1st time using this service. I was very impressed with the whole experience. Super fast, very courteous and knowledgeable. I was impressed with the team work and professionalism displayed by everyone there. I would highly recommend giving them a chance to make your oil change experience a very positive one.

I needed my air conditioning recharged and had the best experience when it comes to auto service!!! The staff was very friendly and worked very hard to get you in and out in a timely manner. Chris went above and beyond to make sure everything was in working order. He kept me informed every step of the way and even suggested to check my cabin filter to cover all the bases. (We already changed it) The entire staff was awesome but Valvoline is lucky to have Chris on their team!!!

Round 2 Today... Fast, thorough, considerate, and they show great team work. They met me outside and got started checking my tire pressure and other fluids before I even pulled in. They had me in and out the door in like 12 mins.They always do a good job. So I took my wifes car back this evening... for a 2nd visit today... Consistantly Accurate.

Rumor has it they use micro filters and give you less oil for the same price. 5 cars that i know of that have low oil and theyve all been to valvoline. Unfortunately theyve gone downhill lately and it sucks. Businesses all over are doing what they can to rip you off it seems.

Was my first time getting my vehicles oil changed their. All employees were very kind very polite. I also love that theres two cameras on your vehicle so that you can see what theyre doing in the engine compartment and underneath the vehicle.

Too many kids not knowing or caring whats going on and my vehicle is too important to be learning on. Not impressed.

I like how you can stay in your car. Wait time really isnt that bad even if 3 cars are ahead of you. However; its SO expensive! Ive never had a oil change there for under $80.

Quick and efficient oil change; I got in and out in about 15-20 minutes and didnt even have to get out of the car. Theres often a Groupon available for this location so you can get services at a discount. They also report to Carfax and you can be sent reminders for when you next need to get service for your vehicle.

If you are looking for one of those quickie 5-minute oil changes this is not the place for you. However if you are looking for professional service, quality products, and reasonable prices- this is the place. It took over a half hour to get the service done on my truck, but it was very thorough, and I appreciated the auto cam. I know a lot about mechanical things, and these guys were very thorough and on point with all they did. I know the maintenance on my truck, and they did not try to upsell me on anything. I deeply appreciate that. It seems that other places are always trying to hook you with some kind of upsell. I will be back!

The team here is fantastic. Within a minute I was greeted and was helped to get my oil change qued in line. Their whole team made an effort to greet me and do the checkpoints on my truck. Adrian was very informed about the procedures and made the right recommendations to me. I left feeling very good about driving to this location. I definitely would come back here for the service and excellent staff.

All the guys were so helpful and answered all my questions, and the car was serviced quickly!

Went in with no problems but a simple oil change. Came out $125 in the hole, leaking oil, transmission fluid and coolant... And here I thought you paid for quality. Definitely wont have a repeat customer from me and Ill be sure to tell others of my experience to save them the headache.

Valvoline is top-notch. They work fast, but accurate. Theyre trustworthy and friendly. They dont pressure you to buy anything. They explain everything well, and have cameras that show you exactly what they are doing. My only complaint is that there are not more people like them

I was recently was there (Friday)for an oil change car was fine drove to work in Cleveland no problems. Went back the next day (Saturday) to get a battery. Same thing was fine till yesterday (monday) on my way home from work my car was stalling out smoking like crazy and eventually made it home. Looked under my hood oil everywhere!! The transmission cap was not on. Drove 4 days without the cap on it! My Car isn’t working now!! Out of the three years I’ve had my car I’ve had no issues with it until now!

This has turned into a night mare! I went Thursday evening (7/20) for a simple oil change, the mechanic there that spoke with me was pretty persistent on getting a radiator flush done so, I agreed to it, thinking what could it hurt.. Monday morning my SUV starts making a horrible noise. When I went to grab lunch, it was even worse. I took it in Tuesday to a dealership shop and now coincidentally, my radiator is cracked and I have $827.00 bill. Not to mention, when he showed my my air filter and said its in pretty rough shape, Id have it replaced You call that rough? It was still WHITE with traces of light gray color in the middle! I should have known better! It was it good condition! I am not a mechanic by ANY means but, I know enough! Shame on you guys for taking advantage of people! I will never, ever go here again! I cant be any more disgusted.

Dont know how someone could left my transmission cap opened. Its so embarrassing. I have put almost a thousand mileages on the car before I noticed that they left my transmission cap opened the last time I do oil change, all they keep saying is additional services, the guy that looks like Spanish is the one that made the mess. So disappointing. Wouldnt recommend this place.

I went to the Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Amherst, Ohio and although I did have to wait (I think most of the town was in for an oil change and the oil reclaim truck was in one of the two bays - my bad, I picked that time of day), at my turn, the guys there were quick and VERY curtious. They impressed my with how the team leader looked-up the information on my vehicle, relayed it to each team member, and how each team member repeated it back to ensure the service item was correct. Impressive. Each team member who spoke to me did so in a professional and curtious manner and answered my questions to my satisfaction. Would I go back.....yes I would. I recommend this location to anyone who needs an oil change without all of the headaches of doing it at home (which Ive done too many time to count!).
