Staff are very pleasant to work with.The pricing is steep and keeps going up.And know that there is a high-school behind the complex. With that being said, you will hear the band practice most mornings around 7 to 8 am sometimes earlier. If you are a night shift worker, like myself, its not pleasant. We did have some high-schoolers throw snowballs at the building, waking up our newborn (that was fun).Other than that great place to live at.

Eagles Landing has been a great apartment complex to live in. Nice apartments and friendly staff. I’ve never had any issues in the year I have lived here. Rocky Mountain power bill can be high if you are in a bottom floor apartment during winter, but using the fireplace to help heat it helps make a difference in cost. Friendly neighbors and a nice dog potty area. The rent can be a little pricey, but I believe that is due to all the Californians jacking up housing costs out in this area, so not necessarily the apartments’ fault. I would recommend this as a nice place to live.

My husband and I really enjoyed our experience living here! Management is amazing and made us feel at home. It was easy to work with both Becky and Melissa, and they were always available for anything we needed. The apartment was a great price for the amount of living space, and really great amenities and features. The walls were pretty thin, so it was annoying to hear other tenants, but not unbearable. Overall a really great experience living here.

The manager reminds me of the redheaded school teacher we all had in junior high.

I dont normally write reviews, but I just would like to warn others so they dont have the same experience as myself. We were told by Melissa that there was a unit opening in November and that we should put a refundable deposit down to hold the unit and submit an application. We quickly did so and after completing the application, they sent an email requesting paystubs and our DLs stating our application was not completed. We called Melissa after and she informed us that this unit actually isnt available until December which does not fit our time frame. 3 days later I get an email that our application has been approved. I called in and asked if we could get a refund for the portion of the deposit that was refundable and was told thats not going to happen. We ghosted her by not responding to her phone calls for one day while were planning for our wedding this week. The application was submitted Monday, today is Wednesday, so 3 days will cost you $380. I am only upset due the deceit, inferior attitude, and unprofessionalism I experienced with Melissa. I wish others a better experience, but my business has been lost for life.

I LOVE EAGLES LANDING!!!! The management team is top notch! Melissa and Josie are always helpful, they make sure to go out their ways to help out the residents. They make things very easy and fun to work with! I always feel welcomed every time I walked into the clubhouse! The property is very well organized and cleaned! I highly recommend Eagles Landing!!!!

Ive lived here for over a year and couldnt be happier with the cleanliness of the facilities, the feeling of safety. Close to everything but tucked out of the way. The staff is amazing and repairs are done quickly with expertise, and precision. Pool, hot tub, weight room and billiards. What more could you ask for?

The management of these apartments are the number 1 reason why Ive stayed. They are very involved in the eagles landing community and have resolved every issue Ive ever had quickly. They maintain the parking lot and sidewalks reasonably well through the winter and dont skimp on the ice melt. No falling on ice here. The pool is open in the summer and is rarely crowded. The apartments themselves are fairly large and provide open concept floor plans. I have lived in a one bedroom and then upgraded to a two bedroom a year later. In both apartments the living room is very spacious as well as the master bedroom. The only issue Ive run into is the theatre overflow parking lot behind the apartments can get noisy questionable people at night. However, there are buildings that arent next to this lot, so if that concerns you I would just ask to not be close to it. Other than that the apartment community is very quiet all hours of the day.

Dear Eagles Landing,Thanks for being willing to show my wife and I the 3 bedroom apartment at your complex. It was a wonderful experience and my wife and I loved the community, thus we felt we should sign a lease.Upon letting you know that we many not be moving in as we thought so, things changed. Everyone still tried to be pleasant on the phone, however you became extremely pushy and unwilling to work with us. Although I do understand that your job is to fill apartments, I would suggest spelling out and explaining a rule as how early a future tenant should make you aware that they are unable to fulfill their lease.Frankly, I felt I was being rather nice by trying to make you guys aware advance that I may not be moving in as promised. By making you wait only 4 days, you were presenting me with ultimatums regarding if we could move in or not. Even though I was now out $70 in application fees and a $300 holding deposit (which you explained as the fee to hold the apartment until the time of move in), you became very unpleasant and extremely unprofessional to deal with. I explained that I was still working out if I was going to be moving when I called initially, however you still seemed unwilling to work with us. If this is at all a reflection as to how you deal with your current tenants then I am happy that things pushed my wife and I in a different direction. After exploring all options in the Idaho Falls area,I decided to pick Eagles Landing Apartments I am very grateful I did.What you need to know:Eagles Landing has exceeded all my expectations, I can honestly say this is by far the best management community I have ever experienced.I have been incredibly satisfied with the professionalism of the managers. The community, atmosphere, management and maintenance, is all great!The day my shower head broke maintenance came that day to take care of it.Management sends community texts to everyone for reminders, weather alerts, events etc.Great place to live.

Eagles Landing is an AMAZING place to live!! Melissa is the best manager of an apartment complex ever. She really does care for the tenants and wants to get to know them. She is very official and professional yet caring! We have lived in multiple apartment complexes over the years and this is by far the best one. The apartments are well maintained and if anything does happen they are on it quick to get it fixed. I can’t say enough good things about Eagles Landing. I would give more stars if I could.

