I’ve had the roughest summer and fall this year and my house has been neglected. I’m a single working mom and was too tired to get to the house the way I wanted to. I decided that I needed some help and so I contacted the amazing ladies, Kerri, Danelia, and Rebecca at You’ve Got Maids right before Christmas. Daniela came out quickly to see the house. She was thorough and professional when reviewing with me the company processes. She was also very kind and sympathetic to my predicament.Four ladies and the owner came to my home. They were very sweet, professional and didn’t miss a spot! My house looks impeccable! I requested the deep/52 point spring clean. My bathrooms are so squeaky clean! They washed my base boards by hand and there are zero dust bunnies in the corners on the ceilings or fixtures now. They moved all the furniture to sweep mop and vacuum and my floors have never looked better. Even my refrigerator is perfectly spotless inside and out!!!! I could go on and on!After they left, I laid down in my pristine bedroom and sighed a sigh of relief. It was all done and done better than I ever could have done myself. It was emotional for me because I love my home, but life has been so crazy I just didn’t have the energy to take care of things the way I wanted. That night Daniela called to inquire if I was happy with the work and the girls efforts. I was overjoyed and it took all I could muster not to cry knowing that they had worked so hard and did all I asked to get my home back in order.If you are reading this review and are considering a house keeping service, I highly recommend You’ve Got Maids. I love the fact that they showed up at the scheduled time and had all the needed cleaning supplies in hand. They did not miss a detail, including the baseboards! They work diligently from the time of arrival until everything is completed to your satisfaction. I would highly recommend this service.

Destynee and Aubree did an amazing job cleaning today. I had them clean our house we had sold after we moved out and before buys moved in. They did a fantastic job for the amount of time they were given and left the house smelling clean and looking good. I had previously used this company to clean my house after having the bathrooms remodeled and they did a great job then, so thats why I called them back. I definitely recommend using them. Destynee and the other ladies always arrive on time, are very kind and professional. They seem to really care and ask/interact with my family which is nice. They always do a great job, and are happy to come revisit to fix things if I feel something was overlooked. I usually dont do reviews but after seeing my grandparents home after their deep clean I just had to. The entire house was immaculately clean and their kitchen was nothing short of miraculous. I enjoyed my time at you’ve got maids..... Didn’t experience any drama and the leader Kerri was amazing. So like I said I didn’t bad mouth the company or anyone in the company. I wish I would have called them sooner! After debating for months if I should hire a cleaning company and then debating for another several months on which company to hire, I finally landed on Youve Got Maids. Rebecca came to my house personally with a maid to review what exactly I wanted done and how much it would cost. She was patient in answering all of my questions (and trust me, I had many!). When the maids did come to clean, they did such an amazing job, more than I could have ever dreamed of asking for. Every surface they touched was left shiny and smooth. It was well-worth the cost! Also, they are pet friendly and didnt even charge extra for all the fur everywhere! I cant wait to have them cleaning my house on a monthly basis. My life is now so much easier (and I dont feel as guilty for not wanting to clean!)
