Great company and service. Covid made it difficult to order a spa with many delays. Precision kept me up to date with my spa order status. Although it took 8 months (no fault of theirs) I have my FreeFlow Mini and it is FANTASTIC!! Worth the wait and like I said great staff and delivery. Don’t be hesitant, order one. Guarantee you’ll love it!!
My current experience with Precision Pools has been exceptional. Long story short, I have been left with the task of managing and taking care of my pool on my own this summer. I started out not knowing a thing about caring for a pool. Jim and Greg opened my pool. They were kind and did not appear to be bothered by all of my questions. I called the next day and spoke with Pam. Pam spent a lot of time with me explaining and really taking the time to ensure I understood what I was doing. This has been such a great experience and my 4 year old is very happy that his pool will soon be ready!

DO NOT HIRE PRECISION!!!! DO NOT MAKE SAME MISTAKE WE DID!!! WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!!!! THERE ARE TONS OF AMAZING POOL COMPANIES, I ONLY WISH WE LISTENED TO OTHERS ADVICE AND WENT IN A DIFFERENT DIRECTION!
I would NEVER do business with this company! If it were possible I would give them a -5 million stars!! We had them install a fence for us in AUG 2007. We provided them with a Grading Plot Plan to install the fence within the boundaries of our property. We paid them $9,660. When we went to sell our property in MAY 2020, the buyers had a survey completed on 5/16/2020 and the determination was there was “possible encroachment on two of our neighbors property and we were forced to get an instrument survey to prove accuracy”. When I contacted Precision Pool multiple times, NO ONE WOULD CALL ME BACK to discuss the issue and or help me resolve the matter. The first time I called, I should have received a call back. I finally talked to Jim (who was not involved during the fence installation). He told me they havent done fence work for 10 years (I should hope not because they didnt know what they were doing with ours). He assured me that everything should be fine since we had provided them with a Grading Plot Plan and we could take HIS word for it. Ummm . . . NO! Precision should have come out and proved the fence they installed was indeed on our property. Since no one had time to talk about the issue and how to resolve it, we needed to move forward and schedule an instrument survey to be done 6/1/2020 or risk the pending sale on our home. If there was an issue, Precision needed to make it right. When the surveyors came out, it was determined that the fence was indeed encroaching on golf course land and my next door neighbors land. Due to Precisions error on not installing the fence within our property lines, we had to pay $2,450 for land surveying services to prove that was in fact, true. I wrote Precision a DETAILED letter outlining every message I left for them, who I talked to, who I asked for, urgency of the matter, what needed to be done, all the receipts for the surveying services and that they owed us $2,450 since they would not come out and access the situation and/or make it right. I hand delivered the letter addressed to Sean Canning, President since he is the only person left from the time of the work and he had bought the company. I took a photo of the man that accepted my package (Matt, who said, he would get it to Sean) as proof of receipt since no one had talked to me and I was sure they would say they never received my packet. 20 minutes later I get a call from Pam who told me, “Don’t ever come into our store and take a picture of an employee here again. It’s against their rights and they will call the police if I’m seen on their property again.” I said, “No problem. But I needed to take the picture to have proof that someone received my package.” She said she “had not opened the envelope and she will make sure that Sean gets the contents of the envelope”. Hmmm . . . How did she get my cell phone number if she didn’t open the envelope? By the way, in the state of MA if you are in a public place, there’s no issue with another taking a picture of you (unless there is a sign posted otherwise, and there was not, in this case). If you see someone taking your photo without your permission, it’s your right to ask him or her to stop (which Matt didn’t). Bottom line, Sean NEVER called me back to resolve my issue and I am seeking other means to get it, as well. In addition to telling everyone I know via every means I have available, I will be posting this review on every review site I can find. This organization and its staff are the most unprofessional, unreliable, incompetent and irresponsible bunch of people I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life and I have no idea how they stay in business. Caveat Emptor! Let the buyer beware . . .

I have been doing business with Precision Pool for over 10 years. They did the original installation which was a great experience. They came up with great ideas for the layout of the entire backyard as well as including a built-in fire pit which gets tons of use. Their staff is knowledgeable and always willing to provide assistance.I wouldnt do business with anyone else!
Great helpful staff. Perfect customer service. For hot tubs they seem to do soup to nuts ...all that could possibly bf needed. I am definitely looking to purchase and deal with this business. Erin and ??? were VERY knowledgeable.
If I could give less than 1 star I would. My husband is disabled and swimming is the only exercise he can do. Swimming at the gym is no longer a good solution. We decided we would get an Endless Pool. I called and left a message for sales on Sunday, May 10. No one returned my call. I called again on Tuesday and spoke with Jim. He told me that everyone is working from home due to COVID 19 and he did not get the message. Jim told us he had one pool left. He gave us all the information and then had us talk to Matt. Matt seemed very nice and gave us the information we needed. We made an appointment for Matt to come to the house to give a price to pour the pad. Jim sent us a quote and pictures of the unit. I applied for financing which gave them a $10k down payment. Everything seemed to be moving along nicely. On Friday, May 15th at 4:50 Jim called and informed us that he sold the unit to another customer. He told us that another sales person had sold the unit and there was nothing he could do - despite the fact that he had already sold it to us. In one word - this company is UNETHICAL and I would never do business with them. In fact, run as fast as you can! Most companies are at least professional until the sale is complete.
I wish I could give zero stars. We didnt even get the chance to do business with this company because they were so unresponsive after we accepted the quote and applied for the financing. My 5 follow-up emails/texts were just ignored. They should be ashamed of themselves for doing business this way. I should have read the terrible reviews online prior to reaching out to them - take this as a BIG warning!*UPDATE based on your response: I have YET to receive ANY calls, emails, apologies, responses, etc. from Precision Pool - this is the FIRST Ive heard from anyone since we agreed to proceed with the proposal. So saying your response is untimely is incorrect - you NEVER responded. I understand youre a small business, but issues should be COMMUNICATED to the customer, not just ignored.

I can’t say enough good things about Precision. They are always so helpful and so friendly. We had a pool crisis earlier this summer where the filter broke, the water was completely green, and we had a party in 4 days. Jim came to the rescue! I was in a panic and he knew exactly what to do. The team worked to fix the filter in one day and with the instructions Jim gave me, the pool was crystal clear and perfect in time for our party. We can’t thank you guys enough!

Precision closed up my pool today, very sad, BUT we were extremely happy with the service provided. They took care of everything, about 5 more steps than the company we used last year, who said those steps were not included. Precision included them and even gave us new plugs at n/c because the ones I PAID for last year were not correct.I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable pool company- great job
