Terrible! Some incompetent named Samantha runs the show. The executive director is apparently above returning phone calls and relies on Samantha for accurate info. Horrible public relations protocol! My fully insured disabled husband is unable to get an appointment because Samantha ”can’t bring him up” in her computer. She was provided with his valid medicare card via email and she still had a problem. She was then contacted by my husband’s PCP who validated his insurance info and she still refused to make an appointment. My disabled and medically fragile elderly husband has various medical providers from MGH to AJH and none have a problem with his insurance. Just Samantha. And the executive director couldn’t possibly consider that it might be her. Samantha told me that the Executive director would not speak with me because she (Samantha) cannot bring my husband up in a computer. I’m just happy to realize just how horrible this organization is before we got involved. Bunch of clowns. If I find it worth anymore of my time, I may check medicare discrimination rules for medicare providers.

I have always had pleasant conversations with Kathy in the office. However there is another woman, unsure of her name and she’s terribly rude. My provider Brandon was awesome- he’s since left. If you call I’d recommend you ask for Kathy, she’s nice. The other lady not so much.

I called there to make an appointment. The girl at the desk, Samantha, was helpful, courteous, and always makes me feel like I am a priority. I read the other reviews about her and can honestly say that the woman that stated she wasnt on her medication should speak volumes about her state of mind when she talked to Samantha. Iny opinion, the woman above must have been going through some kind of withdrawal and took it out on the person who makes appointments. Appointments Im sure can only be made according to a doctors schedule.Im sure that she has to deal with people like this daily. And if thats the case she deserves a medal. Samantha is a good person dealing with loonies like the person above. Shes a saint.

Terrible experience there over a course of 10 years I was there. They lost all of their good prescribers. They would leave shortly after they were hired. A terrible ordeal for patients.

Prescriber was fine but the front office is an absolute disaster. Stay away unless you have no other choice.

Awful awful awful. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PRESCRIBER! Over the past 2 years I’ve had 4 different prescribers: one left with no notice and in the past 6 months I’ve had 3 more start and leave the practice. Each left without giving adequate refills and the practice REFUSES to help before the intake appointments. They are REQUIRED to have a prescriber on 24/7 in order to continue maintenance medication if you are out of refills and each time this happens, they NEVER fill prescriptions and it’s a constant battle with my PCP to get them filled. Each prescriber has a new opinion on what medications or doses I should take. I finally left the practice and found a prescriber elsewhere. That intake appointment was so difficult because every question about changes in medication and their consequent reactions were so convoluted that I couldn’t give a straight answer. My meds have changed so much I can’t even remember what is going on anymore! If an appointment gets cancelled you are RARELY notified and the only reason I found out the first prescriber left was because I was calling in for a refill!The only positive in that place is a VERY small amount of the appointment staff and Maryelien Zampell is absolutely wonderful.

Staff is rude and condescending. Didn’t care that I was withdrawing from a controlled substance.

In the time that I have going to this office is the first time May 12 2021 by 12:10 pm the secretary was very rude 🥺 & said that I was calling already 6 time. To stop calling & that i need to wait. She mistook me for another person . Very disrespectful !!! What a shame.

I’ve been receiving care here for over 10 year, the staff here has been incredibly rude over the past couple years and this facility completely went down hill ever since the director Dr Hochstedler had to retire, the new provider has been completely unhelpful with my mental health treatment and have now left me in a position, where they are refusing to fill the medication treatment that I’ve been receiving there for over 10 years during a very dark time in my life when I need them the most, they would rather see me admitted to the hospital.

Absolutely love this place. I feel happy every time I leave. I adore my therapist and am not scared to admit it. Keep up the great work guys!

Easy one star. The office is dismal and filled with staff that are hesitant to help you out. My doctor left without notice when I had an upcoming appointment and left me without adequate medication resulting in a minor seizure. They had no options for me other than find another doctor. Very unhappy with the organization and the level of unprofessionalism this office shows. Very much not the place to go, look elsewhere

Stay away unless you like being treated like a criminal when you go to pick up your meds. They forget that they are working FOR YOU. Plenty of other drs, go elsewhere.

Bad service. Tend to abandon patients. They have no structure

Never any appointments, been trying to get an appointment for family and they put them on a waiting list, when I call back they dont have the name on the waiting list but they add it and boom wait list again . Does anyone actually work there anymore? Its been over a year or more, at one point the nurse has quit so they had no one for meds, well thats how long they have been on the wait list. I give up with them, dont bother even calling, they dont even try to schedule anyone, they just say no openings bye.

Seems the overbearing hot headed Director has run off several of the best staff members including the person that prescribed medications. Months later they havent hired anyone to replace her and people who depend on daily meds were left in the cold without help. They should be ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES!

Great hospital all around staff help the kids with great hospitality amazing all around. I would go back there anytime

Horrible. Screw up prescriptions on patients and do not fix it for over a week despite several calls from the pharmacy and patient leaving patient sufferingIgnore emails and messages from patientsIt is shocking they haven’t been sued for malpractice yet

Dont ever ever go here. What an awful experience.
