I have worked with Precision Anodizing in my last 2companies. Honestly they are extremely knowledgeable in the process and can take on hard tasks quite quickly . They are also willing to prioritize your work (expedite ) however like everything there is an associated fee. Quality of service is amazing and they really do what is necessary to get parts to their customers. Honestly one of the best anodize shops I have worked with !Ask for Abel or Anthony they are great !

An awful experience with little to no communication made from the initial drop-off of parts to completion. There is zero customer service offered from a here is the best way to make sure youre satisfied with the overall finish of your parts. At best you get a call from someone who says were not sure how this is going to turn out. Thats not what someone who doesnt do plating and refinishing for a living wants to hear. As a customer you want someone to make suggestions and then guide customers through the process; even if its at an added cost. Not a place for customers who are looking for an expertise in small batch or custom finishes; strictly industrial at best.

CRAZY EXPENSIVE COMPARED TO DANCO OR AAA PLATING

This place has saved us a deal of stress. Finding a Anodize place in California locally in OC is near impossible with quick turn around time. been through most in OC already. 2nd finding a place that is consistent is also near impossible. By Luck, I was referred by a friend that uses these guys. I was more then impressed once we figured out what we needed and how to request it. Cheap work is cheap. Good Quality work is good when you request and pay for it.

Horrible HoRriBLe HORRIBLE customer service. I emailed a request for a quote and it has been a week with no response. I called and talked to Beatriz who was going to have a quote for me by Friday. The following Monday I sent in a 2nd request for quote... still nothing. I called and asked to talk to Beatriz OR Abel. After sitting on HOLD for 16 minutes, I hung up and called back. I was told that neither of them were in their offices and that someone would have to call me back. I asked who the business owner was and was told Jose.... Jose, I sure hope you have a few minutes to call me back today. I would give them zero stars. If this is their normal business practices, I would take your business elsewhere.

Great Shipping Department!

They anodized my parts the wrong color then called the police on me when I took the parts without paying. Also when they quote stuff its plus or minus 50% depending on who quotes it. I did like the organization in the shipping though. Make sure you write in the color you want in Spanish.
