Skipped town apparently when Covid hit. Bookings for prom were not refunded and company closed everything down owing money to others obviously.Owes me money for our booking that was never refunded.

Unprofessional, unethical! I’ve called and left messages multiple times per week in an attempt to have my deposit returned on a cancelled high school prom! Messages, emails... nothing. I was warned that this was typical for this business after the fact! Absolutely no way to conduct a reputable business!!

This company is terrible. I paid to book a limo for my wedding and ended up postponing my wedding. The man told me my deposit was non-refundable AFTER the fact. He never let me know that or sent me a receipt like I asked for when I paid it. When I call he doesnt pick up. It has took me over 2 weeks to receive a call back. He let me know he was going to mail it, and he never did. I was supposed to pick it up from him and now, no answer. It is very unprofessional.

I rented the pink hummer limo (as it was the only limo available for that night) for my brother’s bachelor party. I’m highly disappointed that the AUX / audio system was broken so we were unable to play our music / playlist. We were stuck listening to the radio with annoying commercials killing our vibe. The passenger window did not work so we were unable to roll it down. The only lighting beside the bright white overhead lights was one single red laser that had zero effects so we were basically sitting in a pitch black interior that was dated. The driver was very apologetic stating that he told his boss / owner about the audio system not working several times to no resolve. I called and spoke with the manager / owner who apologized and he said “i’ll make it right”, agreeing to refund a portion of the expensive amount we paid for the rental services / amenities advertised but not being delevered. However, I have yet to be refunded even a small portion or receive a follow up. It’s understandable that in Amarillo limo rental options are limited but if you’re wanting to celebrate a special occasion in style, Amarillo VIP Limo is anything but VIP.

The party bus was amazing.

Was thinking about using this place until I saw one of their Hummer limos intentionally hop over a median instead of going to a light last night!!

Left my wallet in the pink hummer limo and not even 10 minutes after they left I called and no one answered so I waited to the next day and called and they said they couldn’t find it so the limo driver decided to take my wallet because I know 100% it was in that limo don’t trust this company
