If you are unsure about who to book with, I HIGHLY recommend Maggie! She was my wax specialist for 2 years before I moved away and I cannot even begin to express how amazing she is. She made the transition from the Bikini Line to Bikini Full service so easy for me! Shes quick, pays attention to details, very informative, and talks to you the entire time shes waxing you to make you feel comfortable. She became such a close friend of mine and I miss seeing her every month!

I have gone to many locations of EWC and the staff is always friendly and professional. Their products work well, and I have never had any issues with their service. Their packages are also a good value. I am happy to continue using their services, and Im glad that their locations are everywhere and consistent across the board.

I did a Brazilian every time it was fast which I liked, but they never took their time to pluck any of the obvious left over hairs like other places, no attention to detail which is why I only do smaller businesses. Every time I had to go home and do the plucking myself till I got tired and started waxing myself.(Follow up)Got an appointment with another esthetician who definitely did what I expected, she waxed me thoroughly and plucked every single hair, had me check and plucked again. I was so satisfied because when I got home I didn’t have anything to correct! Best experience I’ve ever had by far. I think it really was just who was doing my wax at the time.

It went by a lot faster than expected, and the staff is extremely friendly. My wax specialist made sure that I didnt leave with any questions unanswered! She is very skilled and easy to talk to; the whole staff is. I would highly recommend european wax center to anyone. The front counter lady was just as nice and she checked me in and out super quick. This place has different wax than any other waxing place/chain I’ve been to in Utah. I’ve gotten waxed at my hair salon before and it’s been terrible - they use grocery store quality wax and paper - an outdated technique. The wax that EWC uses is soft, pliable, doesn’t need paper, and it decreases the pain so much. It’s game changing. It’s still painful, but not as traumatic as waxing has been at other places. Highly recommend. My only suggestion/complaint: ALWAYS wipe front to back on women. This seems obvious but my tech used a sani wipe and went back to front 😣

I came here to get my legs and eyebrows waxed. I received very good service, the lady waxing me was very nice, and I am satisfied with the service I received. I would show a picture of my brows, but I have so much acne and I don’t want people seeing my acne 😂

Lauren was friendly and made sure to explain the process with every step. She asked throughout my visit if I had any questions. I left feeling happier than I thought I would after a wax (😂) and confident that Ill be returning. The building is kept in good condition and it was so clean inside! Maddie was an angel. It was my first time and she made it so comfortable and easy for me. 12/10 would recommend. It was not very painful and she didn’t push anything on my at all which I really appreciated. (I asked about an ingrown hair serum and she recommended one and I ended up getting it but she was in no way pushy about it)It was a great experience and I will definitely be going back.

The ladies who helped me out were so genuinely nice and friendly, and they made me feel special. Its neat and clean inside, the customer service is excellent, and the whole process took only about 15 minutes! I would definitely recommend this place.

Ive always loved going to European wax center, but I was a little reluctant to come to this new location in American Fork because I loved my waxing experience in the Draper location. But since this one was way closer to where I live I decided to book there. I got booked with Maddie and she is literally the best. She obviously knows what she is doing and she makes you feel super comfortable. I for sure will be coming back to get my Brazilian with Maddie!

Im very protective of my brows because theyre asian (well, all of me is asian, lol) and Ive had some awful shaping in the past. Lauren was EXCELLENT and made sure everything was shaped as I pleased. She and the whole front staff are awesome!

Maddie was so good! I would definitely recommend her. It was not nearly as painful as other waxing experiences and she still did it fairly quickly. She tweezed straggler hairs that the wax didn’t pick up and didn’t try to push products into me. The receptionist was super bratty though. I waited in the lobby for her for about 5 minutes and then she told me all about the super strict late policy and how they might not be able to see me. I wouldn’t have been marked after their late time if she had been out there! Luckily I still got in though.

Everyone here is really nice! Kennedie, the manager really cares about making sure you are taken care of. All of the estheticians are very nice, I have seen several. Some are better than others at asking about temp of wax, etc. Lauren stands out above the rest. She takes the time to give me the best experience possible.

All around great experience at European Wax Center! Extremely clean and well kept store and my appointment was quick and easy. I booked using the app which I LOVE. I brought my friend with me for her first appointment and her eyebrow wax was free! They also gave me $10 to spend on my next wax or any of their products. I will definitely be back!

