The ladies are so nice. They are so great at making you comfortable and feel at ease with the process. They always text me a few hours after my appointments to make sure I am doing OK and not having any pain or an allergic reaction.

If I was only reviewing my technician, I would give a 10 star review to Janice! She was always so very wonderful and tried hard to get the results that I desired. She went above and beyond with her customer service, speaking to the Dr. and the manager about my levels not being where they should be when my contract was about to expire. I am around 80% hair free and I know that it was only because of Janice. I sincerely hope that they can keep her as a tech. She is the best part of ALS!

Janice and Kim are awesome!! Theyre always super patient with all of my questions and concerns. Kim has even watched my young daughters while I was receiving treatments to keep them out of trouble. They respond quickly to texts, even during off hours. A wonderful place with great staff :)

I got my free birthday facial. Basically removed old dead skin. She said there’s something else they do for pores but my pores look way better. My skin looks and feels better. It felt good. It was relaxing and it only took a few minutes. She said they have a coupon on Groupon, or if it’s your birthday month, it’s free.

American Laser Med Spa takes such good care of me when I am getting an ultrasonic facial. Ashley is friendly and always makes me feel welcome. She answered all the questions I had about my service and is the reason I love going. I highly recommend trying it out!

Women with PCOS—-beware! I saw a deal on Groupon for laser hair removal. I paid $75 (approx.) for 6 laser hair removal treatments. I am glad I didn’t pay the full price for this service. I did everything I was supposed to do for underarm hair removal but now a year later I have hair just as bad or even a little worse on my underarms. I loved the way the staff treated me and their appointment services were great. I have had PCOS since I was a young teenager. I think for whatever reason my hormones are jacked up and cause excess hair on my body, including my underarms, and it did NOT work like other women’s results. My sister did the same deal, same treatments, same schedule. But she does not have PCOS. She is hair free now. I’m not saying it wouldn’t work for a woman with PCOS but proceed with caution and don’t get false hope it will work like other women with normal hormone levels!

I have had great experiences with my facial hair removal using the laser at American Lasar Med Spa. The personnel were professional and highly trained. They always educated me on what they were doing and why and made my visits painless. They called to check on me in the early visits to be sure I was handling everything alright. I cant say enough about these nice girls.

My face was broken out and congested from a procedure that I received at another establishment. I had one ultrasonic facial treatment at the Amarillo clinic and my skin was squeaky clean by time I left. The very next morning my skin was completely healed! Its amazing what this 15 minute procedure can do. Quick and effective. I love them!

I went in to see the specials, a friend referred me and I was greeted immediately. I was able to speak with Tori, one of the girls in the clinic and Carrie, the office manager when I had further question. Ended up purchasing a package (they finance) and will be starting soon. We initially expressed our concern to the manager, Brianna, and again later to your customer service agent. My wife was informed that they would follow up with her to address her concern but wasnt contacted. Ill speak to my wife and have her reconsider contacting you.My wife was excited about the new hair removal by laser trend she had heard on the radio. When she found an offer on groupon, I decided to buy her a package and signed up for a payment plan as a birthday gift instead. She was happy to see results at first, as the appointments were consistent and thorough. She eventually began to have appointments moved without first being consented to first. After a few months she quit attending her appointments altogether while I continued to make the monthly payments. Its been paid for since then. I cant say I dont recommend the services to others but it wasnt for her.

I sadly have to say that I would like a refund. I am very displeased. Im with a different person every single time I go. I never have the same tech and they ask me the same questions every time I go. I have to re-explain everything with my situation... of what I want ... and what Im not getting. Im not seeing the results at all. I have had some improvement in the beginning but no progress for the past 6 months. And all the techs are new and dont know what theyre doing. Its been a terrible experience.

The spa is disgusting! Nothing is sanitized! The Dr has horrible hygiene which makes sense since his spa is horrendous. Found out through consultation that they re use the microneedling cartridges instead of throwing them out. When asked how they ensure thoes cartridges dont get mixed up with someone elses. Their answer was we label everything. The laser packages sound awesome but please read the contract cause if you dont see any results you are still stuck paying for it. And what ever you do dont cancel the contract. It pretty much said that you would have to pay twice as much as it was to purchase the package. Do not buy cool sculpting there its all out dated. You can go to any other medical spa and get the same treatment in half the time for the same price and with the updated cool sculpting equipment. The Doctor clearly only cares for his money and not his practice. I over heard him speaking to his employees horribly so I assume thats how he treats his patients. I ended up at laser me smooth where they assured me that they dont have the same problems as this company. They were also surprised that company still operating considering they get almost all their former patients. The only reason I even wrote this review was because the employees begged me to do so. Seemed like they would get into trouble if I didnt leave a review. Unfortunately I couldnt leave a good one. Please know that the staff is wonderful its just unfortunate that they have to work for such a horrible company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME!!
