Very professional, extremely intelligent building department. Great service techs who always kepted me informed. Office ladies are very kind. I highly recommend this company for all your pool needs.

WORST possible customer service. Lead me on for two weeks to get on their service tech’s schedule, finally got an appointment and the guy didn’t show up! I called to see when he would be here and they told me I’d have to wait another MONTH because they “take care of our own customers first.” So rude, so unprofessional, their word is worth nothing - AVOID!!
