Took our vehicle to get a full tune up and was quoted a particular price which was confirmed at the time of pick up. However my debit card was charged an additional $23! The explanation given is thats the fee charged for using a card...seriously! Why wasnt I informed about this when I asked if they accepted debit/credit cards? The response was there is a sign at the door. Who pays attention to anything at the door when entering? This information should be displayed at the counter where the transaction is being completed and the client advised so theyre aware. To me this practice is misleading and unscrupulous and should be addressed. This unfortunately has overshadowed the work done on the vehicle for me.

Only reason I gave it one star is because Google dont let me give it no star its a Spanish own business the twist is Im Spanish also I would rather take my car to the dealer and pay triple amount of money than take it to Rudy I drop my car off at 9am called him at 1230pm just to ask hows it going with my car he tells me dont call me again Im very busy and hangs up the phone on me but when I got there I flipped on him telling him who the f*** he think he his Im the client Im paying for the job hes not doing it free etc... Whoever thinks of bringing there car to this mechanic should think very hard before giving him your service!! To
