My child attends Sylvan Learning of Ames to improve reading comprehension. Recently my child arrived home thrilled to tell me that he was the only one in his class able to identify the main idea of their reading passage. I see significant improvement in his reading comprehension and no more frustration as a result. Even better, he enjoys his time there.

We are using Sylvan for hte first time during the pandemic. They are doing the utmost to keep everyone safe, while still working individually with students if those students choose, or online, if they choose that option.

My daughter showed significant growth with her skills and confidence while she was at sylvan. Now she is feeling good about doing her Math on her own! Thank you Sylvan

I sent my child to Sylvan Learning Center for reading. She was below her grade level and the teachers there helped her get where she was supposed to be. The teachers were very friendly and the director was very informative. Overall, my daughter really enjoyed her time there and she felt like she learned a lot.

My son had a great experience with Sylvan!! The teachers were amazing and he really connected with them. He made some new friends as well. His confidence is so much better and he always left super happy and eager to share the new things he had learned. We are excited to see him apply what he has learned going in to the new school year!! The teachers make learning fun for the students. Everyone I know who attends is always excited to go to the facility--no I dont WANT to comments. The facility is clean and a schedule is adhered to.