When first living in Idaho Falls, I did not know what to expect. Coming to Eagles Landing, I was shown what great people were like in Eagles Landing Apartments. They have management that does their very best to make sure that your experience is the best. They put a lot of thought into the community of Ammon and the community as a complex. I love their activities that they host; the last activity was a pool party and my wife and I won some great prizes such as mints from guessing whats in the jar. This shows that they strive for excellence. They have always helped me whenever I came in with questions. EX. when I was using the treadmill and I asked for their help, and they helped me out. (Speak out and w/ them so they can help) The technician guys are hard workers as well. The supervisor is truly someone who I could rely on. Whenever I had a problem with anything around my apartment they are there as soon as they can. As I said, these guys are hard workers and they see a lot of people for 2 people; show them a lot of love. This is a place I am coming back if I live in Idaho Falls again. Thanks, Eagle Squad!

The best apartment complex in Idaho Falls, hands down. I have lived here for several years and have loved calling it home.First of all, the managers are amazing and the maintenance team is so friendly. Our few maintenance requests have been for small things, to the point I almost feel guilty when a member of the maintenance team shows up just a few hours later. The on-site managers are always doing some sort of promotion or event for the entire complex. The grounds are immaculate and professionally maintained. The clubhouse is always clean. The gym is free and 24/7! Hot tub and pool are cleaned regularly. We have always had good neighbors. Eagles Landing does a thorough screening process on each tenant, so I know that we dont have to worry about sketchy neighbors. The apartment itself is great. I am sure if you compare the rent prices to other apartments, Eagles Landing is a little more, but you get what you pay for and then some with this complex. I would rather pay a little more each month knowing that I live in a secure complex, with on-site maintenance and managers, and plus the perks of the gym, hot tub, pool, and pool table.

This is a great community to live in. The staff is always great to work with and they have awesome events for families!! The clubhouse and apartments are all clean and very nice. Whenever I need anything, they bend over backwards to make me happy. Thank you Eagles Landing and Melissa for being so accommodating!!

I lived in Eagles Landing Apartments for five years. I lived in both the first and second phase and enjoyed my time. Throughout my residency, the staff were extremely professional and courteous. The maintenance staff was always quick on any work orders and even came to repair something in the middle of the night. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend ELA to someone if they are looking for a clean and quiet place to live in Idaho Falls. Thank you for the wonderful five years.

This apartment complex is absolutely amazing! Great staff, great community and over all a great place to live!The parking lot has car-ports which comes in handy in the winter. The lots are always plowed during the winter season as well as keeping the sidewalks salted & maintained. The maintenance crew is super quick on anything that needs to be fixed.Melissa and Erin are very welcoming & understanding! They have no problem going out of their way to help anyone in the complex. They also host a lot of events for the whole community to participate in! Very kid friendly!!The apartments themselves are super clean & up-to-date with appliances. With the complex being smoke-free you have the luxury of have clean smelling clothes & towels and over all a clean smelling apartment.This place has a great pool & it is always cleaned. There is an indoor hot tub that is open all year round. A 24 hour fitness center (not a lot of equipment but it gets the job done!) & a pool room as well!This isnt my first apartment to have lived in, and I have to say this is the best place Ive lived so far. I can truly call this place home! Erin and Melissa are always there for us & great company to just talk to!If I could give this place 6 stars, I would!

I have had two of my daughters live at Eagles Landing throughout the years. The apartments are wonderful, spacious, updated and very comfortable. We love to come and visit. The location is great, right close to everything you need. Great amenities, great staff, and affordable; highly recommended.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this apartment complex! Management does not treat tenants with respect. They are disrespectful and verbally abusive. They do not honor any agreements and will keep your deposit and much more if possible. Management has terrible people!

Things I liked about this apartment complex during my three years stay in an executing apt (2 bed/ 2 bath- ALL electric)*Good location for us.*They did a good job on maintaining the apartments. Management was professional. They did a good job resolving issues with neighbors. They took care of the service requests on time.*I liked the amenities, e.g., gym, hot tub, swimming pool,etc.The things that I did not like:*Not a very soundproof apt complex. I filed numerous complaints myself, and others also filed similar complaints against me.*I felt like I was paying a lot for utility. The max I remember was more than $200 for a winter month. Yes, this is outrageous for a 1500 sq feet apt.*Temperature remained either lower (in winter) or higher (in Summer) in the second bed room which was very uncomfortable and annoying. And the forced air central AC was very loud and always used to make a buzzing sound as if it was constantly trying to turn on. We got used to it. But whenever I had guests in our place, it drove them almost crazy.*Make sure you keep proof of any damage/scratch/spot/painting issue when you move in. Because during move out, they will come to inspect your place with a microscope and bill you for any damage/scratch/spot they could find no matter it was there earlier or happened during your stay. And you would be surprised how meticulous they are. They want their apt back the way it was during the move-in period! If there is an issue (could be cosmetic) with any appliances, they will make sure that you pay for them.*Good luck!

