I have been very satisfied with the services of Arrow Exterminators. They have maintain control of my insect and rodents problems for over a year. Their staff are very professional and courteous and eager to please. I highly recommend Arrow Exterminators to everyone.

We have had the termite stations for years. Good service . We decided to change to a different compsnc. Called and spoke with office lady and said we were asking to cancel service but in no way were unhappy. Yesterday two technicians came to mmy house to remove the stations. They parked in my driveway and got out and started Removing the stations. I was outside and I had to speak to them. They did not initiate the greetings. They both seemed very unfriendly and did not even let me know they had completed the job..just left a note. I got the feeling that they thought I was the maid or something . I am the homeowner and would have like to have been treated with respect.

We live in a wooded neighborhood near water and have used Arrow for about 3 years. Our first tech tried very hard to control the ants and spiders. He told us to trim trees near the house and hide the pet food in a storage bin. They charged us extra to get in the crawl space under the house. We did all of that with minimal improvement. He was promoted and since then weve had 3 guys including the manager come to the house. He told us it looked like the exterior was not sprayed at the quarterly service. We have more ants and spiders than ever before. For almost $400 a year, its very frustrating to keep calling them back, literally days later. They told me the spray I bought at Lowes is stronger than what they are allowed to use by the EPA. It does a better job too.
