I have had a lot of internet providers and due to where I live, I am forced to use this provider. I have never in my life had so many outages and never have I had such slow, dismally slow, internet. We have called customer service on numerous occasions and this is as good as it gets. Hey they offer a month off, but never did that either. Y’all need to get it together because you are going to go out of business with this system you have in place now.If you can get another provider; ANY! PROVIDER, do it and don’t use this organization.
There service is horrible and the internet sucks! Would not recommend to anyone..

They have a HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE! the waiting time to connect the internet was one week! Wich ofcourse they dont tell you from the beginning! And if anything goes wrong one more week! And when I call they talk like they are doing me a favor! I wouldnt even try again
Incredibly low bandwidth for business internet.
This is the worst internet service. My WiFi doesn’t stay connected and doesn’t work get a strong enough for any devices to work with it. I have don’t all troubleshooting and it’s simply cheap equipment and service.
Their internet speeds are terrible and the internet outages are weekly. Every day we have to reset the router that they provided us.
BOTTOM LINE: Make sure you dont get whacked with fees if you try to back out.Screw these guys. They wanted to jack up my price AGAIN because I was moving to another location (where they provide the same services). I said no thanks, I have a cheaper option with someone else and they said, we are sorry to see you go. I told them they should close my account and I thought that would be the end of it.The next month I got another bill from them for my regular rate. I had already moved when I tried to cancel. I wasnt at my old address and yet they were still billing me for services there. I came to find out that they did NOT close my account. Reasonably upset that I was paying for a service I wasnt getting I asked them to close my account again and refund me for the internet that I wasnt getting. They assured me I would see that refund in the mail and the account would be closed.THEN a month after that I get whacked with a $200 autopay charge. Turns out there is an early cancellation fee if you cancel before your two years. I had been with them for 14 months. AT NO POINT WITH THE DOZEN OR SO PEOPLE I TALKED TO OVER TWO MONTHS WAS THIS MENTIONED! That fee is enough that I would have just taken the price increase and accepted my fate until the contract was up. So now I have no refund from the month where they didnt cancel my service, I am $200 poorer without notice, and they cant do a single thing for me. I am on a different provider who also hasnt been amazing, but at least they let me know upfront what my costs look like.lksdjflsdajfakjdsflkasdjfThats me smashing the keyboard in frustration. Dont give these clowns your money. Theyll take everything and give you nothing.
We have had them for 2 years and they turned the WiFi off for no reason for a month twice, the router went out after a month and we had to pay for a new one, they doubled the price 7 times without telling us for no reason and said they would refund but they dident, the new ad said “45$ a month for life no contract” the no contract is not for us it is so they can do what ever to you with no legal whiplash like doubling the price even though they said they wouldn’t. DO NOT GET SCAMED
Horrible. They will open a new account and send you to collections instead of cancelling your account. Avoid them like the plague.
Internet is terrible for speed in every apartment ive lived in. They always try to give me the based on location garbage.
