Really excited to get our plans done! We found a plan we loved online and took it to them to make some minor changes. It is taking much longer than we expected to make relatively minor changes to the pre-existing plans but are excited for the plans and how they accommodated our changes. On the preliminary draft they totally nailed it with what we had envisioned. Very friendly staff and willing to accommodate as much as they can. Im nervous for how much its going to cost for the final set because of how long its taking to get things finished.

Sundance Drafting and Design did an amazing job helping us create our custom home building plans. This was our first time going through this process and they made it so simple and easy. They were quick to respond to any of our questions. Whenever we asked for specific changes to be made to the plans, they were prompt and got everything done right the first time. Their pricing is also fair, given the amount of time they spent working with us. Their whole team was great to work with. We would highly recommend them for any building projects and would certainly use them again in the future if the need arises.
