Their driver just about side swiped me. They continued to bounce between the lane I have pictures of them crossing into my lane after they flew past me then turning the opposite direction into walmart. I would not recommend this service to anyone. Their drivers do not care about anyone elses safety on the road... Not to mention there is ice and snow on the road.... It was a older maroon dodge minivan.

Completely unreliable and when my kiddo wasnt picked up, they lied and said they had texted me that they were outside. When I called them out on it, Sandra lied again and said she would text me a screenshot of the text. Big surprise, it never came. However she got my text earlier that day when I confirmed the appointment with her. Not to mention the number of trips that they missed. Save yourself the frustration and time you will waste, literally hours out of your day to get a 15 min ride. Seems simple, but they will literally mess it up on the regular and lie! Not trustworthy at all.

The driver pulled out in front of me causing me to slam on my brakes and swerve in order for me not to hit her and she had kids in her van!

They regularly fail to show up on time, sometimes never at all. They fail to communicate if they are early or late. If they screw up no one accepts responsibility.

I havent used the service, but after seeing one of their vehicles speeding and driving recklessly, I would not

Just saw one drive down Ash Street near Rigby. (6:05 PM, Aug 9, 2019) WAY too fast for a residential street with kids present. They need to be more aware of what is around.

Very impressed with this bus company/taxi service. Reliable transportation & punctual.

No driver show up for MRI on lower back for my wife. I dont recommend this company at all piss poor customer service they cant even snswan the phone goes to automatic voicemail
