Contacted them on March 30th 2020 for some information about rental equipment ask the representative Heather question she start yelling on me instead of explaining .representative name Heather very rude person.

This company is a joke, and they certainly take their prospective customers as jokes. I called to ask for info and got put on hold for 10 minutes and finally Bryan picked up and was just outright arrogant and rude from the start. I asked him if they had a physical location where I could pick up the equipment and dodged my question and put me on hold again, and never came back on the line. Your time is meaningless to these people.
