I live in Berkley, MA and was visiting the North Shore when my front caliper brake malfunctioned. I called the service department on a Saturday hoping they would be able to help. Jonathan was not only able to take care of my suburban but was able to get the job done faster than it took for the tow to get it there. The service department (and showroom) was professional, clean, and COVID-19 compliant. If I lived closer I would not only purchase a vehicle from Amesbury Chevrolet but get all my service there as well. Great job Jonathan and Techs.
