I moved to the area 8 months ago and had been nervous about finding a new place to get my nails done so continued to drive into Manchester to get them done until a friend recommended Precious Nails. I went for the first time today and was beyond impressed! They are clean courteous and got me right in. On top of that my tech, Lisa executed the shape, length and colors I wanted PERFECTLY. I have found my new place and look forward to going back

I have been searching for a place to get my nails done and came upon 5 star nails in a online search. Very kind and respectful!!! I got an acrylic gel fill with a basic pedicure - all well worth it!

After many many years of going to the same nail technician my daughter and I had to find a new salon to go to. From the first visit the staff was timely, courteous and best of all for a nail salon, CLEAN. My daughter has two ingrown toe nails from years of dance and Sam knew exactly what to do to alleviate her pain while keeping the pedicure completely hygienic. This time Sam was also able to fix a very broken nail for my daughter and apply a tip to finish her dip manicure. Lisa does my pedicure and nails and always does just what I ask. Ta and Kyla (the owners I believe) are amazing with nail and toe designs as well as totally cool Ombre dip nails. We make and appointment with the technicians we want to use but they seem to be very timely for walk in appointments also. 5 stars!!!

Went with my daughter and granddaughter to get pedicures and have a nice girls day. Our pedicures were so rushed I really dont feel they delivered a quality pedicure. We got the bums rush. Wont use them again.

I gave precious another chance after a bad experience a couple of years ago. I will not going back or recommending them because my dip nails were done way too thin so they broke the next day, I went back to have it repaired and they rushed just doing the bare minimum. I told them I thought it was because it was too thin and they did not redo them thicker. Another 2 nails broke only a few days after. It’s too bad because their location is convenient and the salon is nice inside.

When we walked in we were greeted. I love this place. They are all so wonderful. She does the best designs and makes fabulous recommendations.

This is the second time Ive gone to Precious Nails. The first time I went, I had a great experience and was excited to return, especially since its relatively close to where I live. I am beyond disappointed. I got a regular pedicure and a gel manicure. My pedicure looks good and was fine (hence 3 stars) but I have never had a worse gel manicure in my life. I went on Sunday 5/5 and by Friday 5/10 my right thumb and forefinger nails had already peeled off completely because they werent sealed properly. Today (5/13) my left forefinger and right middle finger nails peeled off and my left thumb is peeling at the moment. Whats the point of getting a gel manicure that is supposed to last for 2 weeks if it doesnt even make it for 5 days? Im incredibly disappointed and will not be back. I do not recommend a gel manicure here.

I had a gel manicure here yesterday for the first time. I read from other reviews that they were following all COVID precautions. The space was also very clean which is always a must.

Love it here! They remember your name and how you like your nails. Hallmark channel always playing on the TVs. Wine or Mimosa while you get your services done. Dip, shellac or regular manis or pedis. Family place - bring your daughter, sister or Mom.

Friendly, prompt, excellent with little fingers and go above and beyond to service their customers, especially the littlest of customers. I really appreciate how kind and helpful they were with my daughter today. Our manicure’s came out beautiful and we look forward to our return visits.

I felt like we were pressured into doing the dip nails and according to their price chart a full set of dip nails it was $38 but they told me $50. Then my daughters friend was getting a small flower design and using 4 different colors and they told me $55. I tried talking to him about the price but he kept saying something that didnt make any sense to me, so I just left it alone because I could tell my daughter was getting embarrassed by me questioning the prices. Also my daughters nails ended up not being the shape she wanted, they went pretty wide at the middle of her nail or where the tip of her finger is, and they also were not very smooth across the nail itself. They were kind of lumpy. She is the type of person that will NOT complain about anything to whoever, until we leave and then I get an earfull about it. She was not that pleased with the final product. Im not sure if we will go here again, especially with the discrepancy in prices. Other than that, the technicians were very, very nice and very polite.

