I came here for tattoo removal. Lasers are outdated, which makes treatment much longer. I was told my tattoo would be removed in 6 sessions; by my 5th session, you could not tell I had any sessions at all. I was then directed to purchase another 6 sessions. Expectations were not realistic. To make a long story short, I went somewhere else for a consultation, and chose not to go back for my last session. At my consultation at the new place, I was informed of scarring caused by improper treatment. Overall, I wasted $800. I DO NOT recommend this place for tattoo removal. I only give one star due to the friendliness of staff and cleanliness of the facility.

My life took an unexpected journey. I will be starting chemo on December 31,2019. I went to Bella Luna in tears. I was graciously welcomed by JoHon and her lovely staff. With the unknown looming my skin care and physical health were addressed. JoHon tasked her team to develop a protocol for facials and massages just for me. Today I was scheduled for a facial. After completing Jennifer hugged me and said she would walk beside me trough this journey. My heart was then overwhelmed with JoHon and her fabulous staff. My per chemo facial was graciously complementary. What great stewards of the Amarillo way of life. Thank you Bella Luna! Now let do this! #justsaynotocancer

Excellent service

Had a 30 minute massage from Jaime.....wonderful & so relaxing!! Then I had a 30 minute facial from Chelsea. It was so refreshing & the atmosphere. I also appreciate that she didnt try to sell me any products. Id recommend in a heart beat!
