Ordered the 7 in 1 combo w a slide and it was so old and dirty and had lots of patches. The white slide is completely discolored and brown from dirt. The interior of moon bounce was also super dirty and full of leaves. They clearly do not clean them.

Would highly recommend! Easy to rent (mechanical bull) online to Shawn calling me back within the same day. Next following day of the party Shawn called to get all the information he needed. The day of the party his crew text me on eta. Everyone had a blast! Thank you Shawn and his crew for everything! Would rent again!!

My daughter and I tried calling to reserve equipment and no one got back to us. Having one item hourly and one daily I couldnt do it in one order online, so we figured it would be easier to call to place the order. When we couldnt get a hold of anyone and not wanting someone else to book for that date, we did 2 separate orders online. Even though it wasnt required I paid in full. I found out my mom has cancer and have been with her in NY. Last thing I wanted was to celebrate my 40th during this time. Again I called and didnt get an answer. So I sent an email explaining that I needed to cancel. No response. I then contacted my CC company to do a chargeback. They didnt even know that. At this point Im not even sure if their business is up and running. I received an automated email about the event. The first time they reach out is basically when they were planning on setting up delivery the day before and had just seen my cancelation email. I tell the guy I already contacted the cc company and he needs to handle his business better. We left messages over a month ago, no one answers calls or emails, this is ridiculous. He complained that he does 50 events a week and cant respond to everyone. How is anyone supposed to feel confident that their equipment is even going to arrive on the day of the event if there is no personal communication? If they are so busy, maybe they should hire someone to answer their phones and respond to their emails. This is the worst rental company I have ever dealt with.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. Completely unprofessional and cancelled on us last minute after they failed to come during the time they said they would be here. They did not call to say there would be a delay and the completely flipped out when asked if there would be any compensation for the inconvenience. I would not recommend this company if you’re expecting communication and respect.

Happy with our recent experience. We rented a large bounce house with a slide for my sons birthday this weekend. The men who came and set it up were so polite and respectful of the property. They sanitized the entire bounce house, from top to bottom! Shawn was quick to respond with questions I had. I would definitely recommend New England party rentals.

I wish I could give them zero stars. My girlfriend is very upset because she ordered one for her party but it never came. All she wanted to do was have a sleepover in the bouncehouse and bounce all night long😡😡!

We had a wonderful home wedding this past Saturday. The weather turned out great. The highlight for the kids was the bouncy house that gave hours of fun and entertainment. We really like the safe fun it adds to any event. They set up quick and make sure to secure the house. Excellent!

You cannot beat New England Party Rentals! We had the 7-in-1 bounce house for our 5 year olds birthday party last week and the kids LOVED it! Shawns guys came on time, set it all up, and spent a lot of time wiping it down, blowing it out, and in general just cleaning it up. The bounce house was spotless and when they came to get it the next day, they were friendly, funny and personable. These guys work SO hard, on such hot days, and not only are they great but their product is as well. Highly recommend!!

All I asked for was a bounce house. You know what I got in return for being a customer three years in a row? A bounce house, a cotton candy machine and a water slide.

I rented their 68 foot obstacle course for a fundraising event, it was awesome! They kept in touch with me regarding their arrival time so I didnt have to wait at the field. Made sure we were all set up and ready to go. Will use them again next year and recommend to friends. Very easy to deal with!

Last minute rental was a success!I placed the order via webform on a Friday for Sunday delivery. I followed up with a phone call to make sure the two-day turnaround was doable. Shawn quickly returned my call, confirmed the order and gave me the details for delivery. Then on Sunday, they called ahead and delivered on time. Because the bounce house I had selected was damaged, they gave me a heads-up and delivered an upgraded house. My experience could not have been better. Thank you!

We rented a giant water slide for a kids party from New England Party Rentals about a month ago. The entire experience was fantastic. From the time we contacted them until the time they picked the slide up everything was done in a professional manor. I would highly recommend Sean and his team to anyone looking for party rentals.