Made an appointment for 12:30pm pedicures for my mother and I for Mothers Day. Showed up 10 minutes before, and were told to pick our polish and wait. 1pm rolls around and we asked about the wait time. With no explanation, we were silently led to the pedicure stations to soak our feet in lukewarm water. No bubbles, nothing. By the time 1:30pm came and our feet were soaking in cold water, we walked out. Any sort of communication about running behind would have been appreciated. But no one said two words to us the entire hour we were there.Edit: I probably would not have remembered to write this review if it werent for the automated text message thanking me for my appointment and asking me to leave a review 🤣

Today was my second trip to Precious Nails. I have brought my stepdaughter twice for the kids’ mani/pedi, I’ve gotten the deluxe pedicure (one cucumber box, one olive oil box) - and today brought my husband for a deluxe pedicure. The staff is very kind, accommodating, and cater well to children. Their princess pedicure chairs are a unique touch & really have made for a fun experience for my stepdaughter. They have made her first trips to nail salons quite memorable and we’re grateful! We had a great family morning :) I’d definitely recommend this place for your nail needs! They also take Venmo and have a loyalty program - both of which are added perks :)

I’ve never had an acrylic set done this poorly. One week later, 5 tips have already broken off. I’ve broken nails before and could see how it’s my fault, but like these tips have been breaking off when I’m doing the most arbitrary tasks- reaching in my pocket book, washing my hands, SHOWERING??? One tip broke off and I bled for half an hour :( I wouldn’t recommend getting acrylic done hereMy pedicure is pretty though :)

Precious Nails is clean and professional! I make my appointments ahead of time and theyre ready for me when I get there, unlike some other nail places I have been in the past. The decor is very pretty and I love the owners. They do their best to make you comfortable so you have a good experience!

Ive been going to multiple nail salons to find somebody who charges decent price and does a good job and I finally found this place. Not only they charge a reasonable price but in my opinion they do a very good job on your nails.

My daughter is trying out new salons. She is 9 but knows what she wants and is sometimes hard to please. She said Ben, the technician, clearly cared about his work; did not hesitate to ask questions and was very thorough despite her age. She’s had issues with rushed work because of her young age. I listened for many minutes about her appreciation of the cuticle work Ben did. Thank you, she was very happy with the service.

Was greeted and sat at a station immediately, discussed with the nail technician what I wanted, was offered a complimentary drink from their menu. I got dip nails and they came out amazing!

The guy who did my nails rushed, i asked for coffin and got i don’t even know what, they aren’t even fully painted and when i asked him to reshape them and paint them another layer he made them worse and then completely gave up and covered the polish in top coat causing it to streak and fall off my nail. they are all crooked, not filed, i’m covered in nail glue and completely disappointed. This guy was rushing way too much and it was unbelievable.

Overpriced, I didn’t feel like what I paid was worth what I got. And the lady kept demanding a tip, and even after I gave her one she kept suggesting I add more, very unprofessional, don’t waste your money.

It was my first time coming to Precious, I normally go to Walmart but they were booked. Sam was amazing! She spent time on her work and we talked all throughout my manicure and pedicure. I can’t wait to come back!

The nail polishing was done very neatly. Nothing annoys me more than quick and sloppy polish that doesnt reach the edges. They were even careful with the base coat, whereas most places would just be sloppy, thinking nobody sees the base coat anyway. They also gave me base and top coats, some places don’t so that. She also did 3 coats of color so that it would be completely opaque.

Today is the day before my cousins wedding we decided to try the service here and they are completely unprofessional and don’t listen to what the customer asks for. If you havent been since April 2019, there are new owners. Some reviews are so harsh on here I was shocked and that made me want to share MY experience. TA does the best acrylic powder dip around ---- thin --- does not look like I have chucks of frosting on my fingertips. Each nail is the same length and shape. Complimentary beverages and very reasonable prices. I encourage you to try them!

I was extremely satisfied with my regular mani pedi today. It was flawless and fast. I was in and out in a little less than an hour. I tipped them in cash and I headed on my way. Its been a week, and my nails are still in good order. A week is an extra ordinary long time for me to not have chips in my polish. Im very prone to ruining my nails, sometimes even before I have a chance to leave the salon.Thanks, my visit was pleasant and I didnt require much more than what they had offered. Love the quick and impeccable service. I am definitely coming back!

