I simply cant rate them high enough. I live a few hundred miles away in another city. My local shop, United Access, told me Id wait 6 weeks to 2 months until they could fix my problem at a cost of approximately $1500. I called Open Road in Amarillo, and they immediately put a tech on the phone with me that was both incredibly knowledgeable and incredibly kind. He explained that the probability of a repair as large as I was quoted was extremely unlikely. He took the time to help me over the phone that my local shop wouldnt take even in person, and he problem solved my issue. His name is Devin and I cant thank him enough. For ANY future issues I will ABSOLUTELY drive the 4 hours to Amarillo, so Devin and the team there can take care of it. They are honest, trustworthy, genuinely helpful, and their in-depth knowledge and expertise is obvious. WORLD CLASS SERVICE. Next time Im in Amarillo, guys, lunch for the whole place is on me.
