Went in for an interview and was misled as it explained on workintexas of it being a management company, when really its just a misleading sales company that lets people stupid enough to fall for their bullcrap work there. Not coming back for a second interview and reporting this to the twc.PLUS all the good reviews on here are people that work there.

Theyll tell you that paid training starts on Monday and then you show up to find out that its really just a second interview and youre going to spend about an hour to an hour and a half before they send you home. What theyre really doing is giving you a taste of the culture to see if you want to run away as fast as you can. They fail to mention that you cant start really working in the stores until you pass a background check. Those are things that you may want to mention when it comes to hiring a person who is willing to work and would like to start making money right away.Im not saying that its not a good place to work. Im saying that I walked away from it due to being told 2 things that werent true. I wasnt going to wait for a third thing that wasnt true and a further waste of my time.

First off, let me explain. I applied for a job, listed as Promotions Coordinator. The job description was very vague, and I had plenty of questions for the hiring manager ready for the end of the interview. Essentially, there are no different positions, so dont even bother applying. Everyone works underneath the same guy, and is put through a three to six month training program. Phase 1 is selling products, namely DIRECTV, ATT, Sprint, and Verizon products at kiosks at stores such as Walmart and Sams Club. Needless to say, this was not advertised in the job description, and I left the interview after I was given this information. Complete waste of time, and completely false advertising, which is ironic since this company markets their clients products as well. What else are they lying about?
