We just had a terrible experience with a realtor at this company. She convinced us to put our home on the market and then when we found out that our credit wasn’t where it needed to be for the home that we were trying to buy she got us with a Credit specialist who was supposed to help us get it up to par in time to sell and to buy the other home. We had a contingency contract and during this time the credit specialist did minimal work and then at the very last minute try to do some stuff to get the credit where it needed to be. And failed to do so. So because we were out of the option period, We were forced to sell our home. We had nowhere to go the realtor reached out to another company to get us a rental property the rental property had a skyhigh deposit and we were told that if we signed a year lease we would be paying less per month for rent this was also told to us by the realtor and come to find out that was not the case. In addition an astronomical pet deposit. So instead of being able to buy a home we got put inA rental that is basically eating up any profit that we made off of the home that we just sold. The realtor refuses to call us back won’t acknowledge us, and when we sold the home we sold our refrigerator to the buyers and she also has a check that she refuses to give us. In addition we try to find out about the earnest money on the property we were trying to buy and she wouldn’t respond to us. So then we get the title company calling us and threatening to the buyers are going to sue us if we don’t get this paperwork signed and that the realtor was supposed to inform us about this paperwork. Also she told us in the beginning she was only going to take 2% and she ended up taking the full percent even though it was another agent that sold our house and we found the other house that we were going to buy because she was out of town that weekend. So basically she did very little and still took her full percentage. She told us that she would reimburse us when she got funded her money from the sale. She text and asked about where she could bring the money and where she could also bring the check for the refrigerator and then she never showed up. And we’ve not been able to get a hold of her ever since. When you go by their office on hillside there was no one there so you can’t even speak with anybody in the office. And when you call the number listed on the Internet it just gives you a Google voicemail so you’re not even sure that you’re leaving a voicemail at the right place. Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had in my entire life I do not recommend this place. If I could negative stars from a company I would negative Stars from this company.