I got acrylic nails done. While the person was doing my nails they cut my finger. I went back because it was bleeding very much. All they did was clean it up. When I asked for a refund they said that was possible if I removed the nails. Meaning all I would walk away with was wasted time and a bloody finger. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. The nails were messy and they treated us very rudely.

Some of these other reviewers are crazy, or maybe they just havent been here in long enough. My girl friends and I visited this place for a spa day on a recommendation. I was so impressed with the whole ordeal! It was a little busy, but they got us into pedicure chairs to soak until they were ready. Their chairs we so comfortable, and we got to watch a movie the whole time we got our nails done. We got shellac on our toes, then sat at the tables to get our fingernails done. My technician was very talented and efficient. He was also very polite, and we exchanged easy conversation. My nails were beautifully shaped and ended up gorgeous. Overall, I was very impressed! I will definitely come back! I think it is very clean, and the staff is very professional. Also, they have mini pedicure chairs for children...which are adorable!

Me and my daughter went for pedicures and the whole time it felt rushed. The girl that did my daughters smudged her polish when putting on her sandal and didnt fix it. My daughter is young and of course wasnt going to say anything and she didnt tell me until we walked out the door. Usually we wait for our polish to dry but not here, they had us get up and pay at the desk as soon as they were done putting our sandals back on. I also observed no sanitation of the pedi chairs at all. Then days later my pedi was chipping. For over $100 its not worth it. There are plenty of nail salons within mins of this place, Ill go elsewhere next time.

This place is great! You definitely want to book an appointment with Que. She does a FANTASTIC job. Very thorough, color stays on a long time. The place is clean and relaxing. Que is the best! I see her every 2-3 weeks. and I always leave happy!

Ive always loved the quality and cleanliness of this nail salon. I have been frequent in this nail salon for quite some time now, and I have always found their prices to be reasonable for the area, and the quality of my nails to be fantastic. I get shellac manicure, and I find that it stays on for the promised two-plus weeks. I used to go to the mall, but now I go here. I enjoy coming to a local establishment and supporting a local vendor, and I feel as though all of the nail technicians here are fantastic.the only thing I can say is that some nail technicians do have a bit of a language barrier issue, and if that happens to you, just ask for someone else to speak to.

Ive been going to this salon since they opened. I tried many other salons in the area and none of them come even close to comparison. Ive had my nails done by a few different people and all of them were highly skilled. The shop is cleaner than any Ive ever seen. And they have all top of the line chairs and equipment. Their prices are comparable to other salons except the quality received at Precious FAR exceeds other salons. HIGHLY recommended!

This place is absolutely awful. My husband gave me a gift card so my daughter and I went to get our nails done. I left with bumps all over my nails and two days later nails started falling off... thats never in my life happened.. the women the did my nails also burnt me bad. She took the hot rag out of the heater and I said owww when she put it on me and her boss told her that she needs to wait before putting it on a client.And lastly my 15yr old daughter wanted acrylics for the 1st time and they made a huge deal about it. Her age and started talking to each other about us.

It was a good experience. I got done pretty quickly and you can tell the technician was good. Only problem I had was the gel for my acrylic nails went under my nails some and dried there which can get a bit annoying. Also the gel shifted on two of my nails to the side and now there is a bump. Other than that it was good. My nails are smooth and look like my nails.

My girlfriend and I went to get pedicures the other day. The pedicure was great! Except for the stone rub finish. My friends nail tech put the steaming hot rock on the top of her foot first which actually burnt her foot. I have never seen this be done before and was quite saddened to see the result of the burn the next day as it was a large red blister. We could have given a better review since the location was beautiful and clean and the staff was nice but thats not the end of it. When we paid for our pedicures we both paid separately and put on our credit cards. I felt pressured to leave a tip right away and did. My friend wasnt going to leave a tip until she was pressured to in an extremely rude and u professional manor. She was going to leave a good tip until her nail tech got another nail tech to approach her about not leaving a tip and essentially demanding a tip. This was extremely unprofessional and plain rude. I have never seen or heard of anyone ever doing good this. She ended up charging a tip on her card but it was not what she was planning on leaving at all. Great job and spotless location but dont pressure anyone to leave a tip. Its appreciated but not actually required!