Worst experience ever!Staff is rude and not helpful.Over waxed me and now I look hideous!I’m so disappointed, because they have so many good reviews.DO NOT GO HERE!To provide more detail:I called them several times and their line always said I was calling after hours. I thought this was due to COVID-19 and they hadnt opened yet. Until I drove past and saw cars there. I stopped and walked in to ensure they were indeed open.The receptionists were very rude. When I entered, they said I needed to wait outside and call or go online. I went online and couldnt access the portal. After several minutes of trying, I called the number, it said they were closed. I tried again online. Was still unable to book, even though I could see open appointment times. I opened the door and stood outside while talking to them. I let them know my issues. One person appeared to be training and had no idea what was going on. The other person seemed to be the manager and said Yea, our phone services closes at 4. And our online system wont let people book after so many. I was confused and asked if they were taking appointments or how I should go about scheduling. They finally told me to walk in to schedule. WHY DID SHE HAVE ME CALL OR GO ONLINE WHEN IT DOESNT WORK?!?!?They were able to take me right away, which was nice. Except that I awkwardly stood in the waiting area, unsure how to best social distance in their area. They receptionists acted irritated by my presence inside their facility.The Waxer took me back and was friendly and courteous. Then she started. As the cleaned the area, she pressed so hard with an abrasive cloth that it felt like sand paper being scrapped across my face. Not pleasant. I was very clear that I only wanted the blond peach fuzz taken off outside my eyebrow area. I like them thicker and love the natural shape. I mentioned it 3 times! ONLY THE BLOND OUTSIDE MY BROW AREA!! Then she began waxing. The wax was too hot! It was painful from the start! As she waxed, she did not apply pressure, so it stung afterward. She also pulled repeatedly, instead of one swift movement. It was hurting so bad!Then she finally finished and let me take a look. ATROCIOUS!!!! MY EYEBROWS ARE GONE! Almost completely waxed off! she did not listen to anything I requested. They are also very uneven! They should look like sisters, not twins, These dont even look like cousins!!! One is shorter, one is thicker, and one is further in! And she completely waxed off my arch! I didnt even want anything done in the brow area! It looks completely hideous!Because of this botched job, I will be self isolating, hiding my face, for the next 6 months while they grow back in. I havent felt this self-conscious since being a nerdy adolescent!Also, I was still red a day later! So painful!Its taken me over half an hour to just attempt to make them even by penciling them in. If anyone knows a clown, please have them teach me how to draw in non-existent brows. Anything they do is better than what I have now.NEVER GO HERE!!

I did my first Brazilian bikini wax here and it was so good! It was painful, of course, but Maddie really helped me feel at ease and was so friendly the whole time! Definitely coming back!

I normally go to the Draper location, but as always, no matter what location, branch, or state that I go to, I am never disappointed. I never have a waxer preference because every single waxer is knowledgeable and great at listening to what my needs are. Maggie at the American Fork location was personable and made me feel right at home. She took her time on my eyebrows and made sure to pluck any stragglers the wax couldnt grab. My waxing experience with Dakota last week was great! The staff were all very nice, however I noticed there was pee on the ground of the center, which was very unsanitary in my opinion. Im not sure if someone had an accident, or if there was an animal in there, but it reeked like urine.

Awesome place. The wax they use feels so awesome. Quick and painless and Brooke was awesome would recommend to anyone. I get unibrows and usually tweeze them Im scared to wax but this was no problem at all!

***Review Update*** After receiving a very kind phone call and apology from the manager, They offered a complimentary wax and wanted to really make a difference in my experience. They went above and beyond to set up an appointment with an experienced waxer and make sure I was taken care of. and wow!! Thank you for this. They truly made a sincere effort to turn this whole experience around.(only 4 stars because some snide comments were made that I was getting this for free so I should of been happy about it.. but honestly they needed this wake up call to be concerned for their clients satisfaction..)(.....If I could give this place 0 stars I would... This was the WORST wax I have ever received!! The woman who helped me was on a timer. She had to be done in 15 mins? ...15mins for a Brazilian.... Are you kidding me?!? Which clearly wasnt enough time for her. She didnt know what she was doing, there was wax everywhere, she tried to push product, I felt rushed and like I was an inconvenience to get this.. I cant believe how they treat their customers.. VERY BAD & AWFUL WAXING TECHNIQUE, and EXTREMELY PAINFUL. Waxing hurts, yes, but not nearly as bad if done with proper technique and care for the client..)

First of all, I will say that I’ve tried multiple wax centers around the area and EWC is my absolute favorite! Their “hard wax” (they don’t use wax strips) is MUCH less painful and I never break out afterwards. Maddie is my go-to waxer; she is efficient and knowledgeable with the products and services. I also love the referral program- it seems “too good to be true” but it’s definitely not! Their eyebrow products are also fantastic. They will fill in your brows with them after a wax if you want them to so you are able to try out the different colors they offer!
