The guys were very nice and insanely fast at getting me hooked up. There were some minor charges (less than $10 per month) that they said I wouldnt have to pay but after things not working, I called up the satellite company found out these charges were required for my setup. Overall a great experience!

Cost $100 to do an instal and willl only come on tuesdays and thursdays 9-5, seems a how an adult has to be there they would probably chose other times to do installations. Other than when working class America would be at work themselves. Especially if I am paying you $100. Terrible customer service. You would be absolutely crazy to use sky technologies.

Live in the river view apartments and are supposed to get free tv but it’s not working and sky technology wants us to pay $70 to have someone look at it or sign up for a plan where you pay at least $7 monthly. It’s a free service, there should be no charges. Terrible customer service. Would rather have you cancel service then have to talk with you on the phone. Literally their call center staff is a joke and very rude.

Didn’t explain that there will be a moving fee if not in the house for 12 months.