I will never go back again. I have left the nail salon bleeding in the past and thought I would give them another chance with a different person. They do not care about you as a person as they only view you as $$$. I called today as I was on my way hoping someone would be available at 9am. They said the person was there and to come right in. I was there as I promised at 9am and sat in the chair for 10 min. I asked where he was and they told me he went to get coffee. Well, that was nice of them to keep me waiting. Maybe I wanted coffee and if I knew they were going to make me wait, I would have stopped to get coffee too.. Instead I rushed to make it on time. My time is worth something and they should have been honest and said he could see me in 15 min. I walked out to never return. I went to Eva Nails in Nashua, NH and they did an excellent job. Cheaper as well as no pain, no blood what a concept. If you would like your nails done without leaving with pain and blood, go to Evas.

I visited this salon with my girlfriend last week and it was a great experience. First, the salon itself is incredibly clean and the layout is very appealing. Its huge! We didnt even go all the way in the back but it seems to go on and on with private rooms in the back. The staff was very friendly and professional, they made me feel very relaxed and comfortable since this was only one of my first few times in a salon. I will definitely be going back. Fantastic salon, highly recommend!

I am baffled by this place. They did an absolute horrible job on my nails. (Picture posted on site) I can truly say a 10 year old could have done a better job blindfolded. The pedicure, I have never been saturated in acetone/alcohol where it burns my feet, this is an added feature at this establishment. I wish that was the best part, they put me under the nail dryer, cockroach roaming the rug. Classy! Non professional, pay before job is even started...WOW!

There are several places to get your nails done on 101a. This has been the best experience I have had by far of the many places I have been. I needed a pedicure today, and walked in to Precious Nails. There were other clients, but they were ready for me as soon as I was done picking my polish. They have nice friendly staff, and quality service. They were very conscientious about cleanliness! My pedicure was wonderfully relaxing-I think I even almost fell asleep! Reasonably priced with clearly posted fees for each of their services. I will most definitely be back!

I entered without an appointment for a pedicure, and I was told it would be a 15-minute wait. I was set up at a pedicure station, with my feet in the water. 35 minutes and one cockroach later, my water was cold with no nail tech in sight. When I got up to leave, the manager simply said sorry and waved me off. I will never return

I came in before about 5 other ladies of which only one had an appointment. The guy kept trying to Service the other ladies saying they all had appointments even though he was busy when they came in and didnt hear what that were there for. The young lady at the front counter kept telling him that I was next and the other ladies were walk-ins as well. He insisted on seeing them first. The salon is nice and clean but I dont want to have to beg anyone to take my money! Id hate to think it was because Im black, but I was the only black person there so...

This is the cleanest and best value salon in the area, maybe even in the region! They use tub liners for all of the pedicures, and disposable files and buffers for each person- Ive never seen that in a salon before! The customer service is also excellent; the owner and manager Emily and Lien are so sweet. I used to be a client of their at their former salon in Derry, and even though the new location is a bit further from my house, the quality is worth the commute. Such a beautiful salon!

I just got my nails done for the first time at Precious nails and it will be the last. It is not very clean at all I do not think they sterilize anything.Two of my nails were not filed properly very rough at the tips. The nail color looks blotchy. Not happy at all I had skin hanging because she did not do a good job cutting my cuticles. The place was empty when I went (9:30am on a Wednesday) but the two women there kept stopping to ready text messages on there phone. Would not recommend this place at all.

I have been going to Precious Nails for a long time and I have been unimpressed with my past few visits, which is disappointing. I used the have amazing experiences here. The past few times I have gone it seems incredibly rushed, even when there is no one else waiting. My shellac from this past visit only lasted me 3 days and my nails are completely destroyed from their use of the electronic nail file to take my gel off. It only takes a few more minutes to take the gel off properly. Hopefully this review is taken seriously, because I can’t be the only one that feels this way. It’s a shame because it’s such a beautiful facility with nice people.

The staff is very friendly and ready to serve. I personally would recommend Qui she is my go to girl! always willing to schedule appointments ahead of time but, also will take walk in clients as well.