Used this company a few times in the past. The day of delivery they would always call with an excuse as to why I wasnt getting the slide I ordered. They clearly take higher offers from other people for their equipment even after they book it. I recently booked a water slide for my sons birthday party. They called the night before and told me the slide would be delivered between 8:30 and 11 am. They never called, or delivered the slide. Numerous calls went unanswered and not returned. Crooks. Will never use again.

Do not order from these people!!!! I talked to a gentle man named Shawn and his brother Kirk about renting a bouncy house for my sons birthday party. On the phone he was very nice and accommodating seemed perfectly normal. I set the date to be dropped off his brother went as far as calling me and leaving a message that he was 15minutes away from the site of where the party was being held. And I waited and waited and called him multiple times and NO SHOW NO CALL BACK! Up until the point at which the party started and I had no bouncy house for my son. Do not put yourself in the same position as I did. Go with a different business I promise youIt will save you your time and embarrassment on the day of your event. !!!!!!!!

New England Party Rentals helped my organization with our Easter Egg Hunt Event. We had thousands of people out and hundreds of kids wanting desperately to get in and bounce around.They handled the lines well and kept everything moving safe and smooth. They showed up on time had everything set up and ready in plenty of time for our event. They quoted us a price that cut our normal rental company in half. The attendants were very helpful and personable. They responded quickly to my booking request online and get everything set up in minutes. I would highly recommend them to anyone as I know we will be using them again in the future.

I rented the mechanical bull for a party. I received a confirmation email and a call the day before. The day of the party they never showed. Do NOT count on this company for a rental. I have sent emails and still have not received a reply as to why they were a no show.

They have brought many items such as the train and the rock wall for the last couple of years to the Nonantum Neighborhood Association Annual Village Day. They have been professional, set up was flawless, and attendants were very courteous. I highly recommend them!

They set up an awesome bounce house, when they said they would. It worked great for the whole party, and it was taken down and away on schedule. Like all 5 or 6 times weve used them.

They showed up with the incorrect bounce house and were very polite. They said that they would be back before the event (which was starting 8 hours later), and never appeared. The next day they emailed and gave a refund. No call or explanation. Terrible customer service.

I have used New England Party Rentals for several years. We have an annual event attended by approximately 250. Shawns employees always show up on time, are professional and well trained. I have hosted large events for 30 years and NEPR it the only company that cleans and blows out any debris from the bounces and other equipment. They also have the best prices for their rentals. I will continue to use NEPR in the future as I find they are the best around.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will take your money and then not deliver. We got a confirmation email and they never delivered the bouncy house. Tried to call multiple times and all calls went to a voicemail and messages never returned. STAY AWAY unless you want disappointed children.

Do NOT rent from this place... EVER.... I am a college events coordinator and I have worked with many rental companies... They are by far the worst... Shawn the owner, came the day before the event to check the land 4 hours later than our scheduled appointment. Nevertheless, we talked about all the details. The next day (event day) they did not show up and Shawn wouldnt pick up the phone he only texted me that they were on their way... but they NEVER SHOWED UP.

We have used this company for our church events a few times and never had an issue! They showed up on time and the bounce houses were clean. They were always courteous.

DID NOT SHOW UP! I had used these in 2015, booked recently for a 7th birthday party and they didnt show up.I called twice to confirm and was given a delivery timeframe. I called on the day of delivery, and received no call back or delivery. I have called the company twice since their no show and nobody has had the decency to call back and apologize. I will not use this company again.

These guys were great... the price was awesome and the drop off and pick up went very smoothly... shawn was great on the phone, the gentlemen dropping off was very nice and shane was great when picking up... shane was a very nice guy who was really sweet with my daughter who was still in the bouce house/waterslide when they came to pick up... i have referred multiple people to them already at the party and im sure well rent this again for another party... dont let the bad reviews discourage you... i own a business and know it can be very trying to please everyone... great job new england party rentals... thanks for helping me make my daughters 4th birthday a successful day the kids had a blast!!!
