Very honest and reasonable. Had my TV repaired and back home in four days. He got back to me within an hour of dropping it off to explain the necessary repair and to get the okay to proceed.He had to order the part and had the unit repaired when he said he would. Many today think that TVs are disposable but don’t be too hasty. In my case, Mr.Gauthier saved me hundreds of dollars and he has gained a loyal customer.

Just wanted to take the time and write a review for Gauthier Tv. Mike is absolutely wonderful. We have a 70 tv and our home was hit by lightning. The cable boxes and tv itself went out and wouldnt come on again. I assumed it was shot. We decided to call Gauthier tv and a day later we took it in. After 1 day, Mike called and told us it would be a minimal fix and would be ready the next week. And it was. And it works as if it were new. Do not assume your tv is done or disposable. It can be fixed. Take the time to at least call. You will be more than pleased with the service and the results. We highly recommend using Gauthier Tv Service.
