I had needed my furnace repaired for some time. I came across next gen aire and they called me to set up an appointment. Even though there were call outs at the company they still were able to get to my house and diagnose the issue. Keeping informed of what needed to be done and what could wait. At the end of the repair it was $1000. Less than what was quoted originally. Extremely happy with the work done and the time frame for which it was done.

Adrian and NextGen Aire Team are Top Notch and were a pleasure to deal with. They were professional and courteous and clean. Adrian was always available to address my questions or concerns. At the end of the first day of the installation he reviewed what was done, and what was left to do. All 3 guys were professional. I would recommend NextGen Aire for your heating or Cooling projects. I recently hired NextGen Aire to install a Mitsubishi mini split in my condo. It’s incredible! Jeff, Nate and Brian were so thoughtful in how they designed the entire system so there is minimal visual impact on the exterior of the historic building where I live in Newburyport. The mini split has kept me comfortably cool this summer without the roar of an a/c window unit. I highly recommend NextGen Aire!

We reached out during a heat wave when our AC stopped blowing cold air. I chatted with Erin, she was very helpful and was actually able to have someone out later the same day. I cannot recommend the NextGen team enough. We hired them to remove our old steam radiators and mini splits and install a brand new ducted heating a cooling system, and they were amazing every step of the way. The whole crew is extremely professional and personable, and the level of service was above and beyond (they even took our trash out for us on trash day!). We love the work they did and would definitely hire them again!

There is a reason NextGen has a 5 star on google! They did not disappoint. They care and they follow through on all promises. Our friend who is a realtor recommended Matt to us. We had 8 plus quotes previously and Matt/Joe were on the lower end of those other quotes and they had the best solution for our 1980s house in terms of not losing closet space (its important). They went above and beyond. The guys they assigned to the job were conscientious. We left for the week so I could still work from home and they took great care of the house. One of the plaster guys even fixed a small hole with left over material after I commented how much a previous contractors work bugged me. Its the small things that make a big impact. Joe was fantastic to work with. I bugged him with a lot of questions and he answered each one thoughtfully. The best part of their work is that I didnt have to worry about a thing. They took care of the mass save loan and all contractors. Dont hesitate to install central heat/ac with them!

We called NextGen Aire when our central air broke during the crazy hot weather we were having. Even though I know they must have been overloaded with calls they fit us in for a same day service call. They gave us a time window for arrival and were at my house well within that time frame. The technician, Matthew, called when he was on his way. He was a very nice guy who figured out the problem in minutes. He fixed it and checked the rest of the system to make sure it was all running well. Matthew also gave us a few tips on what we will need to do in the future to keep the system running well.I would highly recommend using NextGen Aire. They are a terrific business to work with. From the first phone call with the office, the confirmation email and text to the awesome technician, you couldnt ask for better service.

We were able to get someone for Next Zaire come quickly when our heat stopped working the week before Thanksgiving. Jeff was very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time figuring out what was wrong with our installed Nest thermostat. He recommended the best way forward and always kept function and cost in mind. Quality service, would recommend!My first experience with nexgen air was certainly a pleasant one. When I called to request a boiler tune up the receptionist was friendly and able to accommodate my work schedule. The technician showed up on time and asked a few questions to become familiar with my home before working on the system. After his work was complete, he made a few recommendations and was able to provide me pricing on the spot. These proposals were then emailed to me before he left so I can review them in detail and make a decision at a later point in time. I will certainly be calling nextgen back for future service at my home.

NextGen staff were all on location when they said they would be. All did a great job explaining what they would be doing and why, pros and cons well explained. The cost was very competitive compared to 3 other quotes I received.Biggest call out for NextGen was there installation team. They worked with me to understand where and how I wanted the system installed/deployed. They went above and beyond in so many areas, from the electrician and his work to the modification of how we would place the outdoor unit. The weather was horrible, but the staff kept at it, working in freezing rain and late into a Friday evening. They were not able to finish, but returned in even worse conditions the next day to finish the job. I have many years of working in the construction industry and know how hard it is to find and keep a staff who will persevere no matter the obstacles. NextGen certainly has found a good team to represent them.Use this company, you can stop looking, they cannot be beat based on what I have seen.

The Technicians arrived on time, were polite and answered all my questions regarding our project. They worked hard throughout the 2 day job and tackled a few unforseen challenges with ease and an attention to detail to make sure everything was done to a high standard. UPDATE 1/21, We had some unrelated delays with my renovation project, Matt was always accessible and worked with my changing schedule and sent his team back for final installation of my Mitsubishi system immediately when we were ready, his team worked hard over 2 days to make sure everything was done to spec, and a high quality of workmanship. Could not have been happier with his crew, they were attentive and answered all questions respectfully and with confidence that the job would be completed successfully. Overall a great experience during difficult times.

What a great Experience we had working with Matt and his team. The level of professionalism from start to finish was something you just dont expect anymore. I Had received several quotes for a/c. Nextgen was by far the best and most aligned with what I was looking for. Once we scheduled the service the team showed up everyday on time and worked amazingly hard during a heat wave. We started using NextGen Aire for the first time this summer as a result of seeing a Facebook ad for routine maintenance. The owner, Matt, was quick to respond and set us up with an appointment for both maintenance, and to look at a non-working unit.We were blown away by our technician, MacKenzie. She was professional, answered all our questions, and very understanding of our Covid concerns. She wore a mask and gloves the entire time in the house, and even had little shoe coverings to put on her shoes while inside. Our two young children loved watching her, and she entertained them throughout the visit.We cant say enough about the service, quality of work and professionalism. While I hope I wont have a need for HVAC work in the near future, I know when something goes wrong, NextGen Aire will be my go-to.

We had a HVAC unit installed incorrectly by another contractor. No other HVAC companies (10+) wanted to take on the responsibility to remedy the situation.
