Walked in for passport photos, the ladies were very sweet and helpful. They took 3 photos and let me choose the best one. No appointment needed. In and out in less that 10 minutes.

Stick with this location if you can. You’ll actually get good service and not get ripped off with random fees. The “other” store and several others are owned by the same people so you’re going to get the same customer experience there. Also they’re actually American locals. They’re not stretching thin and supporting less profitable stores with more profitable locations.The store is clean and tidy, complete with clean carpets. It’s amazing how different something like ownership changes the quality even in a chain-type business.Also the staff don’t seem to hate their jobs or openly gossip about boxholders or other customers.Stick with Anacortes if you can.

Friendly and very competent staff. They act like they are glad to see you and appreciate your business (unlike the other store). Great for Amazon returns, Notary and shredding documents also!

The staff at the Anacortes UPS Store is friendly and helpful. Ive had a P.O. Box here for six months, and have really enjoyed the email notifications for package arrivals. Its been very useful to have one location for all my mail/shipping needs.

I ship a truck load of packages out of this store every week. They recognize my vehicle and always walk out to help me unload. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and fast. I couldnt ask for better service.

I walked in 30 minutes before they closed to print ONE piece of paper and the lady working threw her hands in the air, rolled her eyes and said I dont know why everyone waits to do this at the end of the day I used to ship here a couple times a week but not no more. With customer service like that Ill take my business elsewhere for now on.

Mailed 3 Glassybaby’s in an original GlassyBaby box, one broke, claim denied because of poor packaging! Never again will I pay for insurance when the box was heavy, and packed tightly. What’s the point of fighting the decision they made. I had received 3 Glassybaby’s from Seattle in the same box, packed the same way and no damage! Never again will I use the UPS store again!

Terrible service. The Lady Susan that was there ignored me for the longest time while the other guy was helping someone, she didnt make eye contact she didnt speak to me and proceeded to ignore me even when I asked a question. She just kept slowly checking in pieces of mail.