I was in the area visiting a friend so we decided to check out this new salon. I was skeptic about the price because new salons usually charge an arm and a leg but they were offering a discount for the new opening and pricing was very reasonable. The salon looked great! Everything was very clean and sterile, which I loved. They even have liners for their pedicure tubs. My techs name was lien and she suggested a gel manicure and did a gradient accent nail for me. I was very pleased with the results and have been going here ever since.

My nails are always done well when I go here. The shop is clean and the work is professional. I recommend it!

Wow! I’m baffled by this place. My toes look like something a 7 year old could do. Tech messed them up when she went to pull the wedges off.She basically just touched up the toes she ruined instead of starting them over. She knew I wasn’t happy. They are all clumpy and gross. Then she did my shellac manicure and I can only imagine how long they will stick. Its disappointing when you spend $60 bucks for something that you could have done at home. I will never go back!

I have been here twice in the month. Once for my daughter for her first manicure (walk-in w/immediate service), and today for a scheduled deluxe mani/pedi with a mermaid nail art request. Everything was flawless from scheduling, communication, wait time, service, cleanliness, etc. I communicated with staff via FB prior to my visit to confirm the design I wanted and they were quick to respond and accommodating! I will definitely go back and will bring my girls for a fun nail day! I received the design I wanted and fantastic service!

I had a manicure done here. First time trying out this place. I wasnt impressed, having to soak my entire fingers in nail polish remover, ended up drying my skin out, the guy wasnt entirely friendly, rushed with the mani, not cleaning up my cuticles well and my nails were not filed well. I wont go back.

If i could give negative stars i would. The most painful nail experience i have ever had. Left bleeding and with the worst looking nails i have ever had. Cried in the parking lot. Was told they would not fix them, refund me, or redo them unless i paid for new ones. VERY unsanitary and gross. DEFINITELY will never be back.

On behalf of my wife (gets the usual pedicures etc.),I must say the service is not as good as some,but not as bad as some other places shes gone to.Price is about the same,BUT the staff is the most aggressive I have ever seen!...... When they ask for a tip, pretty much demand cash,and are generally wicked pushy to give services that arent wanted.ALSO,in the most recent visit,the service payment was handled with a debit card(which was met with resistance!).They wanted to know why no cash!...... Anyway the debit on the 3rd of December,STILL hasnt been sent to my bank yet!.....Uh,like today is the 13th.....Called Precious nails for an explanation.They didnt understand most of what was said,and told me to come in tomorrow to talk to the manager.....same results.What that place needs is a permanent English speaking/understanding AMERICAN desk person (receptionist),That can do all of the paperwork etc.Leave the Vietnamese girs on the floor and do their jobs.How some customers can tolerate what they they walk into, is beyond my understanding.But, I guess Im just a guy.........They even asked me several times,if I want the works!.....Uh,like when I served in Vietnam,during the war, that didnt mean a pedicure......Good luck,pedicure community!

I went to get acrylic nails done and they cut my finger. We went back to see what their policy was on getting cut and they refused to provide any compensation. They would only provide a refund if they could also remove the nails (which also weren’t well done.)

The environment in clean and the people are friendly but I am disappointed in the results of my acrylic nails. They are extremely chunky and I have never had more hang nails then when I left this place. I also felt like they were rushing and trying to get me out the door as fast as possible.

I recently had a bad experience at this salon. So bad that the woman who was doing my nails yelled at me get out! and said I’m not doing your nails anymore. Everyone was shocked. Horrible experience. I wish the owner would contact me so I can talk to him.

I LOVE Precious Nails in Amherst. The staff is friendly and fun and the salon is clean as a whistle. I only have Qiu do my nails! She does a wonderful mani/pedi and their services are very reasonably priced. They have a large selection of salon services and nail services (standard, dip, shellac, etc) Highly recommend this salon!!

Linda does an amazing pedicure!

Very clean, friendly and they did a great job. By far one of the best places Ive been to around if not the best in the area.

They did an overall good job. But they did cut me. They are nice and friendly but a little careless.
