work.

I had a problem with my brakes even though they were new and installed from the dealer and AL diagnosed the problem quickly. He was able to inspect the vehicle at no cost and gave me a great deal on replacements. From the moment I arrived I felt that Ana Auto and Al in particular operated on a basis of honesty, integrity, and customer service. I dropped off my car and had to travel out of the country while they had it. They stayed in constant communication via email as promised and did exactly what they said they would do. The prices were very reasonable and the work was perfect. When I got to the airport on my return, the shop was about to close. They stayed an extra hour beyond closing on a Saturday so I could pick up my car. I left with the exact same impression I had when I got there. If you are an Anaheim Local, I recommend coming here for a quick and cheap oil change. I was weary of this place at first because they did the typical oh you need this and that. However, I knew my car had radiator problems and the owner actually went out of his way to help me out. I ended up shelling out $600 bucks but I am happy with the work. My car is running great and no problems so far. Though the place looks a bit shady from the outside, the quality of work makes up for it.

So when it came time to service my car thats out-of-warranty, I called several places around Anaheim to get quotes. Of the 4 places I called, Irish (owner) was by far the most easy to talk to and quoted a very fair price. And when I brought my car in, I met his manager Al also. WARNING: Long read, but you will save time and money! Ill try to keep it entertaining, short and well-informed.I went in for a diagnoses on my vehicle and turns out I needed my transmission replaced. He was going to charge me $2500 but dropped to $1800. (a $700 drop aww how nice! I wonder why? Turns out, he was going to charge me $1800 anyways but set it at high rate to see if you would agree or make you think hes doing you a favor. Shady mechanics and dealerships do this, they mark up the price and show you discounts to win you over, youre NOT getting a good deal, youre actually paying standard price. An average transmission replacement can cost from $1500-$4000 or more. This information comes a former Toyota Dealer bookkeeper).I was told it would take a week to repair; it took 2 weeks and the guy could not give me answer as to which exact day he would be done. (other mechanics say 2-4 business days).The day finally comes and I finally was able to get my vehicle back.I show up, he tells me theres another problem...O_oThey tell me that theres something wrong with my steering and they took the liberty to fix it. The part cost them $180 but I do not have to pay for it, I just have to pay for the labor which is going to be $200.(This is the part where it gets good)I said, Hold up, I never told you fix that.He looks at me and says, What do you mean? and tries to explain why they did it and feel the need to do it. I told him I NEVER CONSENTED for him to fix that. I NEVER AUTHORIZED for him to make changes. I also said that HE NEVER CONTACTED ME THE WHOLE TIME HE HAD MY CAR.He tries to explain that he gets parts for a good deal and I told him I can get the same UNIVERSAL STEERING JOINT from $40-$60 and fix that problem myself.He got quiet and continued to explain.After a little back and forth he went and spoke with the other mechanic in a DIFFERENT LANGUAGE and they both came back and he voided the EXTRA PAYMENT. He tried to make it sound like he was doing me a favor by removing that extra payment.No, what he did in accordance with automotive repair Act of 1974 from the State Department of Consumer Affairs and Bureau of Automotive repair, is ILLEGAL. He added EXTRA WORK without my CONSENT and KNOWLEDGE. I DID NOT sign any authorization forms.I looked at my transmission fluid, when it is fresh and new, it is suppose to be pink. How, is it that my transmission fluids are already starting to brown? Did I not just get a FULL TRANSMISSION REPLACEMENT?I came to this guy based on 5 star reviews, turns out they are all OIL, FLUID and BRAKE changes. ALL EASY STUFF. I read the 1 star reviews, all the REAL WORK, it all makes sense now.I had to go to other mechanics to fix a problem this place couldnt. Not only that I had to get their mistake fixed. Another thing is I got a FREE TRANSMISSION SERVICE from another mechanic when this place should. Even though I spent $1800+ at this place, another mechanic fixed their problem for $781 + FREE TRANSMISSION SERVICE.AGAIN, DO NOT GET SERVICE HERE!I will update further. Theres going to be pictures and paperwork.So I reported this place to the Bureau of Automotive Repairs (BAR), cause this needs to be investigated and also to request a refund.On May 7th 2019 around 9AM I get a call from the BAR investigator about my refund, Ana Auto Lube says they cant refund but in return theyll do a free service as long as I BUY MORE PARTS FROM THEM AND REMOVE THIS YELP REVIEW.Instead of giving me a refund, they want me to spend more money with them and get services I do not need and to remove my honest to truth review of what happen.Thats insulting, cause he offered to do a free brake rotor replacement that cost me $50 and they want me to spend $100 them? Spend more money with them when I already do not trust them? Are you serious?Heres my counter offer, NO I WILL NOT TAKE DOWN THIS REVIEW AND I AM WAITING FOR THE BAR REPORT SO I CAN THIS HIGHER.

