I had the winning bid ($10) on a beautiful Victorian flow blue bowl during an online auction this year at the International Auction Gallery. Rather than require me to use an outside shipper for the fragile antique as usual, this AWESOME COMPANY offered to ship the bowl themselves after I inquired & their rate was definitely LESS EXPENSIVE than any outside shipper had quoted. I was required to sign a release of liability but, no worries, & I jumped on the offer as it saved me a good deal of money. International Art Gallery was very friendly & quite willing to help me make the best of my situation. Im so grateful for all the help from Mr. Chang & the other wonderful staff & I HIGHLY RECOMMEND International Auction Gallery.

If I could give zero stars I would. A month after purchasing my item via the Live Auctioneers website, and over 20 emails later, the item still sits at their facility. They Made several promises to send it out, but did not. Two employeeS flat out lied to me; I ultimately spoke to the owner who took zero responsibility saying he was “just the owner“! It was such a frustrating experience that I would never buy from them again and wish I hadn’t.

Be wary if you are an internet bidder. My husband actually won an item he bid on in Jan of 2018. He never received an invoice and they issued a Non Paying Bidder strike against him so he was unable to bid on other auction sites. I signed up myself with my own credit card and information and now this company is causing me to have problems with bidding. They have refused to provide us with the original invoice in question. They continue to obstruct me now from bidding on online auction sites.Be very careful and please follow through if you bid online and ask IMMEDIATELY for an invoice it you WON an item. We never knew my husband won anything because we werent notified. Bad Business practices.

No communication after 12 phone calls and numerous emails- not a good situation

Went to pick up items ordered, they made me wait for a very long time. Items were not organized and the classic items i picked up were very dirty like they used to either wipe the floor or their cars oil filters

Very SLOW SLOW Payer- waiting 4 months- called at least 24 times- no return calls, left messages emailed at least 12 times no response- DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS AUCTION HOUSE

I have had a very ill mannered and dishonest encounter wit Mr ChangHe agreed to come to my home at a fixed time and date.When he did not arrived,I called him and he said that the battery of his car had gone flat,but that he had a replacement,and would call me when he was ready.I waited for three hours and he never arrived.When I called him again,I got his voice mail saying that the box was full.What sort of a business man is this.In my view he is a liar.
