Product and price seem OK if you can wait a month. The tracking # was sent to me a week before the shipment was sent. After three and a half weeks I ordered from another company. The competitors product was here in two days, six hours before my order was finally delivered.
Product was good and reasonably priced.However the customer service was extremely lacking. I was hung up on twice while trying to share my concerns. Oh well I guess Ill have to take the business to a competitor.

I ordered some sanding belts for a DIY product I was working on and I must say they worked so well! It was easy to order and I got them pretty quick, and also I did shop around and I noticed they had the best prices out there, the staff there was very friendly and easy to deal with, I can’t wait to order again.

The Worse Customer Service Ever. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.They rip you off, and then blame it on you.Called the Sales staff to let them know I received the wrong belts.Quick review: he consistently orders belts from them. he only has one machine so its always to same order. We got different belts this time. Called them, and they essentially blamed us. how would i add the wrong size to the cart twice and not notice it? They literally hold the position that there is no way they could have messed it up so its not their problem. They left it at your problem you pay to ship it to us, and pay for new belts and pay to have those shipped to you. Lost our business and those we network with.
The good: prices are low and they have belts of a LOT of different sizes.The ok: There was no notice until I placed belts in my cart that there are minimum orders on the belt sizes I use. They have to be cut down from larger belts, so its reasonable, but it would have been nice if that was mentioned somewhere on the order page.The bad: Their communication is TERRIBLE and screwed me over because of it. No one told me that some of my belts were waiting on production when I placed my order until a week later when I emailed to find the status of my order. Two days later I was told that my order had shipped out (over a week late at this point). Today, at two week late, I get an email that my order shipped and a tracking number. I called to try to cancel the order but was told that, since it was picked up today, I can only get a discount on a future order. Yeah....thats not going to work because I dont want to give them any more of my money. They hosed me at an extremely busy time of year and my only recourse is to return the order when it arrives, paying the shipping myself, or give them MORE money so I can use a discount.I strongly recommend looking for other sources for abrasives before buying from either Maverick or Combat Abrasives. Learn from my mistake.
