I have called the Amarillo TX and Midland local numbers plus the 1-877 number twice today. The first time I was on hold for 25 minutes the next time I was on hold for 20 minutes. The only person I was finally able to talk with was a lady at a call center who couldnt do more than transfer me again. If you value your time, find someone else to do your commercial building.I received a fast response to my review with an email address and phone number. I have sent emails and have placed calls. It has been a week and I have not received a single call or email.

Not impressed. Actually passed off with an I. The usual salesman with all the promises, and passed poor performance. Again with iss and no Ed. 105 dollars per month. My son pays 60 once every 3 months. My daughter pays 80 once every 3 months for same service. I would never recommend this company. They also want 1000 dollars to cancel contract. Do not go there.

The various guys that have serviced our home during this first year of service have been very nice and professional. They have all been very knowledgeable and I would recommend Terminix to any of my friends and family!Thank you Terminix for your outstanding results!!

They dont show up and bill you if under contract. When they did show up they didnt do much and took 2 hours getting transferred over and over any time you called them and they never offered to make anything right. Scam artists at best.

The techs that Ive dealt with have always been considerate and knowledgeable. I will always welcome them into my home every time to inspect and treat my property.

Beware... Businesses I would not recommend hiring this company, they make it impossible to schedule and once you get something scheduled they dont show up. Not once but twice they scheduled a big job and no one showed up, they did not call and would not answer my calls, or texts. I will not be using this company again.

The last visit, he came with a brush claiming he was getting the spider webs outside. Were still having freezing temperatures and theres no spiders outside. We still see bugs after a few days from the visit. So, how effective was the treatment?

I had a contract with Terminx and they come spray quarterly. They are also supposed to knock down cobwebs on windows & doors in this contract I had. My tech came out on 2/19 when there was still 5” of snow on the ground. I’m not sure how you can spray or do anything with 5” of snow on the ground, but his report said he sprayed around the perimeter of the house & knocked down cobwebs. There are still cobwebs all over my garage door and I didn’t see any sign of him treating for insects. I immediately contacted Terminx on my lunch break & told the rep I wanted to cancel my services & get a refund do to the circumstances. The rep says she canceled my services & reached out to the Amarillo branch & couldn’t get in touch with anyone & said it would be Monday or Tuesday that I would hear back. Needless to say, I’ve been calling since Tuesday & haven’t heard back from a supervisor. Today the rep I talked to said she got in touch with a manager but he was in the field & would call me back. She did tell me I would not be getting a refund because services were done but offered a free service for them to come back out. I have told all the reps I do not want that, and that I wanted my $134 back. So I will wait to see if this manager calls me today like the rep promised. I’m betting I don’t get a call and out $134 for services not done.

Started off good but as time went on they scheduled when they wanted ask them to come back in another time ignored me tried to call they guy coming never answered! And still see spiders and ants, never again

Rudy has came to spray several times at our home and is always knowledgeable and gives suggestions on how to bug proof our home. He is always friendly and courteous! He texts to confirm appointments and we are very pleased.

Very rude they tell you one thing and charge you way more than what they tell you. Had spider outside and left to see if they product worked and still there. Tried talking to customer service and they are not cooperative with you. Not even with COVID they understand the situation.

We had to have then come out six times for the same spot. Then they are still here. They said they would have to do the process all over again and another 1,000 down the drain if it doesnt work again. The first time we used them they did a fabulous job but this time they did not. I guess it was our fault for using it a second time. Do not go here

Starting from the inspector to the guys that came and sprayed my house are all polite and appreciate how they do care for my needs. They were honest and not try to overcharge me but looked out for what I needed especially since for my kids. Also it was pretty quick from the time I called, got inspection, and got sprayed the next day! A big thank you to those guys!! God bless yall!!

I have had terminix for 2 years and they were pretty good and now there is always spiders no matter how many times I call them out and not just at my house my grandmother has terminix as well and she is having the same problem I think I am going somewhere else

This is by far the worst experience with any company I have ever done business with. On top of this, we moved and canceled service but they continued to bill us. Horrible customer service.

My house is protected by Terminix termite traps and I feel secure in the knowledge that my house will not be infested with the destructive little pests again. They eat the traps instead of my house. The technicians are professional, informative and friendly.

We always get a reminder call, which I LOVE!! They are always great to treat whatever problems we are having and are usually asking us if we have any problems before we can tell them. We were having issues with ants around our planter box and they have completely gotten rid of them! Yay!! We have been customers for a long time and will continue to use them!👍🏼

The gentleman that takes care of the spraying of my home is VERY PROFESSIONAL. I am very allergic to a lot of things and he has taken the time to make sure that any bugs, cockroachs, termites, spiders etc. are taken care of. He has even chastised me for not calling if a problem broken out between my spraying times. I highly recommend this company to anyone who has a bug problem or who does not want a bug problem.

I had a one year contract that expired. Worst service I ever had. I did not renew and when the Terminix employee told me he could get me a better deal since my contract expired, I chose NO. Terminix shows up today. And gave me a higher bill even after I informed the employee that I did not call this in and I was under no contract. Terrible company and will NOT ever use again.

One of your techs is selling services for cash outside your business. You might want to check on your employees when they have access to company vehicles on their days off.

They rescheduled me twice without notifying me and were no shows both times. They are unreliable.

Poor customer service. One of our dashboards and frames was broken by service tech. In addition we requested payments made to Terminix be transferred and applied to service finance company and Terminix kept giving us the run around on both issues. Will never use again.

We scheduled an appt to have them spray they say there coming 8-12 then no one comes & we call now they say well theyll try to make it today if not then tomorrow then I call again & they dont even have is scheduled at all for 1100 to spray yall need to get yall information right I aint paying yall to bullshit!
