Wood Funeral Home is hands down the best in town. Obviously, its not the most pleasant place to have to spend your time, but they definitely make you feel so comfortable and they take such good care of families. They are upfront about the cost, and the prices are very reasonable. They execute plans in a very impressive fashion, and accommodate your needs without hesitation. Their graphics and digital work is top notch. Brian helped us with my mom and my brothers services, and I would never go elsewhere.

My grandfather passed away unexpectedly. We were fortunate enough to get in contact with Wood Funeral Home. Their customer service was great from beginning to end. We even had some of our family members attend virtually over video chat on their wifi. The wifi was excellent and we had no problems with connection.10/10 would recommend Wood Funeral home!

Woods Funeral home went above and beyond to make sure my mom had a beautiful funeral. Been to several funerals here in the last 5 years. They are consistently professional and courteous. We have lots of kids in our extended family, so we appreciate that they are patient with the kids (and have a small room with a TV where kids can hang out).

My wifes Aunt passed away a few months ago. I wasnt directly involved in the process but there was a lovely funeral. From the interaction I had with staff members they all seemed very polite and sorry for our loss.

We have used Wood Funeral for a number of family and friends and they never disappoint. They are very respectful and keep a clean and inviting atmosphere. They have also done a good job of making our loved ones look so good for our final goodbyes.

The staff was very disorganized - they gave away the flowers intended for our loved one to another funeral earlier in the day, and had no apologies about it. You would think that that sort of mishap would have been ironed out a long time ago. Then, to add insult to injury, they were very rude about correcting their mistake, and reluctantly ordered another basket of flowers that arrived after the funeral had finished, and still tried to get us to pay for the original.

They used the flowers we ordered for my grandpas funeral for another funeral. When they said they would pay for the flowers, they didnt and we had to contact them again. When I tried to call to get Wood to pay for the flowers, the employee was very rude and hung up on me.

Excellent experience. Incredible staff. Super helpful. They make a difficult experience so much easier to bear. They handled or helped to handle most of all the different things you need to take care of in the situation. I cant review these guys high enough.

This is the best funeral home in Idaho Falls. They are amazing, will to help with whatever you need. God bless them for their service to us.

Service appears to be OK for most needs. I brought in some wood that required burial, but Wood Funeral doesnt appear to live up to its name in that respect.
