Love this place!! I live in Salisbury and I prefer to come here even though there are other laundromats that are closer to me. The equipment is well maintained, the facility is always clean, the staff are great, and the hours of operation couldn’t be more convenient! The pricing couldn’t be more fair as I can wash my entire wardrobe here for cheaper than any other laundromat in the area. I was greeted by Monique when I visited the laundromat tonight and I was blown away! She is the friendliest, kindest, and most knowledgeable employee I have ever come across at a laundromat! Keep up the great work you guys!

Good little laundry spot. Clean, good equipment, able to wash and dry all sizes of loads... a little more expensive than similar spots.

Your dryers do not work! I washed over 40 dollars worth of clothes and your dryers do nothing! I left with 7 bags of soaking wet clothes and 49 dollars down to drain and no one is on your business working or answering phones this is awful !

I come from a neighboring town (choosing this over several laundry options) weekly to do my least favorite chore. i’m the type to look for things to annoy me when i’m already annoyed (like when i’m doing laundry) and this place has provided not a single opportunity for me to whine. that’s good stuff for a laundromat

This is one of the nicest understates Ive ever used for $ 20.00 you can wash truck load it is a very reasonable place and youre clothes come out super clean.

This place is so convenient

Disappointed. Pros: not crowded, variety of machines, good parking, good location, coin machines, TV. Cons: employee rarely there, no restroom, no one there for drop-off and no hours posted. Average prices, but I lost my money in a smaller washer. When I spoke with a man I saw go into the employee area, he said he could not reset the machine, so I couldnt get my money back. Why couldnt he just hand me the money since he will get mine when he empties the machine? Also, one time my shirt came out with a small grease stain.

On the iPhone using Google maps, this place is showing 2 stars, but 4 on Google Chrome so someone needs to fix the ratings so they show the same for both platforms.The person working there was cleaning up, which is a very good sign and the clothes smelled fine after washing and drying. Im very big on clean equipment that does not leave odor from someone elses wash.3.75 to wash a large load, .75 to dry it. There were no options to except credit cards.

The machines dont seem to get the clothes clean, and you would think that for $3.75, your clothes would sparkle! The dryers are hit or miss on whether they dry your clothes or not, depending on the day, and the employee comes in to empty the money, but doesnt clean ANYTHING! No public restroom either. Bottom line: it works in a pinch

The woman who owns this establishment is extremely friendly and professional. They offer drop off service between certain times and do it yourself until 3:00 am. It has some of the best washers I have seen in a laundromat but the dryers are a bit old. They still work very well so no big deal that they are not brand new. If one of the machines happens to break she is very quick to get it repaired. It is clean and organized. The parking lot is large and usually can easily find a spot. It is usually very crowded on the weekends so I recommend getting there early. Overall it is a fine place to do your laundry.

Like the huge washer for $8 but the snackies expired in Jan. 2020 and theyre in the little machine for $1 no change maybe work that out

I have been here a few times and have had no issue. On this last visit, I used 3 of the midsize washer for $4.00 each + all the laundry soap and softener I wasted as none of my detergents actually made it into the machine. I did not notice until another customer pointed it out that there were no suds in the machine. Now, I use quite a bit of cleaners because I like the smell, and when my clothes came out, sure enough, they didnt smell like ANYTHING and they werent cleaned at all.. As much as I didnt want to give this place any more of my money, I had to REWASH all of my clothes in a different washer (seems that the only ones that work are the ones that cost $6.00 & $7.75). I called the business and left a message to let the owner know Im unhappy. I received a voicemail today saying that the machines are high efficiency and youre not supposed to see any suds so theyre all working just fine. Maam, I STRONGLY disagree, because when my clothes came out the second time, they smelled exactly as I had suspected. So unhappy with the response from the owner who doesnt want to refund a duped customer. DO NOT RECOMMEND. + its always dirty and the washers usually smell of must.

Nice, clean...would give it 5 stars if they had tv for you to watch while waiting. Plenty of machines available. They also advertise drop off service BUT anytime Ive gone there Isnt an employer there, might be nice if they list WHEN they offer drop off service

Prices werent bad it was never crowded when I was there. And only three-quarters of a mile from downtown.

Well if your looking to do laundry then good. This is a laundromat. Not usually crowded . I have never had to wait for a washer or dryer. Thats about it though. It serves its purpose as a laundromat.

My boyfriend and I have gone here for the last 3 years !! We put our clothes in the dryer for 45 minutes and left for about 50 minutes to run a few other errands. We come back and half of our clothes are out the dryer. As soon my boyfriend and I noticed our clothes are not in the dryer, some woman coming in, Funny how she was outside talking but as soon as we walk in she comes in a minute later so my boyfriend asked her if she took our clothes out and she said yes there 24 hours, look at the sign, first of all they close at 2am & its 2:15pm ! Second our clothes were in there for an extra 5 mins at the most !! On the sign it didn’t say anything about them taking our clothes out ! There were plenty open dryer for her to use ! We will never go here again, We will find somewhere else! Just a heads up Incase away washes their clothes here !!

Thought it was great until verbally assaulted by a woman working the desk. The owner? Who knows. But I think Ill speed up the purchase of that new dryer. I wouldnt go back if you paid me to do my laundry there.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! The woman who owns it is racist and targets non-whites for harassment. I witnessed her arbitrarily aply rules to a black family, which she does not apply to her white customers multiple times. This business should be boycotted, and would be if there was another option for laundry in Amesbury. If I could give this place negative stars I would.
