Salon environment is fun and upbeat with skilled stylists. Salon manager Alex is professional as well as stylists Jill, Karen and Ashley! They enjoy their one on one time with their guests as well as visiting with all guests that visit their location!

More than accommodating and did an amazing job. Wish there was more than one stylist so that 2 of us could be accommodated at the same time. Our stylist was amazing.

I dont remember her name but she was very very patient with my little guy(18months) and she made my little girl(3y) feel so special getting to pick out her own little hairpiece. Thanks so much

Went in for some side style bangs and they ended up looking horrible. I had half the hair cut at one length close to my eyebrow and the other half was past my chin. I asked if she could blend it together more and she would raise her voice and get argumentative. I left and cried in my car. Alex has given me the worst service I have experienced from a salon and Im about to the point of gelling the bangs back so my hair doesnt look horrible for work.

Our stylist was excellent! My husband and I will be returning.

Buyer beware if you buy product from this salon. I was looking for a new styling gel and was helped by an employee. When she suggested a $20 product I asked what could be done if I did not like it and was told I could return or exchange it no questions asked and no receipt needed. When I tried to exchange it today I was told in no uncertain terms that was not their policy so too bad. No effort was made to try to try to come up with a solution. I would have been willing to buy another product with a discount or some other effort to rectify the situation but none was offered. Just a that’s the way it is and a gesture to the return policy on the wall. I buy product frequently from this location but will never again. Train all you employees in policy and customer service if you want returning customers.

My three boys went in today to get their hair done and the customer service I received more than exceeded my expectations!! The manager was so kind. Carly was our hair stylist and she was so patient and did such a good job doing my boys hair with all the giggles and wiggles going on. I will be back. Thank you ladies.

The gal who cuts my hair is also the manager and is quite awesome. She is very personable, does a great job and will fit me in if at all possible. Great prices and a decent selection of products. Peaceful atmosphere. My observation of other customers is that they are happy and pleased with their services as well.

Rachel cut my youngest daughters hair, (she has very curly hair) she did a great job. She was very nice and approachable and my daughter seemed to like her as well. Taylor cut my older daughters hair as well as mine. She did a great job. We received exactly what we asked for. Although she was somewhat quiet, she was very nice and I liked her as well. I would recommend either one of these ladies. :)

I brought in my daughter who had quite the dreadlock by accident. Rachel, Carly, Chelsea, and everyone else was incredibly nice and patient and did a wonderful job! I loved watching them work together and the outcome was much better than expected! Thank you Rachel, you rock!

Went for a perm, which i had not done for.30 years. I was helped by Chelsea. Absolutely wonderful girl. The shop was clean, the other two workers were so friendly, they talked friendly with me and still helped their customers. I was impressed. My 30 inches of hair came out just perfect. Thank you Chelsea.

Carly colored my hair...she always does an amazing job and all the girls in the salon are so nice!! It is a great environment!!! Only complaint is the salon was soooo cold it took forever for my hair to process. They need to address that issue!

Hurried me but my cut was good.

I would give zero stars if I could. They say they cut kids hair but clearly that is not the case. The lady who cut my sons hair cut it very uneven the only solution would be to completely shave his head. She scraped/ cut the back of his head in multiple places. Blamed all this on him being to wiggly. He is 2.5 years and it took over 30 mins of course he was wiggling. She didnt even offer a discount or apologize. I will never go back and would encourage any one needed a kids cut to avoid it at all costs

Im very simple when it comes go haircuts. I just want it washed and cut. I have very curly hair so I like layers because my hair will lay nicer with them. My hair grows very quickly and I dont get my hair cut very often so Im usually asking for several inches off. Based on my old place, I usually get a stylist trying to charge me more for a style that I dont need, this wasnt the case. Hair cuts at my old place were $22 for wash and cut, here theyre only $15 ($10 if youre getting a simple cut with no layers or wash I believe). At my old place when I ask for a few inches off they always said let me just start with 1 so you can see if you like it, I Say Thats ok, Ive had this haircut before I know how much I want off and hair grows back anyways they insist on their way and cut only 1 inch off, when Im not happy with the length and ask for more off they get frustrated and annoyed that Im making them cut it again. Here, we went through the same dialog but this gal actually listened to me and cut it right the first time! It was amazing and Im definitely going back. You also get 20% off any product purchase in the salon with a hair cut. Oh and best part is while I was getting my haircut, the kids and the husband did all the grocery shopping. Win-win for everyone.

I have been to this place two times and had a different hair stylist both times and my haircut was satisfactory. The only complaint I have is that I went in about an hour before they close and they were already closing up and refused to take me for a haircut at 7 p.m. when they didnt close until 8 p.m.

They have waxed and hurt my face by to many wax lovers in one session or this time to have half an eye brow waxed off then argued with by Nicole. 3 bad experiences and nothing done for me but told let it grow and retry. Jaque is the only one I trust bless Chelseas heart she really cares and could see what happened and Jaque helped me so much when the other lady screwed but my brows and hurt my skin.

I love it! They are sooooooooooo nice. 100% recomm to everyone. They even let me keep my hair so I can donate it. Thank you SmartStyle Hair Salon!

They completely ruined my hair. I went in to get blonde highlights ones light enough that they blend into my other hair, I even showed them a picture of what I wanted. I ended up having the whole top of my head blonde, well should look blonde. All the blonde highlights turned out yellow. I spent 5 hrs there letting her try & fix it. It seemed like it finally turned out ok. So I paid and went home. When I got home and brushed my hair I noticed there was still a lot of yellow. So I called to see if they would give me a refund. The manager told me they would give me a partial refund, well that has never happened. So now I’m stuck with yellow hair and out $100 bucks. Will never go there again.

I went there to get my eyebrows waxed the other day. She had no idea what she was doing. She kept waxing the same place over and over and then took a huge chunk out of my eyebrows! Right before my engagement pictures 😩 So I ended up having to go to Ulta to buy makeup to fill it in because it is so bad. I had beautiful thick eyebrows but now they are both so thin. It kills me. Just pay extra and go to Ulta to get your brows done. Horrible experience. She was cursing and blamed it on the wax when she told me she messed up my eyebrow. Very unprofessional.

Only go here for Rachel. She’s really percise and great at what she does.
