I highly recommend Ben and his team at CommSat. Working from home without an IT team can be a challenge. When my laptop was not working I called Ben after normal business hours. I received a callback first thing the next morning. Not only did he get me back up and running he also helped me install anti-virus software and my printer drivers . CommSat helped us remediated a severe virus infection (ransomware) so we lost no data, completely rebuilt QuickBooks and set up our network with high level security and continual back-up to prevent this from happening again. In the summer of 2019 we moved to a new facility and at the same time shifted our approach and instead of using a remote hosted service decided to bring things in house.