These guys are the Bomb!!! I rented from them for two years and it was one of the best experiences I have had renting an apartment. Clean, new, nice units and the two ladies in the club house are so nice and friendly. I looked at some of the negative reviews below and Im pretty sure I would trust those guys opinions like I would trust Hitler. 5 stars all the way.

We have been trying to call this place for over a week now and nobody ever answers. We have left messages and nobody has returned our calls. We drove all the way from Utah because we could not get any answers. They closed early that day. Im not sure who is running this place, but they obviously dont want/need our business! Their rooms look nice online, hence our efforts to contact them. Oh well.

Have lived here for over 4 years and have nothing but good things to say about the complex and the managers. The managers really take care of you and know everyone. Maintenance requests are completed promptly. Community amenities are great and my friends love coming over to use the pool and hot tub. Very nice and quiet community that feels upscale. I feel like anyone really harshly complaining about the complex and especially the management is just being a troublemaker, a problem tenant thats bitter about getting evicted or had neighbors complain about them.

Have lots of friends here. High quality apartments. Equally high prices. You may end up paying +$900 for a 1-bed here. Turnover is high due to the prices. Im LDS and most in the ward from the apts dont stay more than one lease due to rising prices.

Theyll tell you one thing and do another. Honestly, look somewhere else if you are trying to find a nice apartment. I wouldnt be surprised if all of the five start reviews were their staff creating fake google accounts in order to up their score. Trust me when I say STAY AWAY!!!! Oh and with my 1 star review, that makes a total of 30 stars from the 10 current reviews on here, out of a total possible 50. That sure sounds a lot more like a 3/5 and not a 3.4/5. Just sayin-

Staff are pretty nice and they try to take care of you. They just got all new exercise equipment. Our dishwasher was broken and as soon as management found out they hooked us up with a new one within a week or two!

Ive lived in a number of apartments throughout Idaho, Utah, and Montana within the same price range as Eagles Landing, and none of the others even come close to matching the same level of quality. Located in an area that is rapidly expanding, you are surrounded by some of best restaurants in the area, including Tandoori Oven and Blue Hashi. The amenities (including a gym and pool) and the spacious apartments themselves make you feel like youre living in luxury. But, above all else, the service provided by the maintenance crew and the friendly property managers is first rate! If you have an issue or something that needs to be fixed, they will get it done the same afternoon you make a request. Its a no-brainer, folks! Eagles Landing has no equal.

Do yourself a favor and dont even waste your time looking for a place here! I have never dealt with a staff that is as bad as Melissa & Erin. I have lived here for 8 months and it has been the worst mistake of my life. The hot tub keeps breaking down every other week, the pool only works half the summer... The apartment walls are so thin I can here the 3rd floor neighbor walking around and I live on the bottom floor!!!

If your looking for a decent apartment for your family turn around. This place had timely maintenance for repairs but couldn’t find out why we were paying an arm & a leg for electricity due to the heat constantly running due to the cold. They told us to set the temperature to 72 degrees but the furnace would constantly run to keep the apartment Warm. The walls are super thin & you can hear everything your neighbors are talking about & doing. As we we were moving out they basically bribed us to not write a review on them due to all the issues that we had with this place. They were under a law suit coming into the place and fired the girl that gave us initial instruction on what to do regarding paying rent only to dismis what she informed us to do then charged us a late fee. Mold formed around the windows due to them not being properly installed & moisture getting into them. If your looking for something for your family try Idaho Falls Rental “BMG Rentals”. This place isn’t worth the hassle or the money. This should be a last option in Idaho Falls. The apartments are in a good location that’s about it.

At first management is nice. But when I went back with my husband and kids. They werent so welcoming. They wanted an excuse to deny our application. Melissa (secretary) says that she has a very close and trusting relationship with Roy from Reliable. So much so that she makes you believe that they have a personal relationship too. For one Reliable are a bunch of liars with a really BAD reputation. I have rented much better apartments in the past and know my way around for getting approved. We had passed everything, but the word from a liar has ruined our chances. She NEEDS to do her research before taking a word. He NEVER issued us a 30 day notice to vacate and by the way we are still in the hotel. Another thing they openly admit to being scared of my 7 year old daughter. Really!!! HAHAHA!!!! Please grow up and be mature. I will NEVER recommend this place to anybody. I already notified my friend who plans on coming here to live and has chosen not to rent from them. Plus they do not have many tenants either. I wander why...HMMM.. No I dont. I have seen and heard it all. They SUCK!!!!!!

I have lived here for 7 months and have hated every minute of it. The only reason Id even give it one star is because Imelda and Melissa are caring. The selling point for us on these apartments was You wont ever hear your neighbors because its SOOOO insulated. Yeah... we hear our upstairs neighbors even when they cough! The parking lots are so icy, snowy, and unkept that I fell and hurt myself. My amenity key doesnt work 80% of the time to get into the gym, and the pool is only open until labor day, even though there are plenty of good swimming days after. We picked it online because we were moving from another state and couldnt see other properties.I really love the managers, but its very, VERY, overpriced for what youre getting. Most people Ive met whove lived here have also disliked it. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
