Allow me to so the reads in sorry due to to the lack of not carrying car insurance for 6 months we can not continue. Covering you thank you risk management. Its kinda hard to keep car insurance. When u dont have a car to keep it on and they new this prior to taking my money!! Great company! LOOK OUT guys and gals this business is just a SCAM! i will be contact the BBB

It seems posting here I am met with much more respect than asking politely. Good luck paying your rent on time! Maintenance is never in the office and the manager is never there on time. I credit maintenance with is being personable enough to let me use their forklift once, after making me remove mine because it was parked outside in my parking space. I took a video of the day I left my building. The concrete has big cracks underneath the load bearing wall separating the neighbors unit. The parking lot had big cracks in it. While they supposedly​ had security, the place was constantly under threat of being robbed. If you left anything outside it disappeared, sometimes in a matter of hours. I have encouraged other renters to submit their videos of; drifters checking door handles, the state of the complex, drive by drug deals, the neighbors loitering, etc. After two years of this I am so happy to leave this nightmare behind me. Now as for the people renting: they are all good people. They will help you, but they are being driven out. My neighbor paid $150 less than I did a month. The substantial threat of eviction loomed upon every tenant. I believe the place is understaffed and probably run by a slumlord as they refused to change the lights in my building. They said the $200+ job was part of my lease. If I still had my forklift I would have replaced them, though be forewarned. They have 60 days to wait until you receive your security deposit back and according to old tenants: they are going to spend some if not all justifying repairs that either never occurred or were done incorrectly. I waited over a year for them to fix the chain pull on my garage door and tension between staff and tenants became too much for me. Good Riddance

This is one of my favorite places now that Amarillos only all keto bakery is there. Ill be going frequently.
