This place is awesome! They compared all the rates for the shipping companies to find me the best price. They have a huge assortment of boxes/envelopes and packing supplies available. They were extremely friendly and accommodating and I was in and out in a couple minutes. This totally beat going and standing in line at the post office. I will return for all my shipping needs.

Ship Pro employees are courteous and helpful. They can compare shipping prices between UPS, USPS, and FedEx to get customers the best deal on sending their packages. They have everything you need to pack and ship.

I love Ship Pro!! I just shipped another international package today!! They have the best service and best employees! I also love the fact that they don’t require masks, the benefit and the right of running a private small business, and yet they still adhere to the health mandate by requiring a mask ONLY if you can’t maintain 6 feet of social distancing. These are just a few reasons I love coming to ship pro and have done so for the last 10 years!!

Disappointing to see masks not required. Mandates are not meant to be flexible.Also the floor needs vacuumed and maintained a lot more. Shelves are empty.Costs are fine and people are friendly

Very friendly staff. Always taken care of when using Ship Pro. There was one time I had dropped off a package and forgotten to address it and once I realized it and stopped by, they had it there waiting for me. Such great customer service.

I had to ship a box to Hawaii. These guys said it would be $120 through USPS, and that was the cheapest option. I instead took the box to a post office, and they said it would only be $75 for a 3 day air.Quite the ridiculous markup here to ship packages.

The help i received from the staff at ship pro was beyond the call of duty there ability to understand how important the parcel was to me and to help calm me down while taking quite a verbal and high octave assault was what every business should aspire to be... UPS itself lost a very important parcel and they were completely incompetent in there service after 3+ hours trying to find where my parcel was I called ship pro and spoke with Dane who promptly got in his car tracked my package down went and picked it up for me....Thank you Dane and the ship pro staff I didnt lose my brand new car because of your help

Quick easy and prices are more than fair

I run a small local business and shipping is a huge part of it. From the beginning shippro figured out a way to ship my product easily and at a fair price for me to continue growing my business. Good very helpful people, I like that they actually tried to help me and done their work the times I have been there, the place was clean for a postal service looked clean at least they do follow through their steps to keep your package safe.

Quick getting the package but they dont actually get the packages at one like they sayEdit: Ive come here several times. I initially rated them higher but drive then Ive had pretty bad experiences with their customer service. Their employees are condescending

I needed to ship a Yamaha Clavinova electronic piano. After visiting the UPS store and receiving poor service and a quote approaching $900, I found ShipPro. The staff was amazing. They engineered a box for the piano, helped me strategically disassemble the piano so it could fit within regulation UPS dimensions, and even stayed after-hours to assist me. The final price was under their original quote, and the piano shipped for $370, a savings of over $500. I have since recommended Ship Pro to everyone. Really impressive staff, service, and a can-do attitude led me to write this review. Good job guys!