Googled and called several places for quotesting to get front breaks done. When I called this place, I spoke over the phone with the shop owner/manager Iris (spell check). Got a great quote and I told him I would drop off for sure. He had the parts ordered and ready when my car arrived. Job took about 1.5 hours. Excellent service, fair pricing, trust worthy and honest. I think I found a new mechanic.

AL was very helpful, honest, and a pleasure to talk to. I got a much better deal on my service than usual (lube and oil, air and cabin filter change, and a radiator flush for less than I payed for a transmission fluid service at a chain.) I plan to come back here for all of my services!

Horrible service. They opened my car door for a lock fix but they couldnt put it back together. And they never even told me about it and I messed up by signing the papers and paid 65$$. 65$ for them to break my effing door!! Never going back!!

I found Ana Auto Lube N Tune through a Google search for cheap oil change in Anaheim. I relied on the positive Google reviews of this place, and I am highly satisfied with my experience. Aside from a generous discount on a synthetic oil change, I received a free inspection, and an air filter change and tire rotation at a fraction of the normal cost. As a person who is normally skeptical of body shops, I can genuinely say that Al (manager) cares for his customers. The friendliness was very much appreciated. I had a positive impression from moment I arrived. Quality service and no nickel-and-diming. I will certainly return here for oil changes and tune-ups.

Very honest people. Will work with u to save money and still get your car running like new. They might seem a little pricey but they use high quality parts that last. TOTALLY RECOMMEND THEM. Only thing is, they dont accept American Express (wanted to get some points lol)Customer service is exceptional.

Very good service. They were very quick and trustworthy people. They helped me get the best bargain for my needs, and seemed to know exactly what to do with my car. The shop doesnt look like much, but what they lack in style they make up with in service and customer relations.

Honest and Reliable Shop. I came here for an oil change about 6 months ago and they were quick and cheap!. I then came back with wifes car thinking it may need an AC recharge. The owner advised me that the car is too new and if the AC was not working properly I should take it to the dealer and have warranty work performed. But then he proceeded to test it opening all closed vents and using a temperature gauge and determined that the car AC was working perfectly which saved me heartache and $$$. I will always come here if I need auto repairs not covered by warranty.

Al was very friendly, helpful, honest, and quick. I went in for an oil change and he checked my tire pressure, breaks, and several other things free of charge - just to assure me that they were all in working order and that I would be safe on the road. For over an hours worth of work, he only charged $24!

Great shop. Seemed very honest. Went in for an oil change (engine, trasfer case, and diff.).... Told me of some things they thought should be looked at more closely, but did not push or B.S.me to try to do it then, or to even be done by their shop. It was more informational for me to decide what I wanted to do and when. They even did a little extra at no cost to me. Very cool.. Will be going back for oil changes and repairs when needed.

The manager cares about the community. The service is outstanding. The work they do is fast and they know cars! They are very friendly and accommodating and tell you what you need done without a lot of fluff. Will be going back!
